Nice but not the best.
Pros:

Nice hotel, we had got two rooms and the staff opened it to make it interconnected which helped. Rest was good. No major issue.

Cons:

No kettle at room, which is very very inconvenient. You have to go down to reception and the there is a water heater which never worked. Then the staff had to get it from kitchen. Carrying hot water in hand through lift was very inconvenient. Hotel should think about putting a kettle in every room - its a basic feature of any hotel now.

Lokalizacja blisko trasy . Personel życzliwy , pomocny . Pokoje czyste . Bardzo wygodne łóżka . Śniadania dobre.

Cons:

Kłopot z parkingiem -bardzo mało miejsc . Personel nie zauważył informacji z prośbą o miejsce parkingowe
Personel nie informuje , ze jeżeli mieszka się w hotelu na terenie Salzburga to można otrzymać darmowy bilet na środki komunikacji miejskiej na czas pobytu.

Could be better
Pros:

The man in the restaurant very kindly went into the kitchen and got me (I'm Coeliac) fresh jam out of the pot so as to avoid me risking gluten contamination from the open pots of jam on the buffet.

Cons:

The rooms need a thorough clean. For example, the bathroom door was quite dirty. There was an empty beer can in the safe. Also the pillows need replacing. They are lumpy. The bacon on the breakfast buffet had a layer of bread at the bottom of the pan!! Good thing I noticed that 😬

Saltzburg is worth to visit and this hotel is worth to stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location close to Trade fairs. Excellent communication with public transport to the city. Ticket for public transport included in stay.

Cons:

Limited parking space. Worth to know that after check in there is also underground parking space
