Au top du confort et de l'accueil
Pros:

La chambre exceptionnelle en première ligne face à la mer, le personnel toujours souriant et au petit soin, le lieu parfait pour des vacances reposantes et sans soucis

Cons:

La restauration mériterait de relever un peu son niveau, notamment sur des plats simples type salade césar ou pâtes carbonara qui devraient être bien meilleures. Une mention spéciale cependant au tataki de wagyu au restaurant à thème asiatique : une tuerie.

Tout était exceptionnel, l'expérience était extraordinaire.

Cons:

Pour rendre l'expérience cliente complète, il aurait été judicieux d'inclure dans le prix du séjour certains services : le petit déjeuner à emporter, l'eau à table ...
Ces suppléments ne sont pas excessivement coûteux mais "casse" ce sentiment d'être en total formule demi-pension ou all inclusive.

Definitely Recommend if you are looking for a hotel to stay in Mauritius

Cons:

We saw a lizard in our room for 2 consecutive nights. The guy who came the first night probably could not take it out.
The food at a la carte restaurants could be improved. The presentation is very nice but the taste was so so for main dishes at the italian restaurant and La Caravelle.

Foarte mare cu mare diversitate pentru activități pe apă și snorkeling plus scuba diving ,multe activități în resort ,restaurante ,plajă foarte mare Spa-ul și tratamentele super experiență ,personalul foarte plăcut plus agenția care se ocupă în interiorul resortului cu excursiile foarte bună și profesională ,camerele foarte mari .

Trou aux Biches Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa мы выбрали, так как хотели спокойный и размеренный отдых без суеты, отель оправдал ожидания. Территория большая, зелёная и ухоженная, несколько бассейнов и протяженный пляж. Завтраки с хорошим выбором, удобно, что проходят в двух ресторанах.
Понравилось, что при желании есть и активный отдых: снорклинг, сапы, яхтинг, водные лыжи, дайвинг. Всё организовано комфортно. В целом остались довольны отдыхом и уровнем сервиса.

Cons:

Крайне разочаровала организация заселения.
Мы приехали на машине, оставили в ней чемоданы и подошли на ресепшн для оформления.
Сначала около 30 минут ждали появления менеджера, а затем ещё 1 час 20 минут — пока нам выделят машину, чтобы забрать вещи и отвезти нас к номеру. За это время пришлось трижды напоминать о себе на ресепшн. При этом многих гостей, приехавших позже нас, заселили значительно быстрее.
Особенно неприятно, что отель никак не извинился за такую задержку и не предпринял мер, чтобы сгладить ситуацию. После такого отношения первое впечатление было настолько негативным, что хотелось уехать и выбрать другое место пребывания.
Для отеля заявленного уровня подобная организация выглядит очень слабой и сильно портит начало отдыха.

Pros:

This hotel has enormous potential. It's in a great location, it has great facilities and an excellent beach.

Cons:

However, the service and attention to detail was abominable. We had to move rooms twice due to basic issues. The restaurants at dinner were generally good but the breakfast was very basic and the coffee machines were awful. The staff were very difficult and unhelpful across the board.

Ce que j’ai particulièrement apprécié dans cet établissement, c’est la qualité de la literie, le cadre absolument paradisiaque, ainsi que le personnel, qui est extrêmement à l’écoute, accueillant et toujours aux petits soins.

Arrivés tôt à 8h après 11h de vol, notre chambre n’étant pas encore prête, nous avons pu bénéficier d’une chambre de courtoisie pour nous rafraîchir et nous changer, ce qui nous a permis de profiter immédiatement de nos vacances, une attention très appréciée.

Nous avons eu quelques demandes durant notre séjour, et chaque fois, les réponses ont été rapides et efficaces.

Un séjour vraiment très agréable que je recommande sans hésitation.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était complet et varié, ce qui est très appréciable. Cependant, il y avait beaucoup de mouches, ce qui a rendu ce moment moins agréable.

Nous comprenons que l’établissement n’en est pas directement responsable, mais certaines mesures pourraient améliorer la situation, comme couvrir les aliments ou installer des dispositifs pour éloigner les insectes.

Lors d’un autre séjour dans un établissement Beachcomber sur l’île, les aliments étaient protégés sous cloche, ce qui rendait le petit déjeuner plus confortable.

Am liebsten wären wir noch lange geblieben. Es fühlte sich "zuhause" an.
Pros:

Alles. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Personal ausserordentlich freundlich. Der Strand zum Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber.
