Insatisfacción con la Relación Calidad-Precio
Pros:

* La habitación no tiene suficiente espacio de almacenamiento para mis pertenencias, lo que me obligó a dejar algunas cosas en el suelo.

*La comida estaba guardada durante varios días y no había variedad en las opciones, lo que afectó mi experiencia.

Pros:

Le personnel à l’accueil est adorable.
La literie est bonne et c’est propre.
Il est très bien situé dans le centre .
Le petit déjeuner est très copieux il faut faire attention en commandant la veille à ne pas prendre trop!!

La struttura si trova veramente in centro. È tenuta veramente bene ed è molto accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort. Anche la pulizia veramente ottima. Inoltre, c'era a disposizione un calorifero per riscaldare un po' la stanza e l'acqua sia della doccia che del lavandino era subito calda. Detto ciò, il vero valore è lo staff. Attenti a tutto, accoglienti, sempre disponibili, molto amabili. Avevamo programmato il check-in prima (pagando un sovrapprezzo) e siamo arrivati ben due ore prima del previsto, alle 3:30 di notte. Tuttavia, alla reception ci hanno accolto senza problemi e la stanza era pronta. Siamo poi ripartiti molto presto la mattina dopo e ci hanno sia prenotato il taxi che preparato la colazione da portare via.

Pésimo, no lo recomendaría jamás.
Pros:

La única persona amable fue el Sr que abría la puerta al ingreso y la sra que abastecía en el desayuno

Cons:

1. Al llegar el mal genio de la recepcionista
2. Me cargaron por un consumo que no hice al hacer check out y extornaron el pago el cual será devuelto en 7 días hábiles , y la recepcionista se expresó de que me preocupo si igual me devolverán y tuve que pagar de nuevo el precio correcto ( la diferencia era a/70.00).
3. Pedí 2 sopas dieta ya que nos afectó la comida y me la trajeron con papa blanca cambiando los ingredientes que mencionaban en carta (le hice notar el error a a la Srita que sirvió y se disculpó ya que indicó que seguro el cocinero usó lo que tenía a la mano para preparar el plato).
4. Totalmente aislado y no hay acceso de autos

Relación calidad precio excelente . Buenas instalaciones, limpieza correcta, buena ubicación, el personal atento y dispuesto. Destacar el desayuno: de los 7 hoteles que he estado en Perú ( hostels, hoteles de 4 estrellas , de tres….) ha sido el mejor con diferencia . Mencionar especialmente la amabilidad y la disposición de la señora que asistía en el desayuno ( no me acuerdo el nombre ) .

Best in Puno!
Pros:

Hotel al di sopra degli standard di Puno, camere calde e confortevoli, doccia caldissima, personale super sorridente e collaborativo, colazione ottima e davvero generosa. L’ultimo giorno, partendo noi all’alba, ci hanno preparato perfino il cestino take away. Dieci e lode.

Perfetto per un soggiorno a Puno

Hotel perfetto per un soggiorno a Puno, in una posizione comoda nel cuore della città.
Letto comodissimo e spazioso, camera ben riscaldata. Colazione ottima e varia!

Wonderful stay in Puno!
Pros:

The hotel is super centrally located - close to all shops and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival and departure. The rooms were clean and the shower was wonderful. I can recommend this hotel!

Un’ottima soluzione per visitare Puno e fare base per una gita al lago Titicaca
Pros:

Hotel moderno in centro a Puno. Letto molto spazioso. Abbondante colazione a buffet. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli custoditi se si prevede di trascorrere una notte sul lago Titicaca.
