Pros:

Wspaniały pobyt! Personel i sam właściciel bardzo miły, profesjonalny i pomocny, co tworzy ciepłą, rodzinną atmosferę. Hotel czysty, przestronny i cichy, a łóżko bardzo wygodne. Śniadania były pyszne. Darmowy parking przy hotelu. Na pożegnanie otrzymaliśmy od właściciela prezent w postaci butelki dobrego czarnogórskiego wina. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i na pewno tam wrócę!"

Pros:

The checkin process was very smooth and fast, parking space was located right in front of the hotel, room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The information about the check-out time mentioned both on booking and in the message the hotel staff sent to us prior to our arrival is false. Instead of 12:00, everyone are required to check out at 11. I asked the hotel staff at the reception to change it, I sent them a message and I made an inquiry through booking customer support. No change has been so far. What is the point in the misinformation?

Pleasant stay
Pros:

I stayed only one night, but i felt very comfortable. The room was very clean and more spacious than i thought.. The breakfast was tasty with many choices and the personnel very helpful..

Cons:

It s a bit far from the city center, so you meed a car to reach there (it s not a cons, as you know it before, but i just mention it)

Pros:

Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Ruime kamer.

Cons:

Op een aantal plaatsen lag er behoorlijk wat stof.
Iedere avond komen er 1 of 2 busladingen met Chinese toeristen. Netjes uitgedrukt zijn dit niet de meest sociale toeristen. Als je na deze groepen gaat ontbijten is er niet veel keus meer.
Naar mijn mening kan het personeel dan beter wat dingen aanvullen, dit gebeurde nu niet.

山と川の景色に癒される素敵な宿です
Pros:

とにかく清潔で白で統一された内装が可愛くて、窓が大きくのどかな自然の景色に癒されました。出張で利用しましたが、プライベートでも泊まりたいくらい素敵な宿でした。スタッフの方のホスピタリティも満点でした。街の中心部ではありませんが、徒歩2分の場所にスーパーもあり、店員さんが優しくておいしいフルーツもお手頃に買えて必要十分でした。

Good hotel with GREAT service!
Pros:

Service is 10/10. Everything and everyone was so kind and friendly.

Rooms are big. Beds are comfy. Breakfast was delicious!

Cons:

Its in an industrial area...seemed a bit away from everything.
Showers a "capsule" shower, which as someone 1,88m, I find a bit cramped.
