Het bed.

Cons:

Het is alsof je buiten slaapt. Enkelglas aan de drukste staat van Alexandrie, toch iets heel anders verwacht van zo een keten. Ontbijt was pover en niet vers.

Cons:

Les photos ne reflète pas du tout l’ambiance des lieux, endroit très brouillant avec le trafic, pas accès à la piscine car rénovation. Donc pas possible de se poser en extérieur, la plage privée est de l’autre coté de la rue où il y a beaucoup de trafic. Très très Déçus pour le prix rapport qualité

Please put some carpet under bed! It’s cold!
Pros:

Staff are Great! From the front desk employees (specially the morning ladies staff) to the housekeepers and room service staff

Cons:

1. No Carpets in the room, making a sliding floor!
2. No hand soap! I had to call the housekeeper to get me a hand soap!!!
3. The balcony was horrible! Dust everywhere

Smells like smoke all over the hotel, no carpets, feels little not clean.feels shabby overall. Staff not friendly. Location kind of far from attractions.

not the right choise for the vacation
Pros:

first of all there was a renovation in the hotel, very laud and in the early morning, our reservation was on the 6 floor and when we asked for higher floor for better view they put us on the smoking floor 8 floor, so we were 4 floors from the renovation floor, and they say nothing about the renovation until we heard it, thanks GOD we were 4 floors away from the noise otherwise I would leave the hotel immediately.

The sofa bed isn't suitable even for sleeping very thin matters and springs were very lose , thanks GOD we asked for extra bed before our stay , first night we got stuck with the Sofa bed , but second night we asked for another extra bed because of the useless sofa bed . We used it the second night but also the covers wasn’t clean, you can smell the dust in it.
