Lovely hotel with private beach. Staff really make the hotel experience first class, especially Zied who was amazing at providing drinks on the beach! Room large and spacious with separate toilet and bathroom. All inclusive food was like most hotels with a large selection to choose from. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

The hotel is only around a 35-minute bus ride from the airport, and from the moment we arrived, the reception staff gave us a warm welcome. As a family of four, we were given two rooms with beautiful views overlooking both the sea and the hotel complex.

The food was simply outstanding. There was never a moment where we had to worry about finding something enjoyable to eat. Every meal offered an incredible variety, with what felt like over 30 different dishes, delicious desserts, fresh juices, smoothies, and something for every taste. For me personally, this was my first holiday in Tunisia, and the overall experience was truly beautiful.

The entire hotel was exceptionally clean.
Everyday room service brings you fresh towels. The pools were always spotless, never dirty, and the whole hotel area was well maintained. The beach was clean and organized, with soft sand and beautiful sea views. Every pair of sun loungers had its own umbrella, making it easy to relax and enjoy the beach.

The staff deserve special recognition. The waiters, housekeeping team, entertainers, and everyone working at the hotel were genuinely friendly and helpful. During busy meal times, the restaurant staff always quickly found us a table if there was a crowd. The rooms were cleaned and maintained perfectly, and the housekeeping team often surprised us by decorating our beds with towels shaped into hearts, adding flowers, and creating small details that made our stay even more special.

The entertainment team also did an excellent job throughout our stay. After breakfast, there were activities such as aqua gym, water polo, volleyball, archery, darts, yoga etc…while in the evenings there was a mini disco for children followed by dancing, shows, and different performances almost every night. There was always something happening, making the atmosphere enjoyable for both adults and children.

One thing we especially appreciated was how peaceful and relaxing the hotel environment was. The noise level was very low, especially in the evenings. After around 10 PM, the hotel became very quiet, which made it easy to rest and enjoy a good night’s sleep without unnecessary noise.

One small piece of advice for future guests - if you are the type of person who looks for every tiny imperfection and lets one small detail ruin your entire holiday, then this kind of experience may not be for you. Of course, no hotel in the world is completely perfect, and you might notice a small mark on a wall or a minor detail here and there, but that does not define the quality of your entire stay. A holiday is about the overall experience, the atmosphere, the people, the food, and the memories you create. Focusing only on small imperfections can easily make people miss everything positive that a place has to offer.

The only unpleasant moment happened on the day we checked out. About an hour before our departure, there was some confusion regarding one of our rooms and the tourist tax. Due to an error made during the first day at reception, we were informed that the tourist tax had not been paid. We explained that it had already been paid by card and showed the bank transaction on our phone, but the receptionist insisted on seeing a physical receipt.

Unfortunately, we had already thrown the paper receipt from the transaction away earlier, so we had to return to our room and search for the document again shortly before the transfer bus arrived. After finding it and showing the receipt, the situation was finally resolved. The main issue was not the payment itself, but the unnecessary stress caused right before leaving, especially because the evidence of payment was already visible on our phone.

My advice to future guests is to keep all receipts and documents provided by the hotel until the very end of your stay, even if everything seems already settled.

Considering the quality of the food, cleanliness, service, location, entertainment, and overall experience, the hotel offers excellent value for money.
You get a lot for what you pay, and the combination of friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, and a relaxing atmosphere makes it a place I would gladly return to.

Apart from this single situation, our holiday was fantastic from beginning to end. El Mouradi Palm Marina offers excellent food, beautiful surroundings, clean facilities, a wonderful beach, and a hardworking team that truly makes guests feel welcome. I would happily return and can confidently recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Tunisia.

The staff have all been incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. A special mention has to go to Salem in the main lobby bar, who was always smiling, made us feel so welcome, and somehow always made sure we had a drink in our hands before we even had to ask!

The food has been excellent, with plenty of choice available throughout the day and night. We especially loved the fresh pancakes and waffles at 4pm, such a lovely afternoon treat!

Overall, a fantastic holiday with great service, great food and a brilliant atmosphere. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is stunning, exceptionally clean, and located right in the heart of everything. Our rooms were spacious enough for all our gear, and the beds felt like sleeping on clouds. Every single staff member we encountered was polite, smiling, and eager to help. The breakfast buffet alone is worth coming back for! Thanks for making our group trip so memorable—we will definitely be back.

The service when dining has been excellent, special shout out to Rochdi who has been serving us at lunch and dinner all week. His service has been amazing! Rooms are a bit tired, but clean and functional. Hotel transfer was flawless, we had a private transfer and it made for a much smoother journey. We haven’t really ventured outside of the hotel, as we hadn’t felt the need to. Some things in walking distance, such as Hard Rock Cafe. The service has made this holiday, all the staff have been so friendly and welcoming. Noise level is good, entertainment stops at a reasonable hour and can’t really hear noise from corridor or rooms next to yours. Atmosphere has been pleasant enough. Would recommend, you get what you pay for and again, the service really makes it. Waffle making station was fab and worth the wait. Also, donuts round the pool are a nice touch in the early evening before dinner!

Amazing time. Food was excellent, staff are so nice, pool is great temperature. Rooms a little dated but not a problem

Nice employees, very good entertainment. Very nice hotel. If you tip, they are even more helpful and bring you drinks constantly during your visit. Tip left in your bed will make sure, your room will be cleaned well and you will get little presents (fruit, water, etc). If you see any issues (room, service, etc), let them know they will change your room, fix anything, etc. They pay attention to children as well. Lot of lifeguards checking constantly around the pool. The sea is not my type (not much wildlife, medusas in the water), but the view and vibe is good.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the facilities were excellent. The location was great, making it easy to enjoy the beach and explore the area. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

Rafik and I Mahmoun (I think) in the dining room provided excellent service to us, and always ensured we had the best catering experience.
The hotel is very clean and all the staff make you feel very welcome from the moment you step in to the moment you leave.
The housekeeping staff, especially the cleaner who cleans the 620-630 rooms, always leave your room in the most spectacular state, and I always came back to a very tidy and comfortable room.
Theres a very lively atmosphere in the evening, and the animation staff do a great job at entertaining the guests prior to the main show as well as around the pool. They are also great with children.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone, very nice location and lots of things to do around the hotel and in the surrounding sousse area!

The head waiter, Rafik and the younger waiters on the left of the dining room are all very nice and welcoming. They always look after us and are happy to see us!

The animation staff are very good with children and provide good entertainment before the main event every evening.

The rooms are always clean and the cleaners do a great job every day at cleaning your room.

The hotel is always clean and cool after spending time in the hot weather. The pool is big enough for all guests and the pool bar often does table service.

Easy access to beach and many food options alongside the buffet which can be booked quickly from the guest relations desk. Table service at the evening entertainment is relatively quick and they always look after you.

I would recommend this hotel to other, beautiful hotel and lots of things to do in and out the hotel.

The location is ideal, right next to public transit and local venues. The room was peaceful, clean, and provided a great workspace. Seamless check-in and friendly service.

Room had no view it was buildings which were not nice to look at, room had bare electrical wires in toilet coming out the wall, toilet and bathroom kept having a strong smell of faeces really not nice, entrance to hotel is nice but as soon as you exit lift to your floor it then becomes a let down, felt uneasy and pressured to pay tips all the time and where we had to sit for meals, only good thing about holiday was the pool, there was a mix up with how long to stayed and we had 5 nights here and they were trying to check us out after day 1 which made us feel like our holiday was ended after 1 day. They made the mistake not us and then no apology. Would not come back.
