Ausgesprochen nettes und hilfsbereites Team, kinderfreundlich, herrliches Frühstück, wunderbarer Indoorpool, schöner großer Garten. Ein Hotel liegt im Sterben.
Pros:

Das Hotel war für unsere Erwartung einfach optimal. Freundliche Menschen mit denen man sich unterhalten kann.

Cons:

Das es leider in diesem Gewerbe keine arbeitswilligen Menschen mehr gibt um so schöne Hotels mit leben zu erfüllen.

Katastrophaler Aufenthalt mit vorzeitigem Ende
Pros:

Es handelt sich um ein etwas außerhalb der Stadt gelegenes, traditionsreiches Hotel, das mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut angebunden ist

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Rezeption ist unordentlich, die Zimmer sind abgewohnt. Das Restaurant wird nicht mehr betrieben. Der Wellnessbereich ist unterkühlt und die Sauna muss jeweils angefordert werden. Das Dampfbad ist nicht in Betrieb.
Katastrophal endete unser Aufenthalt, als wir einen Bettwanzenbefall in unserem Zimmer feststellten und vorzeitig mit zahllosen Bissen und starker allergischer Reaktion abreisen mussten. Die Rezeptionistin wollte uns nicht glauben, bat keine Lösungen an und beschuldigte uns sogar, Parasiten oder infektiöse Erkrankungen (Windpocken) selbst eingeschleppt zu haben. Sie verwies dabei in rassistischer Weise auf die asiatische Herkunft meiner Frau. Wir verließen die Unterkunft im Streit und werden hierher sicher nicht wieder zurückkehren!
Bettwanzen sind durch hohe Reiseaufkommen wieder auf dem Vormarsch und können auch in guten Hotels auftreten, aber der Umgang mit diesem Problem war im Doktorwirt völlig unprofessionell und ließ große Mängel im Betrieb des Hotels erkennen.

Pros:

The continental Breakfast provided a large selection of items. The location was fantastic and close to public transport links. The public transport system in Salzburg was very efficient and easy to navigate.

Cons:

Another pillow would have been ideal but that’s own preference

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es sind genügend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Sehr gute Tipps von der Eigentümerin bekommen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten und etwas lieblos präsentiert. Das Bett ist sehr klein und die Zimmer sehr hellhörig.

Sehr gute Lage. Nahe Zentrum, nahe zum Gaisberg und untersberg. Schöner frühstücksplatz auf der Terrasse, schöner Garten, indoor und Outdoor Pool, außergewöhnlich nettes Personal

Cons:

Die Möbel in unserem Zimmer waren sehr dunkel - und altmodisch, viel dunkles Holz, und es gab nur ein sehr schwaches Licht, da wäre ein helleres freundlicheres Licht besser
