We had a wonderful holiday with family and friends. The manager was a lovely lady, beach restaurant staff were amazing , was fantastic and food. Room very clean with a lovely lady cleaner. We will definitely be returning

Location was ok
The booking in was a nightmare demanding full payment plus tax where on my email it said only to pay tax.The first room was dirty and had to wait 2 hours for another room which wasn't good either. The room wasn't as advertised my 22 year old had to sleep in a child's bunk bed no pool view as advertised infant we over looked the carpark .
A big thank you to all the staff! Everyone was so kind. A big shout out to Aimen at the pool bar, he consistently made sure all our needs were met. The beautiful housekeeper lady (I don't remember her name) was perfect. We didn't want to leave, I would have stayed forever! I've booked August so see you soon guys!! 😊🥰

Le personnel hôtelier fait preuve de peu de discrimination envers les Arabes par rapport aux étrangers.
The cakes and desserts were the only consistently enjoyable food.
A few members of the staff genuinely tried to help despite working in a difficult and disorganized environment.
The food quality was extremely poor. Most dishes were barely edible, and even the drinking water tasted unpleasant and wasn't served cold.
Bees were everywhere around the food, making it very unhygienic and uncomfortable to eat.
The room was extremely small, and the window wouldn't close. I reported the issue twice, but nobody came to fix it.
Even water was charged for, and although we were on an all-inclusive package, we were sent between floors to find any, and were told it was not included.
The toiletries provided were very limited.
The reception staff were unhelpful on check-in day. They asked us to send the booking confirmation email, then told us to visit the reservation office because they claimed there were no available rooms and that my reservation wasn't confirmed, even though I had a valid booking confirmation.
The hotel was very disorganized overall.
The behavior of many guests made the experience even worse. People rushed the buffet, pushed each other, and formed chaotic lines, making every meal stressful and uncomfortable. Better organization by the hotel staff could have prevented much of this.
While a few employees genuinely tried to help, many others came across as rude, and the overall customer service was disappointing.
Overall, this was one of the worst all-inclusive hotel experiences I've had. I will definitely not be returning.
Amazing vacation! We were skeptical because we booked and paid first, and only then read the reviews, which are unfairly low. A big and excellent team of people is working hard to make everything just right. The building is older, but everything is impeccably clean. The organization is great — perhaps they could find a slightly better solution for lunch because it gets really crowded.
As for the animators, I think that's the best part of this hotel. I especially want to highlight Mr. Wael Omri, who is the heart of the program — a man who always found time for everyone, to make us laugh, give advice, or just smile. :) Greetings to the entire animation team — you are all wonderful!
Never would i go back again it was like feeding time in a zoo getting pushed out the way treated differently as we where white severing people off their own colour first one chef was point and talking to random guests about my 1 year making a mess I did report it and I have made a complaint I will take it as far I can was the worst place I have been
