A wonderful stay at Hotel Bristol.
Pros:

The staff were always helpful and showed us great hospitality. Our room was beautiful and spacious, and the breakfast each morning was also fantastic. Excellent location for walking towards the Old Town. We loved our stay and would recommend this to anyone staying who finds themselves in Salzburg for a few days.

Lovely hotel just need professional staff
Pros:

Lovely suite but not as pictured

Cons:

The staff did not know what they were doing tried to tell me they could not get my card to take payment then took money again. They then realised they had a different room’s paperwork. To top this we let them valet park our car and they damaged the wheel

Would recommend to anyone.
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond. Every member of staff were so knowledgeable helpful and courteous. The breakfast staff remembered everything from our previous day’s orders.
The rooms were spacious and very clean with a comfy bed.
The location was perfect.
The breakfast was exceptional.

Incredible hotel in the heart of Salzburg
Pros:

Historical building right across from where Mozart lived. In walking distance from everything. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless and comfortable. We got a welcome drink from the bar, and you can pretty much choose any drink. Breakfast buffet is rich, fresh and tasty.

Perfekte Lage , Freundliches Personal und komfortable Zimmer .Perfekt für eine Städtereise
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr netten und aufmerksamen Personal.
Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel .
Die Lage ist perfekt da alle Sehenswürdigkeiten , Bars, Restaurants ,Parks usw in unmittelbaren Nähe oder in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen sind .

Wunderschönes Hotel und spitzenhaftes Personal
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal und die Lage einfach perfekt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt und sehr schöne Marmorbäder. Das ist jedes mal ein Erlebnis in einem so schönen Hotel zu nächtigen- einfach empfehlenswert.
