Mala gestión de alergias e intolerancias alimentarias
Cons:

Muy mala experiencia: peligrosa gestión de la celiaquía y descanso incómodo
Lo peor: Viajamos siendo celíacos tras avisar con 2 semanas de antelación por Booking (nos lo confirmaron) y reconfirmarlo en el check-in. A la mañana siguiente no tenían nada preparado. En cocina no sabían nada y en recepción le echaban la culpa a cocina; una descoordinación penosa. Perdimos muchísimo tiempo esperando y llegamos tarde a nuestra excursión. Para colmo, el colchón era muy incómodo.
Conclusión: No es un hotel seguro para personas con alergias ni recomendable si buscas un buen descanso.

Pros:

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione super centrale si può uscire a piedi la sera. I tour vengono a prenderti a questo albergo. Colazione a buffet buona dalle ore 6.00. In camera era presente un calorifero elettrico, in bagno no ma c'era acqua calda. Wifi presente e funzionante. Ascensore. Per partenza presto ci hanno preparato l'unica cestino con colazione da portare via.

Ci vorrebbe anche in bagno un calorifero...

Hotel in centro ma in zona abbastanza silenziosa, struttura non nuova ma va bene così. Stanza ampia, non nuova anche essa ma comoda così come il bagno. La colazione è a buffet non scontato in Perù e ci ha soddisfatto.

Cons:

Arredamento non nuovo e struttura sicuramente da rinfrescare.

We liked the location close to the central plaza. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good as well'

Cons:

We arrived at 1 pm, and check in was at 1.30.
They refused to give us the key before 1.30 even though the room was ready so we waited in their very very cold lobby.

On the last day, we needed a taxi so we booked the night before. It was forgotten so they had to call it last minute and it was 15min late to what was planned, we barely made it in time to our bus to Cusco.

Pros:

Emplacement super, personnel très serviable, chambre propre, petit déjeuner super.

Cons:

Lit beaucoup trop mou (chambre 302) donc pas confortable, rideau pas complètement obscurant et personnel qui fait les chambres à côté dès 7h du matin (bruit aspirateur, etc). Donc compliqué de dormir après 7h du matin (et pourtant je dors avec des bouchons d'oreilles).

Pros:

La gentillesse des dames a l’accueil toujours la pour nous rendre service.
Les lits étaient confortables et le petit déjeuner bon et varié

Cons:

Il y avait très peu de pression dans la douche donc c’était compliqué pour se laver les cheveux

Pros:

Me gusto la atencion, siempre estuvieron dispuestos a responder todas mis consultas. El desayuno esta bien.

Cons:

la ubicacion no esta mal- Pero justo estuvimos un viernes y hay muchas discotecas cerca. Por lo que se escuchaba un poco el ruido.
