Excelente café da manha, quarto silencioso, localizacao proxima ao centro da cidade, instalaçoes novas, restaurante excelente. Agua gelada disponivel gratuitamente.Academia bem equipada.
Da cobrança quando pedi um hamburgue no quarto e paguei taxa de serviço + um acrescimo de entrega. Por sorte a gerente do restaurante suspendeu uma das cobrancas após eu questionar a duplicidade de pagamento.

Located just next to the airport, you can watch plane take off and landing, but this doesn't bother your stay. Hotel is nicely done.
Room with the street view: there is no really a view but the room is super loud. You can hear music from bars at night and some drivers that need to show their ego with super loud cars. Really annoying. There is a light coming to the room from the hotels corridor through the gap between the doors and the frame. If you want to sleep in, you can't because from 9am onwards all you can hear is "housekeeping, housekeeping ".
Furniture and finishings were up to date and very nice.
Everything, I fcuking hated it. The location is terrible. Impossible to sleep with traffic and party noise. The staff are awful. My bag was delivered late by the airline. Instead of bringing it to me or calling, they put it in a storeroom. They refused to provide an invoice until I behaved like a goon. The food and Bev is terrible value for money. How can you serve a $22 club sandwich without bacon? There is NO WAY that this horse stable can be charging $250 a night. Avoid this property, even a tent would be better.

Good location and property
The staff is un-organized during our 5-day stay our room was cleaned once after putting the sign on door and asking front desk to clean. When we took the issue to the manager instead of apologizing he pulled out a spreadsheet to go over cleaning. Very unprofessional.
Hotel looks fresh and modern, rooms are perfect also the common areas
I feel a little bit scammed because I booked a reservation for three people that clearly included breakfast, but I was still asked to pay again for breakfast for one of the guests. This doesn't match what was stated in my reservation.

This is my second time staying in this hotel and this visit was even better than the last. The service was amazing, the amenities look incredible (specially the pool ans bar), rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is ideal. Also having the beach so close made it so that we had everything we needed close by.
