Excelente localização, a uma quadra do Jirón Lima (via de pedestres com muitos restaurantes) e a poucas quadras da praça de armas. Equipe muito prestativa, principalmente quando conseguiram antecipar o horário do café da manhã, quando tivemos que sair antes das 6 da manhã.

Cons:

Um único ponto negativo foi a cama de casal muito pequena.

Ogrzewanie w pokoju grzejnikiem elektrycznym, ciepła woda z dobrym ciśnieniem, świetne śniadanie w formie bufetu od 6 rano (mogliśmy zjeść, mając zaplanowany autobus na 7), blisko Plaza de Armas.

Great stay in Puno!
Pros:

Perfect location, close to shops and the plaza. Great breakfast, very comfortable room. Looked after our luggage for free whilst we visited islands on Lake Titicaca. Very helpful staff that organised taxis for us too. Ended up staying for 3 separate nights as we travelled around!

Very comfortable, clean hotel in central Puno… with a great breakfast!
Pros:

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far in Peru!! Located in the historic center of Puño, it was convenient to walk everywhere. My room was quiet and there was a very necessary heater in the room. You could request daily cleaning. The bathroom was spacious enough and the shower had hot water, though I had to wait a while for it to warm up. The bed was so comfortable with sufficient blankets and soft pillows. WiFi worked very well. There is an elevator for upper floors. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and most can speak English quite well. There’s a delicious and varied breakfast with juices, ham, cheese, avocados, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, and fresh fruit. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Puno!

Pros:

Un hotel muy cómodo y centrico con buenas instalaciones. El personal es super agradable y hizo nuestra estancia muy cómoda. Además, nos ayudaron muchisimo prestándonos un ordenador para hacer una reunión online y usar su teléfono para gestiones con las aerolineas.
El agua caliente y Wifi funcionan perfectamente y la habitacion y baño son amplios. 100% recomendable.
