Important information:

Please note that the Old Town is a pedestrianized area. Guests can drive to the hotel for unloading luggage. Access is only possible via Bergstraße. The reception provides reduced tickets for the Linzergasse public parking garage (at Glockengasse 4a).

Arrival and departure is possible from Monday to Saturday from 06:00 to 11:00. From 11:00 onwards and on Sundays and public holidays guests require a code which is available upon request via the telephone. Guests can call Altstadt Hotel Stadtkrug free of charge from the bollard by the property.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 10 per pet, per night applies.

Pros:

schönes Altstadthotel, Top Sevice, sehr gute Empfehlungen (Restaurant, Mozartkugeln ;.-) ) , Lage sensationell , feines Frühstück in schöner Atmosphäre und für den Drink am Abend gibt es in der Nachbarschaft eine tolle Bar

Pros:

Erg mooi en centrale locatie. Hierbij zaten ook tickets voor gratis vervoer met alle buslijnen in Salzburg

Cons:

De kamers waren netjes maar wel wat ouderwets. Zeker voor de prijs had dit wel wat moderner gemogen. Het ontbijt was goed maar simpel.

A beautiful, historic hotel in a beautiful part of Salzburg
Pros:

The family apartment was very spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed having space to relax at the end of the day and make a coffee in the morning. The location was fantastic with the major sites of Salzburg within walking distance. There are many great restaurants close by. We had a fabulous Christmas Eve dinner in the adjoining restaurant.

Cons:

This wasn't an issue for us but, while there is a lift the floors are on split levels so you might be required to take 8 or so stairs.

Stayed during December and was perfect for our family.
Pros:

Room and location very Good. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant and a bar on ground floor which you should definitely visit.

Cons:

If I have to be very picky, in comparison to other hotels on our 3 week trip the options for breakfast was minimal but still very good. nothing else to add as our stay was very pleasant.
