If you are arriving by car, please enter "Kajetanerplatz" (47°47‘48“N - 13°03‘06“E) into your navigation device.

At the entrance to the Kaigasse (the beginning of the pedestrian zone), there is a barrier. Please press the corresponding button for the hotel on the column on the left side. You will receive a code via the intercom, which you have to enter into the barrier to be allowed to enter.

Parking is possible at the underground car park Barmherzige Brüder. The car park has CCTV and it is only a 5 to 10-minute walk away from the hotel. The hotel provides you with directions to the car park upon arrival. Please note that special conditions and cancellation terms apply if you book 5 room units or more.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

If you want to be in the historic center of Salzburg, this is your spot. Location, location, location. We were only here for one night, but the room waa extremely comfortable. It was actually bigger than I expected and had all of the necessary amenities for our stay. Breakfast was a nice variety. I would stay here again if I came back to Salzburg.

Bien mais trop cher
Pros:

Emplacement idéal au calme pour visiter la vieille ville. Belle chambre. Bon petit déjeuner qualitatif.

Cons:

Arrivés à 17h un dimanche, plus de personnel, nous avons affaire à une borne pour récupérer le code pour rentrer dans la chambre. Inhabituel pour un 4 étoiles surtout à ce prix. Il faudra s’y habituer à l’avenir. Pas accessible en voiture il faut déambuler dans les rues sur 500m après d’être garé dans un parking souterrain. Un jeu de piste. l’hôtel propose heureusement une réduction soit 25€ la journée. 380€ pour 2 nuits+ 50€ de parking ça fait très cher.

The two mattresses are not boxed (to keep them together) and move during sleep.

Great central location - safe didn't work.
Pros:

Central location, easy to walk around Salzburg from the property..
Room was clean, the bathroom had sufficient amenities for a short stay.
We took a family room, gladly the extra bed was set for our arrival. Thank you.

Cons:

Whilst the hotel was located in the center of town, the parking was a walk away.
The safe inside the room didn't work.
Check-in when arriving late at night was digital and without personal touch.
Our room was located at the top of the property, so had to take elevators and stairs to reach - would be difficult for physically challenged guests - if it was not communicated as an option prior to arrival, but worked fine for us.

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, cerca de cafés y restaurantes. No comimos en el hotel así que no sabemos qué tal era la comida, aunque cuando bajamos para ver el desayuno, nos pareció un poco limitado para el precio (26 euros). Puedes llegar caminando a cualquier parte de la Ciudad Antigua, al funicular para subir a la Fortaleza e inclusive, caminar al otro lado del río cruzando los puentes. La ciudad es pequeña así que la mayoría de las cosas turísticas se pueden hacer caminando.

Cons:

Queríamos una cama doble y nos dieron una habitación con dos camas individuales pegadas, por lo cual no había mucho espacio para moverte en la cama porque te podías escurrir por la separación de la mitad. También, el precio fue un poco elevado, pero pensaría que es un estándar en todo Salzburgo.
