Location was good for access to the train station. Loved the tv channel with the Sound of Music on a loop. Also liked being able to open a window for fresh air.

Il centro storico invivibile con musica rock - metallica assordante e troppa gente in giro!
Pros:

Si trova in una zona tranquilla vicino alla stazione e castello di Mirabell.
Buon cappuccino con brioches, varie torte e la possibilità di fare colazione nel piccolo giardino dell'hotel.
La stanza luminosa con tre finestre, tende rosa antico abbinabili ai due divanetti dello stesso colore in mezzo il piccolo tavolo.
Comodo il letto e guanciale morbido.
Personale cordiale e soprattutto conoscono l'italiano!

Cons:

Impossibile fotografare la piazza e Duomo in conseguenza dell' impalcatura con sedie, palcoscenico e soprattutto numerosi stand per mangiare che rovina il paesaggio della bellezza di questa città ed oltretutto è famosa perchè vissero e si esibirono W. A. e L. Mozart.
Inoltre, l'ho trovata cambiata rispetto a trent'anni fa; quando era tranquilla e non tutta questa ressa di gente da rendere il centro con il turismo diventato sproporzionato ed oltretutto musica assordante tutto il giorno - notte da far venire mal di testa. Una vergogna!!!

Central but in a residential area. Close to main bus and train stations. Comfortable, well appointed room

Cons:

Had sent pre-arrival forms for both of us, somehow they had no records, hence took time to fill it in and delayed check in.

Pros:

We had four double rooms, three with single occupancy, so no issues with space. Scrupulously clean throughout. very good breakfast and a nice little bar off reception for residents which the friendly owners encouraged us to use. Lovely surprise that the hotel was so convenient for the station yet in a very pleasant quiet neighbourhood, and within a very short walk of a riverside path which took you easily to both sides of the town with views all the way - perfect.

Cons:

Pity that coaches were parked right outside the ground floor frontage as that meant the view from the one first floor bedroom was largely of a coach roof and the noise of an early start by the coach was unwelcome The other rooms were not affected.

Overall a good place to stay
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good but a little basic though.

Cons:

Fruits were tinned and there wasn't not much variety of eggs. No fresh juices were available too.

Pros:

Frukostvärdinnan Mariella var enastående, glad, trevlig. Frukosten ok.

Cons:

Personalen i receptionen visste inte på kartan var hotellet låg. Receptionisterna (3st) hade en obehaglig och otrevlig attityd till flera av oss gäster.
Ägarinnan öppnade dörren till rummet och gick in. Det har jag aldrig varit med om.
Att hotellet skulle vara 4++++ stämmer ej. Föreslår 2+. Trasigt kakel och interiör i badrum. Behöver verkligen uppdateras. Tar emot alldeles för stora utländska grupper.
