I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance
Pros:

I am a paraplegic and having a full kitchen to make my own food was great . Also the end of kitchen table i was able to fit under no problem . All the places that say they are wheelchair accessible but this candlewood location really was.

Cons:

The living area was small but manageable for a wheelchair .

Perfect for the price
Pros:

The game room was a great is a great perk as well as the borrow cabinet. We didn't use the borrow cabinet since we only stayed one night but it's a great idea!

Good value, great staff, comfortable accommodations
Pros:

Room was very comfortable, including the bed. I liked the recliner chair. Very spacious. Staff was great!

Cons:

I couldn't access wifi, even though I opened a loyalty account. The shower had flecks peeling on the bottom of the tub and the valve for the shower wasn't working properly.

Would book again, but I feel the maid service issue needs addressed.
Pros:

Location was a bit inconvenient but would definitely stay again. Beds were comfy, room clean.

Cons:

I did not like not having maid service for the second day. We came back late in the evening to unmade beds and no fresh towels, and no coffee packet. Grandson went to lobby to ask for one but was told they were out of coffee??!! BTW, I had prepaid for the 2 nights and felt these things were neglected.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I have stayed at this candlewood several times, facilities and staff are consistent. Clean. Enjoyable stay. Loved that it was beautifully decorated for the holiday.

Pros:

The only positive that I can say is that the room was spotless. However,
Electrical outlets need to be upgraded to accommodate phone charging at bedside, not all the way across the room
Cobweb on the wall
No cover on sprinkler in ceiling, an open hole
Metal table light was rusting, needs replacing
Bed linen was ragged
This property needs to be “refurbished”.
I should have stayed at Home2 Suites.
