Reception opening hours are as follows: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

If you are arriving by car, please enter "Kajetanerplatz" (47°47‘48“N - 13°03‘06“E) into your navigation device.

At the entrance to the Kaigasse (the beginning of the pedestrian zone), there is a barrier. Please press the corresponding button for the hotel on the column on the left side. You will receive a code via the intercom, which you have to enter into the barrier to be allowed to enter.

Parking is possible at the underground car park Barmherzige Brüder. The car park has CCTV and it is only a 5 to 10-minute walk away from the hotel. The hotel provides you with directions to the car park upon arrival. Please note that special conditions and cancellation terms apply if you book 5 room units or more.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Es war insgesamt in Ordnung, aber nicht völlig überzeugend.
Pros:

Schöne Zimmer, kein Teppichboden, sehr gute Lage, viel Auswahl beim Frühstück, angenehmes Parken in einer relativ nahe gelegenen Tiefgarage

Cons:

Unangenehmer Uringeruch aus dem Badezimmer :( man musste die Badezimmertür immer geschlossen haben;
die Raumtemperatur ließ sich nicht einstellen/ändern, fand ich sehr lästig, da mir am Abend kalt war;
als alleinreisende Frau hätte ich mich mit einer nachts besetzten Rezeption sicherer gefühlt;
der Kaffee hat mir gar nicht geschmeckt

I’d definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Fantastic location and very helpful Reception team. Large room for the old town and perfect location. Really quiet.

Cons:

No bedside table or place to plug in anything in near the second bed.

Amazing hospitality and definitely recommend to solo travellers families and couples alike x
Pros:

Stayed here 3 nights and the property had a warm homely feel to it and all staff were welcoming and friendly x

The facilities were fabulous and the breakfast room was very well laid out with a great selection of foods for all tastes / dietary requirements x nothing was too much trouble and the room was spotless x

The location was close to everything in the Old Town in a very peaceful position and I never return to the same hotel but for this one I would make an exception and definitely stay here again x

Thank you for such warm and professional hospitality x

Cons:

I could not fathom out how to work the air conditioning but I used my portable fan otherwise I would have asked for assistance x

Tolles Hotel
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mitten im Zentrum von Salzburg. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit- ich benötigte eine Vase für die von mir mitgebrachten Blumen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet gut,die Damen am Buffet sehr freundlich.
Für meine nächste Salzburg reise werde ich das Hotel wieder buchen :-)

ההגעה מסורבלת, הכניסה לעיר העתיקה חסומה ונדרש לתקשר עם המלון, המידע לא היה קיים באתר. אין חניה זמינה והחניון יקר מאד. החימום בחדר היה חלש והיה נורא קר במקלחת. החדר קטן יחסית.
