Amazing time here. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Very clean and tidy. Absolutely loved the animation team and of course Salem who does the henna tattoos and jewellery. Will definitely be back 🥰🥰

Review of the watersports facilities -
Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! The whole watersports setup was professional, exciting, and worth every second. We did the jet ski, speedboat, and the sofa/ring inflatable rides — each one was an adrenaline rush and so much fun! Also, great value for money.

A huge shoutout to Helmi, who made the entire experience even better. He is genuinely one of the friendliest, most honest, and authentic people you could meet. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were safe while still having an unforgettable time. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does.

The jet skis were powerful and well-maintained, the speedboat ride was amazing, and the sofa/ring inflatable was hilarious fun for everyone. The atmosphere was great, the service was top-class, and the memories we made were priceless.

If you’re looking for an exciting watersports experience with trustworthy and genuinely good people, this is the place to go. Highly recommended — and thank you again, Helmi, for such an amazing time!

Where to begin!, we had a fab time i give full marks, beautiful hotel and location, the food is gorgeous and a large choice to choose from and the staff cant do enough to help, my sonnhas extra needs and im not used to travelling and they have been so nice to my boy and helped so I could relax and breathe too. The spa is divine on all levels id recommend taking some time in there!, the beach is beautiful and security are all over and so friendly too my son adores everyone there, the pools are kept nice and clean and lifeguards on duty, the rooms are beautiful and any issues they do their best to accommodate, the entertainment are amazing and also so so good with all the children and adults, shout out to zied for being patient with us, rabii always having a smile and friendly company, awra for keeping me and logan with a beautiful positive outlook and support, captins always the banter and laughs,

We've had an amazing stay! The beach is right on the door step, the pool is perfect for relaxing. The food has been fantastic, the rooms are cleaned every day. The drinks are fab, and the staff even better! We've been made to feel right at home. Just wish we could stay longer! We will definitely be coming back again!!

Amazing hotel, 2nd time staying here. Hotel rooms are nice and clean, stunning views. Right on the beach. Kids loved the entertainment and animation team. There is something for everyone when it comes to food. All round lovely hotel. Great Atmosphere and fantastic value for money

Be aware air conditioning not available till 15 of June. That's the reason why I will never come back here ,breakfast shockingly bad I mean bread literally with mould on it .cheese left on plates probably from last day already dried out all staff rude what ever you need basically have to ask couple times about where its located or and how to get it .strict timing for what ever you need or want .rooms outdated completely. That's my review after only 24 hrs in this place .shocking !

Just spent 11 nights in this lovely hotel from the moment we arrived until we checked out all the hotel staff are smiling and seem happy to be working there
We had a good size room with a sea view that was cleaned every day hotel don’t switch on the air con to June but they provide a large fan for your room
There was always plenty room in the buffet restaurant and plenty of choice the food was always warm and the waters were very friendly
The large pool was cleaned every day and always plenty off sunbeds
The entertainment team work hard to keep everyone entertained even the hotel general manager is always visible and takes the time to ask you if you’re enjoying your holiday
Over all we had a fantastic holiday keep up the good work looking forward to coming back in September

This hotel is an absolute disgrace and should NEVER be advertised as a 5-star resort. From the moment we arrived at El Mouradi Palm Marina, everything from top to bottom was disgusting, chaotic, unhygienic, and unbelievably badly managed.

We were supposedly “upgraded” THREE different times, yet every single room was somehow worse than the previous one. Dirty rooms, terrible conditions, broken facilities — it honestly felt like a joke. It was only after we physically took our suitcases to reception and told them we wanted to leave and go back home that they suddenly found us a decent room. Funny how that works. Even then, one acceptable room could not erase how horrific the overall experience was.

The food situation was beyond outrageous. I went out to the old market with my children and returned at exactly 2PM — even the driver mentioned that it would be lunchtime and we’d definitely be able to eat. When we arrived, the restaurant staff told us the food was finished and the restaurant was “closed,” despite the hotel information stating food service continued until 4PM. We were then offered leftover pizza and macaroni like beggars because apparently that was all they had left. Since we were starving, we had no choice but to eat it — and then I found a LONG STRAND OF HAIR in my food. Absolutely revolting. To make matters worse, the so-called “manager” immediately tried to snatch my plate away before I could take photos as evidence. That tells you everything you need to know about this hotel.

Before this incident, I had already suffered food poisoning from eating at this hotel and spent the night vomiting. The staff were unbelievably rude, dismissive, and completely ignorant whenever concerns were raised. Another shocking issue: I clearly explained that I can ONLY drink oat milk due to an allergy. One staff member said they had oat milk, another said they didn’t, and neither of them seemed capable of understanding basic English properly. I was eventually served a latte that triggered my allergy and caused me to vomit. How is this acceptable in a so-called 5-star hotel?

And it gets worse.

The elevators are completely unsafe and apparently have no proper sensors. As I was stepping inside, the doors shut directly onto my elbow causing painful bruising. A serious health and safety issue that could have been much worse if it had happened to a child.

Nothing the staff did deserves praise because basic cleanliness, edible food, safety, and professionalism are the MINIMUM expected standards — especially at a hotel pretending to be 5-star.

I would warn every single person considering this hotel: DO NOT BOOK HERE. This was genuinely one of the worst holiday experiences my family has ever had.
