At the entrance to the Kaigasse (the beginning of the pedestrian zone), there is a barrier. Please press the corresponding button for the hotel on the column on the left side. You will receive a code via the intercom, which you have to enter into the barrier to be allowed to enter.

Parking is possible at the underground car park Barmherzige Brüder. The car park has CCTV and it is only a 5 to 10-minute walk away from the hotel. The hotel provides you with directions to the car park upon arrival. Please note that special conditions and cancellation terms apply if you book 5 room units or more.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Ich würde immer wieder das Hotel wählen weil es einfach fabelhaft war die Betten sehr schön angenehm der Schlaf ist wund

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, cerca de cafés y restaurantes. No comimos en el hotel así que no sabemos qué tal era la comida, aunque cuando bajamos para ver el desayuno, nos pareció un poco limitado para el precio (26 euros). Puedes llegar caminando a cualquier parte de la Ciudad Antigua, al funicular para subir a la Fortaleza e inclusive, caminar al otro lado del río cruzando los puentes. La ciudad es pequeña así que la mayoría de las cosas turísticas se pueden hacer caminando.

Cons:

Queríamos una cama doble y nos dieron una habitación con dos camas individuales pegadas, por lo cual no había mucho espacio para moverte en la cama porque te podías escurrir por la separación de la mitad. También, el precio fue un poco elevado, pero pensaría que es un estándar en todo Salzburgo.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Großartige Lage, mitten im Zentrum, trotzdem ruhig; am Fuße des Mönchsbergs, fußwegige Entfernung zum Festspielhaus und zum Dom. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal; Zimmer und Bad sauber und ordentlich.

Cons:

Karniese defekt, sodass die Vorhänge nicht ganz zugezogen werden konnten, was am Morgen zu viel Licht ins Zimmer fluten ließ

Ottima posizione, vicino centro città zona pedonale e parcheggi. Stanza molto pulita. Personale alla reception molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Rapporto qualità/prezzo: malgrado l'ottima posizione arredi e dotazioni della stanza non allineati al prezzo.

Couldn't have asked for a better place!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was so kind and wonderful! Benjamin greeted us with a huge smile and didn't even have to look us up. He was waiting for us! The room was spacious and clean. The elevator was quick and quiet but the stairwell is right next to it and is open.

Cons:

Coming from the US the air conditioner was a big deal since it was spring and all the flowers were in bloom.My allergies went nuts so opening the windows wasn't ideal. It was there but not very cold. It may have been because of the location in front of a wall BUT that would not stop me from staying again!

Pros:

Alles super, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet direkt in der Altstadt zum Erkunden. Die Parkgarage des Barmherzigen Brüder Krankenhaus ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Das neue Türsystem mit PIN Code und Touchscreen statt Karte ist nicht optimal. Vor allem für ältere Personen oder "Würstlfinger" könnte das zur Herausforderung werden 😉

WONDERFUL!!
Pros:

The Location is EXCELLENT! Close to everything, usually a 15-20 minute walk wherever you need to go. The Breakfast was good. The Room was comfortable and clean.The Restaurant-Sto Bene next door is FABULOUS!

Cons:

The Shower is a little small and you NEED HOOKS in a Bathroom and on the doors, to hang wet towels and clothes.

Ein Schmuckstück für Liebhaber historischer Bauten
Pros:

Zentraler und doch ruhig geht's nicht. Gleich neben dem Dom mit guten Gaststätten um die Ecke. Ein historischer Bau mit viel Sachverstand modern renoviert.

Cons:

Das separate Frühstück ist zu teuer wenn man nur einen Tee oder Kaffee mit Brot und Konfitüre will.

GREAT CENTRAL LOCATION
Pros:

Fabulous location, central for everything and an easy bus ride from the airport with very convenient drop off/pick up points. Great restaurants and bars nearby
