Pros:

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, der Hauptbahnhof fussläufig erreichbar oder auch per Bus, da die Bushaltestelle nicht weit entfernt ist. Das Ambiente ist sehr geschmackvoll, das Personal freundlich und bemüht. Einzig irritiert war ich diesmal, dass man nicht auf dem Schirm hatte, dass das Frühstück bereits inkludiert und bezahlt ist. Das bringt einen selbst ins Zweifeln. Es war dann doch notiert, trotzdem am nächsten Morgen von einer anderen Kollegin erneut darauf angesprochen, dass das Frühstück nicht bezahlt wäre. Sehr unangenehm. Hier wäre eine bessere interne Kommunikation und Übergabe wünschenswert, jemand der das nicht so auf dem Schirm hat, wird möglicherweise doppelt abgerechnet.

Great family run hotel in excellent location.
Pros:

Stayed two nights. Excellent location for Train Station and getting into town. Room was comfortable and duvets where lovely!. We where shown where we could store our bicycle. Breakfast was excellent.

Ruhige Lage in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs, netter Fußweg in die Innenstadt. Schön ausgestattetes Zimmer.

Cons:

Altmodischer Schlüssel mit riesigem Anhänger, etwas verstaubtes und farblich fragwürdiges Ambiente.

Comfortable and easy going
Pros:

Location - 10mins walk from station and river, and 30mins walk to the centre of old town of Salzburg (tho all other amenities close by).
Relaxed family run hotel, with a refurbished bathroom and a good European breakfast selection.

Cons:

Please reduce single use plastics - bathroom toiletries all in single use packaging.
Curtains didn’t quite cover full window.
