Für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise geeignet, allerdings nicht gerade saubere Zimmer

Die Lage war für uns gut, etwas abseits. Wir hatten dieses Hotel nur für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise gewählt

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, man hörte alles, sobald jemand über den Flur ging. Eine Notausgangstür stand immer wieder offen, so dass jeder ungesehen ins Hotel kommen konnte. Als ich dies der Rezeption meldete, kümmerte man sich direkt darum. Eine halbe Stunde später (ich musste nochmal mit meinem Hund raus) sah ich, dass die Tür erneut offen stand. Das Gefühl, hier sicher aufgehoben zu sein, hatten wir nicht.
Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Tür des Badezimmers war mit braunen Sprenklern verdreckt und es lagen überall im Zimmer verteilt schwarze Haare herum. Es wurde demnach nicht ordentlich sauber gemacht.
Am nächsten Morgen entdeckten wir Silberfische im Bett, als wir die Decke und Kissen ordentlich hinlegen wollten.
Im 2. von uns für unsere Kinder gebuchten Zimmer lag auf dem (Sofa-Bett) lediglich ein weißes Laken, anstatt eines Toppers, wie es bei uns der Fall war. Meine Tochter entdeckte auch am Morgen Silberfische im Bett.
Wir meldeten dies dann am Morgen bei der Rezeption, man entschuldigte sich und bat uns, das Management anzuschreiben, was ich dann auch tat.
Sie schrieben dann, dass man sich kümmern würde. Ich hoffe es für die nächsten Übernachtungsgäste

Alles bestens. Auf jeden Fall zum Weiterempfehlen.
Betten bequem, Ausstattung und Größe des Zimmers war gut, Frühstücksbuffet mehr als erwartet.
Wirklich top. Personal freundlich und kompetent.
Bushaltestelle in der Nähe die regelmäßig ins Zentrum fährt.
