Je suis globalement déçu de mon séjour et je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux.

Mon séjour au Al Mouradi Palm Marina s’est malheureusement terminé sur une note assez décevante.

Dès mon arrivée, j’ai rencontré plusieurs problèmes : pas d’internet le premier jour, climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas, mini-bar en panne malgré plusieurs relances, ainsi qu’une propreté générale qui n’était pas au niveau attendu pour un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Après plusieurs réclamations, l’hôtel a finalement accepté de me changer de chambre. Cependant, la nouvelle chambre se trouvait à proximité de travaux, avec beaucoup de bruit. Je n’avais donc pas vraiment le choix et j’ai finalement préféré retourner dans ma première chambre, au moins pour avoir un environnement plus calme.

Concernant la restauration, j’ai également trouvé que la nourriture manquait de variété.

Je tiens malgré tout à souligner un point positif : le personnel est vraiment très sympathique, accueillant et serviable. Ils font de leur mieux pour répondre aux demandes des clients.

Mais malheureusement, pour un hôtel annoncé comme un 5 étoiles, je trouve que la qualité globale des équipements, de la propreté et du service ne correspond pas au standing attendu.

La variété de la nourriture.
La propreté de l'hôtel.
L'emplacement.

Je dirais en premier lieu la climatisation, qui était très faible.
Certains membres du personnel à l'accueil.
L'animation en soirée, que j'ai trouvée très limitée.

À notre arrivée, nous avons également dû insister concernant la chambre avec vue sur mer, pourtant clairement indiquée dans notre réservation.

Pros:

Currently nearing the end of our stay at el mouradi palm marina. Have had an excellent 10 days. Everybody is very friendly and attentive. Especially Mo from the entertainment team, always checking in on us and keeping us up to date with day time activities and also nighttime entertainment. I would say the only down side would be the food. Not that the food is bad. Just the selection does not really match. For example. Fresh cooked king prawns. But nothing to go with them. But always can find something to eat. Great location for travelling to port mouradi or sousse

Fantastic family holiday – we loved it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

We’ve just returned from a fantastic holiday at El Mouradi Palm Marina and honestly had such a great time. We were a party of 9, including children and teenagers, and there was something for everyone.
The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable, and the location was brilliant. The pool is absolutely massive and there was plenty of space to relax. The beach was beautiful, and the water sports were fantastic and really reasonably priced, which was a big hit with us!
As a party of 9, we were probably a little fussy when it came to food 😂, so we only ate breakfast and lunch at the hotel. We found the food perfectly good for an all-inclusive and there was enough choice to keep everyone happy.
The marina is lovely and so close to the hotel, with plenty to see and do. We especially loved El Mediterráneo — the service was fantastic and the food was absolutely unreal! Definitely worth a visit if you’re staying at the hotel.
A special mention has to go to Capital Jack, who looked after us brilliantly during our stay. He organised a catamaran trip from El Kantaoui for dolphin spotting, and it was honestly out of this world! 🐬⛵️ It was one of the highlights of our holiday and something we’ll all remember.
The animation team were fantastic and worked so hard to keep everyone entertained. They were friendly, fun and always made us feel welcome.
And finally, a huge mention to the bar staff, especially Gazee. He was one of the nicest people we met during our whole holiday. He was so attentive, polite, friendly and genuinely couldn't do enough for us. People like him really do make a holiday special. ❤️
Overall, we had an amazing time at El Mouradi Palm Marina. Great location, huge pool, lovely beach, fantastic staff and plenty to do both in and around the hotel.
Thank you to everyone who made our holiday so memorable. We would definitely come back! 🇹🇳❤️🌴

Great hotel and staff
Pros:

el mouradi palm marina
A warm welcome when we arrived and all the staff have been so friendly and attentive. Room was great with air-conditioning which belive me you will need!
Food was very good and plentiful with a good selection for all of our party. Snack bar near the beach was perfect to dine alfresco during the day and a great alternative to the main buffet. A great stay and would definitely recommend.
