The best part of our honeymoon
Pros:

The location was great, it was right in between Salzburg and the mountain. The room was clean and modern. The entire city and property is absolutely beautiful. My wife was in love. The best part of our honeymoon.

Cons:

The is the best hotel ive ever stayed at. There isnt a single thing I would change.

Wir können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen . Alles super..
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön gelegen am Stadtrand von Salzburg. Das Ambiente ist traumhaft schön und das Personal sehr herzlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker . Alle 20 Minuten fährt ein Bus in die Salzburger Innenstadt, so dass das Auto auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz stehen bleiben kann.

Sehr gelungener Hotelaufenthalt auf dem Weg nach Italien
Pros:

Das Frühstück war wie immer ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und verbindlich. Wir übernachteten schon das 4. Mal auf dem Weg von Berlin in den Süden hier und werden das Hotel immer wieder wählen

Cons:

Es gibt absolut keine Mängel zu beanstanden.

Poor customer service (not replying to emails and customer information), bad location if you want to visit the city (very far away)
Be aware of their “free cancellation” policy, as they tend to ignore it.
Not a 4 star hotel at all. More a 3 star…

Pros:

Adoramos as instalações, staff super cordial, cidade linda e a acomodação tem um café da manhã maravilhoso! Foi ideal! Éramos 4 pessoas (2idosas e foi tudo perfeito). Acessível, confortável e agradável! Ah, e as recomendações do staff sobre restaurantes foram ótimas!

Pros:

The owner was really helpful and friendly, the charging for our car was easy and reasonably priced. Location great easy off the main road and close to Salzburg. Room very comfortable and clean, breakfast first rate.
