Good location but needs to rethink its amenities
Cons:

There was a bad smell in the room linked to the cleaning products
Also the heating system (basically a mobile heater) doesn’t cover the bathroom so it is impossible to shower in the morning

Pros:

Wir haben nur eine kurze Nacht verbracht. Das Personal war freundlich, das Zimmer sauber und das Abendessen im eigenen Restaurant sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte man noch etwas verbessern, war aber nicht per se schlecht einfach sehr Basic.

Great hotel with even better staff. Diana is the absolute best
Pros:

The room was very good, but more importantly the staff were absolutely awesome. Diana went above and beyond. She was able to call me a taxi and called the bus so that I would not miss my bus to Cusco. There are plenty of other things I can say about how awesome the staff was but I will leave it here. If you are looking for a hotel that is right off the Main Street in puño with the best staff I have ever come across go here and say hi to Diana for me!

Great place to stay in Puno. Highly recommend
Pros:

Great hotel that exceeded my expectations. Dressing gowns, complimentary drinks in the fridge, cookies, a kettle - all much more than expected for a 3 star. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location.
