This place is exceptional. Our room upgrade, due to my partner's mobility challenges, started our holiday on the right footing. Well trained staff who are genuine with their smiles and service levels. Small repairs attended to immediately. Excellent breakfast. Great restaurant in the St Gerain beach location with great food selection.
Unfortunately, we could not partake in the evening buffet dinners due to the excessive price. As we are small eaters, we could not justify paying USD 89, excluding drinks, for a salad and some protein.
Here is a suggestion: create a couple of pay points on either side of the buffet and place two staff members for dinner; charge MUR 2 000 per kilogram and let every guest choose whatever they want and pay by weight. Whether it is a salad or a fillet, a pudding or some bread (excluding the weight of the plate), I would gladly eat every night at this buffet and sign the slip to charge my room.
Great location. Comfy rooms. The food was great too. Nice and quiet here, but good atmosphere still. Good evening entertainment
A couple of rude staff members.
Grumpy and unhelpful person at the water sports who was not interested in answering a few simple questions.
Wife needed her medication from one of her bags we had in the storage we’d left them for late check out. Lady at the check in said she can’t have them until the time we had agreed to leave. Wife explained she needed access her bag still and was told then we must remove all of our bags then as she rolled her eyes. A friendly porter came with her in the end and just let her take the one bag she needed. A bit unnecessary to speak to customers like that.
Other than those two bad apples, the rest of the staff were chill and really friendly and helpful.
Très jolie chambre vue mer. Ambiance chaleureuse et nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le personnel de l’hôtel se donne à fond pour que les clients se sentent bien et nous les remercions ☺️
Jolie piscine également et accès à la plage directement depuis l’hôtel.
Nous sommes venus dans le cadre de notre lune de miel et nous en sommes ravis !!
Il faudrait un peu plus diversifier les buffets.

We had cockroaches in our room 2 nights in a row, one actually crawled on me in our bed. It was brushed off as a tropical island issue but I'm from there plus we stayed in 4 resorts just this time around amd 3 of which had zero cockroaches anywhere in sight, let alone in the bed! Upon check in there was a pool of water on the floor with the AC dripping insanely and small ants in our bed (I had to ask for new sheets).

Tüm çalışanlar oldukça Güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi..Ayrıca odaların sürekli temiz ve tertipli tutulması çok olumluydu..Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeğimiz açık büfe olarak yeterince tatminkardı. Plaj ve havuz olanakları iyiydi.
Odalarda suyun ücretli olması ..Otelin hemen önünde bir plaj var ama oldukça sığ ve yüzmek neredeyse imkansız..Yakın plajlara ise araçsız gitmek zor

The property was very beautiful but the staff are very unfriendly and totally unwillingly to assist.
The staff were very unfriendly right from the manager all the way down. I really expected better.
L’accueil est vraiment top! On remercie tout le personnel (le bar, la réception et la cuisine, animateur) nous avons passé le meilleur séjour de notre vie.

Very quiet, nice beach and good food. Rooms very clean and service was good

2nd time to the hotel, and same room 123 which we like as the position is great for views, the main hotel etc. Staff were as friendly and welcoming as we remembered the first time. Food selection was good, with enough variation to keep us happy for the week we were there. The bartenders were all fab, very attentive within the all inclusive menu.
Free parking on site is good.
We stayed all inclusive and what this included had been reduced from our 1st stay, with a lot more drinks and meals (at speciality restaurant ) now having a surcharge. The all inclusive drink package is restricted leaving the cocktails on offer being poor.
When we go back we will probably do half board.
