Saint Constantin Hotel

We were hoping for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.

The French-speaking entertainers left just after our arrival. For several days, there were no activities and no schedule posted. When a program was finally shared, the first day was… a day off. Something we’ve never seen on vacation.

That same day, a private religious event was held at the hotel. Without any prior notice, we were asked to leave the restaurant early, with food and chairs being removed before the usual closing time. The hotel turned into a parking lot, with cars in pedestrian areas, and no communication from management.

The all-inclusive offer also needs improvement: food and drinks are average at best. Excursions sold at the hotel are just resold versions of what you can find outside, with extra charges.

A shame, really, because there’s potential: the former entertainer was great, the bartender very friendly, and one staff member kindly helped us find two chairs to eat. Sadly, those few positive moments were not enough to make up for the overall lack of organization and communication

Pillows Are hard as a rock, same with the bed. Shower so small that you barely can move. It is very loud between the rooms. No information about the hotel on the rooms. Air condition did not work. Booked a room with ballcony with landscape wiew, but we got the ballcony with view over a nasty and dirty neighbor hood. Would not recomend staying here. Only thing good is that it is close to beaches and kos town. Too expensive for this bajs

The hotel is located in Kos town, in a good position near the centre, the port and the beach. It is about 15 minutes walk from the bus stop coming grom the airport. The breakfast is quite good. In my opinion the rooms, expecially the bathroom, should be a little bit renovated.

Our stay at Saint Constantine Hotel was a major disappointment. We found a cockroach in our bed and other insects around the room—this is a serious problem. The bathroom also had insects, adding to the discomfort.

If you don’t want to wake up with bugs in your bed, stay away from this hotel. There were exposed electrical wires in the bathroom, which is extremely dangerous. Additionally, the room seemed to have electrical issues; every time we tried to charge our phone, the charger became extremely hot.

The towels were not clean either. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room clean and comfy beds, shower cubicle tiny.
Reception staff super friendly and helpful.
Air con payable in room and didn’t work but they did give refund for this.
Breakfast the usual.
Recommend for younger people wanting to stay up late

Staff were lovely. That’s the only positive thing we as a family can say. Exposed wires in bathroom. Taps full of soap scum. Reception disabled toilet no lighting. General toilets filthy. Hotel rules illustrate previous & current problems. Bar & reception run by one staff member. Room phones don’t work and area situated well, may aswell stay on a motorway. Shower over bath (holder broken) Fridge with no door shelves and unstable. Balcony partition broken. If you have a love of insulation tape then this is the place for you! It can be found on literally every cable inside and on the grounds of the hotel. Thankfully, we stayed only for one night, No doubt, this place was classy in its day. Sadly, it’s obvious that the senior management have allowed money come before pride.

Clean room , close to centre, lift, helpful reception staff, very clean all around pool and whole building.Have stayed twice now, and booked again for September.My wife and I are both pensioners

Nice little hotel with bed and breakfast, ideal for a couple nights and close to town centre and harbour. Not much to do at the hotel so would not recommend staying here for more than a week but you get what you pay for 😊

Hotel pool and breakfast was great, rooms were average but Nothing to complain about, pillows and bed not great. Great location.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro di kos a piedi. Ottima pulizia, effettuata giornalmente, rispettate tutte le norme igieniche per la prevenzione covid. Stanza ampia, comoda e angolo cottura completo di utensili da cucina. Personale cordiale e struttura in ottime condizioni.

The location is a fantastic base for exploring Kos. This hotel is great value for money. Breakfast is good and our room was cleaned every day. Bathroom is not great and could do with modernisation.

Clean hotel, nice breakfast, good location, pool area small and filled with youngsters, beds are really hard and I felt the strings, close to the beach, hotel more for younger people

Der Safe muss extra bezahlt werden. Das Zimmer stank nach Rauch und die Möbel sind heruntergekommen. Ich hatte ein ekliges Insekt in meinem Bett vorgefunden und das Personal ist nicht sehr freundlich. Fühlte mich nicht willkommen. Lautrs Hotel, bin mehrmals aufgewacht. Gott sei dank war ich nur für zwei Nächte dort. Lage gut, man kann überall zu Fuss hingehen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr zentral, viele Möglichkeiten um zu essen, Zimmer sauber, Frühstück war in Ordnung.
