Czyste, bardzo wygodne pokoje. Super uprzejmy i pomocny personel. Duża łazienka. Grzejnik w pokoju. Przyzwoite śniadanie. Mega wygodne łóżko. Poprosiłem o zmianę pokoju, bo ten który mi przydzielono był zimny i ciemny, moją prośbę spełniono i dostałem o niebo lepszy pokój.

Cons:

Śniadanie było zbyt ubogie.

Pros:

Das Personal, besonders Gina, Mirian und Diana, sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ich habe 2x hier übernachtet. Beim ersten Mal hatte ich ein schönes, ruhiges Zimmer in dem ich hervorragend geschlafen habe.

Cons:

Beim 2. Mal hat das nächtliche Abholen vom Busterminal leider nicht geklappt und mein Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Fahrstuhlschacht. Das hat meinen Schlaf leider beeinträchtigt, da man den Fahrstuhl doch laut gehört hat.

Heater in the room made it very cosy and we could control the temperature.
Excellent location a couple of minutes from Plaza de Armas. Excellent breakfast of cereal, dried fruit etc, juice, coffee, bread, cold cheese & meat & the option to order pancakes, French toast or eggs ( omelette/fried etc).

Cons:

When we had housekeeping we didn't need new towels & kept them hanging up but they were changed anyway.

buen hotel en el centro de Puno. Para madrugadores.
Pros:

La atencion por parte del personal. Muy amables y atentos.

Cons:

Estaba en el 4 piso y a las 5 de la mañana te despiertan las maquinas. No se podia dormir a partir de las 5.30 a.m.

We were lucky to book this hotel.
Pros:

All of the employees! We had a few booking issues and they never failed to give us assistance. When we arrived or left they always greeted us with a smile. Our room was clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet received constant attention and was good with some cook to order options. Dinner was also served, quite handy after a long day. We would stay here again!!

Great location, comfortable stay, and friendly service—would definitely recommend.
Pros:

The location is excellent, very close to the main square which makes everything easy and convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, perfect for resting after a long day. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times, and the overall atmosphere of the place felt safe and welcoming.

Cons:

The stay was overall very good. If anything, some small details could be improved, but nothing that affected the experience in a significant way.
