Another nice hotel in the Tierra Viva group. Comfortable and well-run, charming & very helpful staff, good breakfast.
There wasn’t a kettle in the room (although an urn of hot water was always available in the lobby).

We stayed 2 nights at the Terra Viva in Puno. The hotel is centrally located on a quiet street within a blocks of the Central Square and the main shopping street The rooms and beds are very clean and comfortable. . Breakfasts was delirious. As our tour operator unexpectedly moved the pickup time to 5:20, They made us a breakfast to go. Diana, Sheiver, Fredy and the rest of the staff were always friendly and helpful.

This property went above and beyond in every possible way. Gelen and the reception staff were so thoughtful. As I was checking in, I mentioned I was feeling very unwell. Gelen suggested I have some oxygen im so grateful as I definately needed the oxygen. Gina and the kitchen staff provided amazing breakfast with huge variety and the dinner meals were great. Being unwell it was good I could hand my laundry in and that was sorted. The room was excellent. I left early in the morning and was provided a breakfast box. They seemed to think of everything. Will be recommending this property to anyone and everyone.

I highly recommend this hotel, which was one of the best during my Peru trip. The location is very convenient to the city center, and the room was very clean. The price was very reasonable. Most important to us, the staff was very friendly and helpful. One night I was not feeling well due to altitude and having a cold, and a staff member came to our room after midnight to provide oxygen to me, which I greatly appreciated!

O café da manhã é excepecional, e também tivemos uma experiência muito positiva com o restaurante do hotel! A equipe foi fenomenal, inclusive oferecendo um chá de mel e limão ao perceberem que eu estava resfriado. O quarto é confortável, com excelentes camas e um chuveiro muito bom!
A porta do quarto não isola muito bem o barulho dos corredores, mas não chegou a nos incomodar muito.
We spent 2 nights at the hotel. The location is perfect, just a block away from the main square and the staff were very kind and attentive. The breakfast was a bit letdown as they did not have much options. During the check-in they gave us a cookie which was very nice, the minibar in the room has complimentary beverages. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.
