A beautiful place to stay in the heart of Puno
Pros:

Loved the location - you are staying one block from the main square and all the best restaurants, tour agencies etc - and the staff (especially reception team and doorman Fredy) are incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, the shower is extra hot and the free breakfast is delicious. So much to love about this beautiful hotel!

Great location, comfy room, and helpful staff, though dining service was quite slow
Pros:

Excellent central location just a few minutes' walk from the main plazas, cathedrals, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and warm thanks to the provided portable radiator, plus the TV had a great selection of channels for watching live sports. We also appreciated the free daily bottled water, the good food options, and the helpful staff member who met us at the minivan drop-off to assist with our luggage.

Cons:

Service at both breakfast and dinner was very slow. Additionally, there was no fridge in the room, the view from our window overlooked nearby building construction, and the narrow street immediately outside means minivans can't drop you off directly at the entrance.

Nos atendió Diana, quien demostró una actitud totalmente displicente, soberbia y altiva Haciendo gestos de desdén y con un tono muy alterado: "Si quiere reserve por ahí, es igual". Le daba exactamente igual atendernos o no. Le pedimos que fuera más amable en presencia de otro recepcionista que fue testigo. Debido a su hostilidad, decidimos no quedarnos e irnos a otro hotel. Qué lástima que un hotel tan lindo pierda ventas directas por personal tan antiprofesional en su primera línea de atención.

Ótimo custo-benefício em Puno
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, ambiente limpo, café da manhã maravilhoso. Quartos limpos, funcionais e camas confortáveis. Agora quero conhecer os demais hotéis da rede. Ganhamos chocolates diretamente no nosso quarto como cortesia durante nossa estada no hotel, o que elevou ainda mais a experiência.

Cons:

Tivemos um problema de vazamento de água no banheiro, mas creio que seja algo pontual.

Streetlight shined into the rooms. Bit noisy at night. Hotel congierge sent our taxi to the wrong station and we almost missed our train. I think for the price we paid there are better options
