preiswertes Hotel
Pros:

Älteres Hotel, aber ordentlich und sauber mit großen Zimmern. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir haben statt Frühstück ein Essenspaket bekommen, da wir sehr zeitig abreisen mussten.

Cons:

Alles war gut.

Pros:

Staff were very helpful. We had altitude sickness problem and they helped out to get medical assistance and to translate. They were very caring.

Hotel is conveniently located near the center of Puno.

Cons:

As manu Peruvian hotels there is no or very little heating in the common areas as the breakfast room.

Basic kamer in het centrum van Puno
Pros:

Goede locatie in het centrum van Puno. Lekker ontbijt, uitgebreider dan in de meeste Peruviaanse hotels.

Cons:

Eerder verouderde kamer, alle comfort was wel aanwezig.

Pros:

Buen servicio. Todo limpio, confortable la habitación, contaba con calefacción. Las señoras de cocina, muy amables y serviciales. Muy cerca a la plaza.

Well worth the cost, especially as the staff was really helpful.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, wonderful staff. Well located.

Cons:

Room facing street 210, was periodically noisy with car alarms , etc. ear plugs helped. I think there are few rooms in that position.

Pros:

L'hotel è a 200 metri dalla piazza principale e dispone di un servizio privato di trasporto da/per l'aeroporto o la bus station.
La colazione è molto presto, dalle 6:00, ed è abbondantissima e molto varia.
L'acqua per la doccia è caldissima e la camera dispone di una piastra elettrica per ridcaldare un po l'ambiente.

Pros:

El personal fue muy atento desde el principio, nos ayudaron con las maletas, nos dejaron un regalo por nuestra luna de miel, cambiaron toallas y limpiaron la habitación (estuvimos solo 2 noches). El desayuno muy variado y rico. Nos prepararon un mate de coca especial para el mal de alturas, y nos dejaron llevarnos desayuno a pesar de que salíamos a las 5:30 de la mañana. También nos ayudaron con el transporte. Todo muy limpio y cómodo. La habitación muy caliente gracias al calefactor.

Cons:

El agua de la ducha no sale con mucha presión, pero al menos está muy caliente, lo que se agradece.

Pros:

Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Café da manhã muito bom e localização excelente. Banho quente. Quarto silencioso. No geral, bom custo benefício.

Cons:

As instalações são um pouco antigas, o quarto possuia uma janela com vidro opaco, sem visual para fora. Não tinha cortina blackout. Estava frio e o aquecedor do quarto não dava conta.

Lovely place to stay
Pros:

Everything was great and they actually charged in $ at the quoted price, some other places I stayed have converted to Soles at their own rate.
The hotel was lovely and just had a relaxing atmosphere.

Pros:

Très bien placé dans Puno, ideal pour aller au terminal terrestre ou sortir en ville pour un restaurant ou visiter.
Personnel tres accueillant et à l'écoute.
Petit déjeuner bien complet.
La litterie est confortable. Chauffage d'appoint réglable.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Cons:

Les rideaux ne sont pas assez occultants pour la chambre qui donne sur le puis de lumière (et le couloir) : par conséquent à chaque passage d'une personne dans le couloir la lumière éclaire aussi dans la chambre.
Faible isolation phonique, ce qui peut être dérangeant quand des groupes ne respectent pas la quieté des lieux.
Faible debit d'eau chaude.
