Great hotel in the center of Puno
Pros:

We booked last minute for 2 nights due to blockades in Bolivia and we were positively surprised by the service and amenities of this hotel. Staff was nice and helpful, the room and bed were comfortable with warm showers all day. Breakfast was also available with great choices. We would recommend without hesitation. You can also walk to the main plaza and park (2min) and the nice restaurants are also nearby.

Great breakfast. They accommodate twin beds as 1 double under request.
Staff service brilliant.

Cons:

Shower drains a bit of water out. Toilet also drained a bit of water.

Pros:

Localização excelente, ao lado de caixa eletrônico do Banco de Lá Nacion (Multired), da praça de Armas, da Catedral, da Praça do Pinho, restaurantes. Ótimo café da manhã, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos.

Pros:

Very impressed with the hotel. Great location, minutes away from the main square and a lot of business/restaurant around. The room is very clean. It has all the necessary equipment, particularly a space heater, which is very necessary for the cold night. The people work there are super friendly and helpful. I bought some food back to the hotel. They lended me some bowls for eating the food. I had to leave in the morning to catch a bus. They know I won’t have time to eat breakfast, so they prepared me a boxed lunch. I would definitely say the service here is better than majority of hotels I have been to.
