Pulizia, cortesia e ottima colazione
Pros:

Hotel molto pulito e funzionale, situato nel centro di Puno. Il personale è stato particolarmente cordiale e accogliente: al nostro arrivo ci è stato offerto un biscotto e, il giorno seguente, anche un cioccolatino. La colazione era abbondante e molto buona. Il bagno era pulito e ben tenuto, anche se non particolarmente moderno.

Hotel confortável e com excelente localização e staff nota 10.
Pros:

Quarto bom, confortável, bom chuveiro, e um bom café da manhã. O hotel tem uma excelente localização, ficando a alguns passos da Plaza de Armas. A equipe é muito atenciosa, e guardou nossa bagagem enquanto estivemos na Ilha de Uros - Lago Titicaca, e chamando um táxi para o aeroporto. Staff nota 10.

De uma forma geral gostei de tudo.

Pros:

Personal muy amable, habitaciones limpias y espaciosas con espacio suficiente para dejar las maletas y estanterías para poner las cosas.
El hotel está muy bien ubicado, casi al lado de la Plaza de armas y cerca de muchos restaurantes y bares.
El último día no pudimos disfrutar del desayuno porque nos íbamos muy temprano y nos prepararon uno muy completo para llevar.

Cons:

Salía un poco de olor de tubería del baño que se metía en la habitación.

Pros:

The staff of the hotel are very proffesional and friendly, especially Diana in the front desk. The location, the atmosphere, and service were great. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was varied and good, and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly too. My husband and me really enjoyed it.

Cobran un precio diferente a lo especificado en Booking
Pros:

La ubicación, el desayuno y el tamaño de la habitación.

Cons:

Nos cobraron un impuesto que no viene especificado en Booking y querían todo el tiempo hacernos creer que era de Booking cuando sabemos que es un impuesto extra cobrado por el propio hotel.
Además nos dieron una habitación súper ruidosa con ruido de discoteca toda la noche y obras desde el amanecer en un edificio contiguo al hotel. No podíamos ni abrir la cortina porque estaban los trabajadores ahí pegados a la ventana.
Imposible dormir.
La chica de recepción nos hizo sentir súper incómodos con el problema del impuesto extra. Nos tuvieron más de media hora en recepción sin solucionar el problema y hablaba por teléfono súper bajito, pero escuchábamos perfectamente como le decía a su superior que no queríamos pagar el impuesto de Booking cuando no era un impuesto de la página sino de ellos.
La solución que nos proponían era cancelar la habitación (sabían de sobra que ya no podíamos hacerlo) y que la cogiéramos por su página cuando era aún más caro.
No es una cuestión de dinero; pagar 5€ más no nos arruina; es un tema moral y de que nadie quiere que se rían de él ni que le tomen por tonto.

Pros:

An excellent hotel thanks to the comfortable room, staff, and amenities—there’s even an electric heater. You sleep warm and soundly. Good the breakfast. I slept here and in Cuzco, where it was simple to park the car near the center. They pay great attention to detail; the small chocolate on the bed or the complimentary drinks are a nice touch.

Cons:

The only issue is parking, as the hotel is located in the city center; while the location is convenient for sightseeing and finding places to eat, it’s less convenient if you have a car, and navigating Puno’s traffic can be tiring. The hotel offers parking a 20-minute walk away, but we found a spot just 4 minutes away—the only one that charges 18 soles for the night plus 4 soles per hour.

Memorable stay at Tierra Viva Puno Plaza
Pros:

This hotel is excellent with very spacious rooms. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities like a mini bar, fridge, and a safe. The customer service fight from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant and cleaning staff were exceptional. The hotel staff were very friendly, courteous, and always smiling. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the Puno plaza which had a lot of restaurants and shops. Overall, it was a memorable and wonderful experience!!
