Perfect family vacation and exceptional hospitality
Pros:

Fantastic stay for the whole family. We had a wonderful vacation at Gaia Garden! Everything was perfectly clean and always on time. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were so kind and attentive to our 2.5 year old child, which made our stay super comfortable. The team was always ready to help with any request immediately. High hospitality and great atmosphere. Highly recommended, especially for families with kids.

Если вы являетесь редким обладателем шенгенской визы или вам посчастливилось подданство благополучной страны и решили отдохнуть на Косе, то этот отель вас точно не разочарует. Всё указанное на сайте соответствует действительности, великолепное питание, ухоженная территория, разнообразие напитков и вариантов отдыха, беспроблемный Wi-Fi. Небольшая отдалённость от моря не должна пугать, поскольку лучший вариант отдыха на нём совсем не в городе и подавляющее большинство передвигается на прокатных велосипедах в недалеко отдалённые пляжи и пляжники на которых вам точно не будет тесно.
Если коротко и лаконично - по всем параметрам отель заслуживает более чем 3*, это проверено на практике аналогичной звёздности на многих иных греческих островах и континенте. Это то место в которое хочется вернуться, осознавая, что все ожидания будут оправданы.

Es nuestra segunda vez en el hotel y volveria sin pensarlo muchas mas!!
Matina la manager del hotel, siempre fue muy amable con nosotros, le hice algunas solicitudes personales y siempre nos ayudo. Al igual que todo el personal del hotel.
Volvimos por segunda vez y pudimos observar que trabaja la misma gente y eso demuestra que el ambiente laboral es bueno, y el personal esta a gusto y eso se transmite en la atencion al cliente.
Es un hotel donde encuentras todas las comodidades y te hace sentir comodo, sin grandes lujos a pesar que dice que es de 3 estrellas yo le pondria mas.
Uno de los motivos importantes por los que volvimos es por lo amable e inclusivos que son en especial con los niños, mi hijo de 3 años disfruto mucho al igual que la primera vez que fuimos cuando tenia solo 2 años.
Ademas el hotel cada vez esta renovado, como el area de la comida, habitaciones y lugares comunes.
Solo tengo puras cosas buenas que poner, y gracias por hacer de Kos nuestro lugar feliz.

Cons:

Solo es un gusto personal, mejoraría las almohadas, pero eso es muy subjetivo
Todo fue de maravilla.

Pros:

Tesisin sessiz, sakin ve huzurlu bir ortamı var. Gerçekten dinlendik. Aileler için de çok uygun, çocuğumuz 5 yaşında ve çalışanlar o kadar güler yüzlü ki tekrar bu otele gideceğiz. İsteğiniz anında yapılıyor. Odalar çok temiz ve konforlu, yatağı çok rahat, yemekleri muhteşem, oda temizliği 10 üzerinden 10! Oda kahvaltı almamıza rağmen otelde yemek almak için küçük bir miktar ödemeyi istedik. Çünkü yemekleri çok güzel. İlk gün kahvaltıyı kaçırdığımız için ücretsiz öğle yemeği yememizi istediler ve feribottan inişte o kadar iyi geldi ki bu durum :)
Mükemmel şekilde karşılandık. Özellikle tesiste bizi karşılayan ve Türkçe bilen güler yüzlü birini görünce çok mutlu olduk, kendisini çok sevdik :) Son gün araba kiralamak istedik ve bu konuda da çok yardımcı oldular. Tekrar mutlaka gideceğiz..

Hotel davvero molto bello, con un personale super gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile. La pulizia delle camere è impeccabile e viene effettuata ogni giorno in modo ottimo. La struttura offre un'atmosfera estremamente rilassante e intima, arricchita da una splendida e curatissima piscina, ideale per rigenerarsi in totale tranquillità. Inoltre, la posizione dell'hotel è decisamente strategica, perfetta sia per uscire la sera sia per raggiungere comodamente le spiagge.
La sera ti intrattiene lo staff del bar con musica e drink

I'd highly recommend Gaia Garden for a quiet, chilled family holiday.
Pros:

I really liked the size of a family room which was essentially two rooms connected. Breakfast and dinner offered variety of dishes, fresh fruits and vegetables and delicious deserts

A lovely comfortable hotel
Pros:

We had a lovely week here in a Superior room, which was spacious and had a great patio with their own chairs and sunbeds. Our patio was mostly in the shade, but there were plenty of sunbeds in the solarium and, thankfully, there was not much of an '8am dash' to secure them. The room rate also included free use of the safe and beach towels, things that would otherwise be charged for on a different room tariff. We opted for B&B and the breakfast was varied and delicious, although most people seemed to be on an all inclusive basis. Our room was great, with a very comfortable bed, excellent shower and the WiFi worked perfectly for us. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and it was nice to receive a bottle of wine and a 'flower and towel' display on arrival, and very thoughtful to receive the same again on my wife's birthday, which was much appreciated. The hotel is in a quiet location, but there are decent restaurants (Dimitrios Tsaballas was our favourite) and a large supermarket within a 5 or 6 minute walk, with the more lively Lambi area being only a 15 minute walk away. Highly recommended, thank you.
