If you are arriving by car, please enter "Kajetanerplatz" (47°47‘48“N - 13°03‘06“E) into your navigation device.

At the entrance to the Kaigasse (the beginning of the pedestrian zone), there is a barrier. Please press the corresponding button for the hotel on the column on the left side. You will receive a code via the intercom, which you have to enter into the barrier to be allowed to enter.

Parking is possible at the underground car park Barmherzige Brüder. The car park has CCTV and it is only a 5 to 10-minute walk away from the hotel. The hotel provides you with directions to the car park upon arrival. Please note that special conditions and cancellation terms apply if you book 5 room units or more.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

ההגעה מסורבלת, הכניסה לעיר העתיקה חסומה ונדרש לתקשר עם המלון, המידע לא היה קיים באתר. אין חניה זמינה והחניון יקר מאד. החימום בחדר היה חלש והיה נורא קר במקלחת. החדר קטן יחסית.

Bad taste in my mouth with regards to customer service in Salzburg

The manager attempted to charge $50 euros for using the washing machine!!! There was a room at the end of our hall…door open, no signs. Inside, were two washing machines, an ironing board and a dryer ~ since the “hotel” offered no laundry service, I assumed machines were available for guests. When returning to throw my wet clothes in the dryer, I got yelled at and told they weren’t for guests. I apologized, and told them I would get my bag and just hang my wet clothes in my room ~ when I went back, door was locked and I could not see my items. Ten minutes later, I saw them wet and thrown in a basket outside of the locked door! At check out, we were told that it was $50 for laundry service!
What horrible customer service ~ DO NOT RECOMMEND 😡

Pros:

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist sehr praktisch. Gut mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr erreichbar. Zimmer sind neu renoviert uns sehr schönt.

Cons:

Leider hat man den Lift in meinem Zimmer sehr gut gehört.
