The cakes and desserts were the only consistently enjoyable food.
A few members of the staff genuinely tried to help despite working in a difficult and disorganized environment.

Amazing vacation! We were skeptical because we booked and paid first, and only then read the reviews, which are unfairly low. A big and excellent team of people is working hard to make everything just right. The building is older, but everything is impeccably clean. The organization is great — perhaps they could find a slightly better solution for lunch because it gets really crowded.
As for the animators, I think that's the best part of this hotel. I especially want to highlight Mr. Wael Omri, who is the heart of the program — a man who always found time for everyone, to make us laugh, give advice, or just smile. :) Greetings to the entire animation team — you are all wonderful!

Never would i go back again it was like feeding time in a zoo getting pushed out the way treated differently as we where white severing people off their own colour first one chef was point and talking to random guests about my 1 year making a mess I did report it and I have made a complaint I will take it as far I can was the worst place I have been

Im so glad, that people was so empatic. We stayed here 12 days, but my husband was ill 3 days in Clinique Neubel and it wasnt fault of this resort. Servis was perfect, animators( Ali Baba..) its amazing. And manager lady Amira its perfect madam 🥰

Our stay at El Mouradi Club Selima was a truly pleasant experience. What impressed us the most was the cleanliness of the entire resort. The staff work tirelessly to keep the gardens, pathways, rooms, swimming pools, and beach spotless and well maintained.

I would especially like to praise the housekeeping staff. They are incredibly hardworking, kind, and always smiling. Every day they greeted us warmly and carried out their work with great care and dedication. Their efforts truly deserve appreciation, and I would encourage future guests to reward their hard work with a small tip, as they genuinely earn it.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly, hardworking, and always willing to help. The hotel feels safe and is an excellent choice for families with children, offering plenty of activities and entertainment for kids.

A special mention goes to Mr. Banana, the coordinator for local excursions and activities. He is always cheerful, approachable, and happy to assist with anything you may need, whether it's booking trips, providing advice, or organizing activities.

The chefs are excellent, and the food is delicious and varied. Most of the menu is based on local cuisine, but everything is very well prepared. Guests who are not used to spicy food will also find a good selection of European dishes.

One request to all future guests: please only put on your plate as much food as you can actually eat. During our stay, we noticed many people taking large amounts of food and then leaving much of it uneaten, resulting in unnecessary waste. It is truly sad to see food being thrown away. It is always better to take a smaller portion and come back for more if needed.

The hotel offers a wide range of exciting activities and excursions, including parasailing, horse riding, camel riding, discovering local specialties and culture, and many other experiences.

Overall, El Mouradi Club Selima is an excellent choice for a family holiday. Thanks to the dedicated staff, excellent organization, cleanliness, and numerous activities, we would be delighted to return in the future.

We stayed here for 3 nights at Selima club and had a pleasant stay. It has a great location to see all the sightseeing. The room was pleasant, clean, Breakfast was good, with different kinds of bread, pastries, eggs lot mor variety. The staff was friendly, especially Ameera and Obayed at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful. We are definitely coming back if we stay in this hotel again.

El Mouradi Club Selima is a very good hotel. Although it has a lower star rating, all the employees are extremely friendly, hardworking, and do their best to satisfy the guests. Throughout the day, they clean the pathways, pool areas, gardens, and the hotel grounds. Day and night, you can turn to them for service and assistance.

The rooms are very clean, and so are the swimming pools. Children have plenty of activities and entertainment options. Everything is very safe. We left both money and passports in our room, even without using a safe, and had no problems at all. Many people work here to keep this place clean and secure.

The food is good. If you enjoy Oriental cuisine, you can try something new every day. There is also European cuisine available for those who are not used to spicy food. Please take only as much food as you can eat, as it is sad to see food being wasted. Leave a tip for the people serving you – a few Tunisian dinars are enough.

The only issue is that sometimes there are not enough plates for all the guests, so you may have to wait a little while for clean ones. This mainly happens during lunch time. Please be tidy while eating, as other guests will sit there after you, and the staff cannot always clean tables quickly enough because of the large number of tourists.

Although guests mainly serve themselves in the restaurant and at several drink buffets, the waiters still try to serve you while you are seated. They genuinely want you to be satisfied.

Finally, a few special people deserve a mention...

At the hotel, you can get beautiful henna tattoos from the resident tattoo artist. Mr. Banana is the local excursions and travel advisor. He is a very friendly and helpful person who can provide information about all the local attractions, including camel riding, horse riding, parasailing over the sea, and many other activities.
Special thanks to Ajman and Ali Baba, the best waiters in the resort. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication to guests truly stand out.

I have stayed in several el mouradi hotels and visited selima last year so I knew what to expect. As someone who is never in my room this hotel is perfect for the price. The location is good the beach is stunning, and although basic the rooms are clean and tidied every day.
I visited with a friend and we didn't arrive to the hotel until almost 11pm. As we had been travelling a long time I asked what time the bar closed. Nouri on reception was an absolute hero, he said we only had 10 minutes so he gave us our bands and told us to come back and check in whenever we were ready. I cannot tell you how grateful we were for this, he was really so kind and genuinely warming to meet, so thankyou if you see this! You are a credit to the hotel and some of the others in the chain should really take note of your good service.
The resteraunt is very busy and it's not really anything like we experience in the UK, however the food was always delicious and the waiting team lovely, it was usually easier to get the fresh stuff cooked outside when it was busy inside.
I enjoyed playing tennis, basketball and ping ping but mostly just stayed on the beach.
All the bar staff were fabulous, we took our own cups as last time they kept running out of glasses and they had no problems filling these to the brim and creating cocktails.
Animation team were great, very friendly and engaging but not overbearing, it was nice to speak with them all throughout our stay. I especially liked talking with Yassine from animation. He made the trip extra special, thankyou ❤️

I had a pleasant stay at El Mouradi Club Selima. The hotel has a beautiful beachfront location, good swimming pools, and a friendly entertainment team that keeps guests engaged throughout the day especially doja she so kind. The staff were welcoming and helpful. However, the rooms could use some renovation, and the food variety and quality could be improved. Overall, it offers good value for money and is a nice option for a family holiday.
