If you’re passing through, warm and welcoming place to stay
Pros:

The pool/jacuzzi area was really cute! Also enjoyed the food and wine in the property restaurant. The staff were great from front desk, to bar, to cleaning staff… everyone was lovely.

OUR TV WAS 1 HOUR AND 15 BEHIND THE ACTUAL TIME, WE COULD NOT WATCH ANY NEWS AT REGULAR TIME.

OUR TOILET STOPPED UP, WE COULD NOT FLUSH IT AFTER 12AM.

I CALLED THAT MORNING TO TELL THEM, NO ONE ANSWERED. I WALKED DOWN, NO ONE AT DESK. AFTER WALKING BACK DOWN 1 MORE TIME I FOUND SOMEONE AT DESK. THEY COULD ONLY GIVE ME A BREAKFAST VOUCHER, BUT MANAGER WAS NOT IN YET.

I CALLED NEXT DAY TO TALK WITH MANAGER, AND STILL WAITING FOR A CALL, IT'S BEEN 2 DAYS. I WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD GET BACK WITH ME ON SUNDAY. NO REPLY...

Even though the hotel is going through a renovation, the staff was polite, supportive, and the work being done proved how nice the hotel will be once renovated! Great place to stay-convenient location and many offerings.

The actual hotel was nice clean good price

Cons:

There was absolutely nowhere for us to park they said try the hotel next door or across the street it was late we were tired there were cars parked everywhere in no parking on the grass at other hotels parking they should have non paying guests vehicles towed

Pros:

Hotel was being renovated and it made access a bit harder. Room was clean and large. Stayed over a weekend and had to leave hotel each morning by 6:30 AM. But the breakfast buffet didn’t open until 7:00 AM. This was disappointing.

when we got checked in, we only had a very little bit of toilet paper, and no extra roll. bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable, and the floor around the bed was dirty with cobwebs at the end of it. .we won`t be staying here again, not at the price they want.
