我提前一天下午告知前台，希望第二天我早上离开的时候帮我打包早餐带走，我要赶火车，但是前台没有提供帮助，他说我要在当天吃早餐的时候给早餐处工作人员讲。但当时是下午了，我无法见到早餐处员工，前台不愿意给早餐处的员工沟通。我付的早餐费等于白付了，是酒店占了我便宜。

Perfetto per visitare la città
Pros:

Camera pulitissima, arredi nuovi. Bagnk perfetto. Biancheria nuova e pulita. La posizione è eccellente, si raggiunge il centro in 5 minuti. Il garage sotterraneo (19 euro) è collegato con passaggio interno.
Ci siamo pentiti di non aver fatto colazione il tunnel

Pros:

Hotel vicino al centro storico, camera spaziosa per una famiglia da 4 con due bambini. Pulizia TOP.
Comodo il parcheggio in struttura, anche se a pagamento.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, das Stadtzentrum ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben ein ruhiges und angenehmes Zimmer erhalten. Das Personal war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Le meilleur rapport qualité/prix pour un automobiliste.
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait. Le parking est sous l’hôtel et la voiture devient inutile pour le reste du séjour.
Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses.
L’hôtel est bien tenu et le personnel au petits oignons pour les clients.
