Zeer vriendelijk personeel. En de kamer was heel erg schoon. En het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en alle produkten waren vers.

親切なスタッフと快適な立地
Pros:

スタッフの方々がとても親切で暖かかったです。わざわざホテルの外に出て、旧市街への行き方やバス停の場所を教えてくれました。
部屋も清潔でした。
また、立地も良く、ザルツブルク中央駅から徒歩10分程度の距離にも関わらず、とても閑静で落ち着いた住宅街にあり、鳥のさえずりが心地良かったです。駅と反対方向のすぐ近くが川岸になっており、河沿いを歩いて旧市街に向かうのも素敵な体験でした。

良くない点は特にありませんでした。

A comfortable stay in a beautiful city

Very comfortable stay. Staff went above and beyond to be helpful and were very attentive and friendly.

Gute Lage in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof. Das Personal war immer freundlich. Das Zimmer war groß und das Bett bequem. War eine erholsame Nacht!

Bell'hotel, con personale gentile e attento, camere pulite e confortevoli.
Pros:

Il personale è davvero gentile, la signora Scherer attenta e alla reception Silvana davvero disponibile per ogni info e molto simpatica. Le camere sono semplici ma comode, pulite ogni giorno, con ricambio di asciugamani e tanti prodotti per l'igiene. Purtroppo non avevo la colazione inclusa, ma il buffet sembrava stupendo!

Cons:

Peccato per la posizione, una ventina di minuti dalla città vecchia, ma facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi.
