Clean and comfortable stay in a charming family-run hotel
Pros:

The staff was incredibly friendly and kind. We received unlimited bus passes for the city of Salzburg which we didn't expect. The room was comfortable. We arrived very early and were able to store our luggage until check in. Channel 100 on the TV had the Sound of Music playing on repeat 24/7 (incredible). Overall this was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The location was very convenient from the train station (6 min walk) and easy to get into the old part of the city (20 min walk). I also love that this hotel is family run and has a long history.

Cons:

The hotel did feel slightly older and maybe a little run down.
