Cons:

Vorsicht: Booking wirbt mit einem Foto eines Zimmers mit Balkon und Blick auf den Park. Tatsächlich war es ein Zimmer ohne Balkon und Blick auf den Innenhof.
Daher: Besser vorher das genaue Zimmer vom Hotel beschreiben/bestätigen lassen.

The very best of classic Salzburg charm
Pros:

Hotel Bristol Salzburg exudes history and has been very well maintained. The location is excellent, right next to Mirabell Gardens and only a stone’s throw from the Old Town. The room was clean and charmingly old-fashioned. The highlight is the hotel’s varied and high-quality breakfast.

Cons:

We were somewhat disappointed with the service provided by the staff. We were rarely greeted at reception, and the gentleman tending the bar never smiled and was unable to recommend a cocktail. A particular mishap occurred at checkout when we mentioned that we had drunk a small bottle of white wine from the minibar that had clearly oxidized and spoiled. I asked that we not be charged for the undrinkable wine. Although the receptionist apologized for the situation, she refused to remove the bottle of wine—which had evidently been sitting in the minibar for too long and was completely spoiled—from the bill. My disappointment is not about the seven-euro charge itself, but rather about the receptionist’s attitude and lack of flexibility in handling the matter.

Excelente estadia em hotel histórico.
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, em edifício histórico, com atmosfera tradicional e aconchegante. Funcionários gentis. Ótimo café da manhã.

Cons:

Falta de bidê ou ducha higiênica no banheiro. Chuveiro instalado dentro da banheira e com vidro de proteção pequeno, o que dificultava o banho sem encharcar o chão ao lado da banheira.

Superb location and feel to the Hotel Bristol, shame that the breakfast let it down.
Pros:

Our bedroom was very pleasant with lovely balcony and views. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was oiir, there was limited selection of cooked food which was not very appetising, the breads on offer were not particularly fresh, there could have been wider selection of fresh fruit. There was the most annoying music piped into the restaurant please no!

Auf einen vorher angekündigten Geburtstag wurde aufmerksam Rücksicht genommen.

Wenn man das Auto parken lässt, werden 60 Euro veranschlagt.
Etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing city
Pros:

Gorgeous traditional hotel, immaculately clean and great location for city. Reception and breakfast staff were amazing particularly Monika, Christine , Lucy and Floiau.

Cons:

Bar staff were unfriendly and curt. €37 for 2 gin and tonics a little pricey we thought.
