Highly recommended
Pros:

Darko and the rest of the team provided exceptional service. Stephanie helped me to book the Conference room, which was small (12 person max) but perfectly functional. Darko and Linda troubleshot my IT concerns, working with their IT staff to address connectivity issues that threatened our Zoom call. Galilea and Connie provided great service as well.

The accommodations were above average and clean. The street around the location are a bit confusing, but that can be overcome. But the quietly competent staff are what puts this location above all the crowd.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Location was clean. Staff was very courteous and nice. Room was very accommodating! I left my wedding ring accidentally in the bathroom and the staff was very honest and turned it in and I was able to turn around that day and go back and pick up my ring I would recommend this hotel any day and I will be staying here on all my business trips to Bowling Green!

Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. The free game room was a plus. The location was nice.

Cons:

The room was not very clean. Dirt on the floors, inside cabinets, and the bathroom sink was clogged and full of someone else's hair. Everything else was as expected.

Perfect for the price
Pros:

The game room was a great is a great perk as well as the borrow cabinet. We didn't use the borrow cabinet since we only stayed one night but it's a great idea!

I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance
Pros:

I am a paraplegic and having a full kitchen to make my own food was great . Also the end of kitchen table i was able to fit under no problem . All the places that say they are wheelchair accessible but this candlewood location really was.

Cons:

The living area was small but manageable for a wheelchair .

Good value, great staff, comfortable accommodations
Pros:

Room was very comfortable, including the bed. I liked the recliner chair. Very spacious. Staff was great!

Cons:

I couldn't access wifi, even though I opened a loyalty account. The shower had flecks peeling on the bottom of the tub and the valve for the shower wasn't working properly.
