If you are arriving by car, please enter "Kajetanerplatz" (47°47‘48“N - 13°03‘06“E) into your navigation device.

At the entrance to the Kaigasse (the beginning of the pedestrian zone), there is a barrier. Please press the corresponding button for the hotel on the column on the left side. You will receive a code via the intercom, which you have to enter into the barrier to be allowed to enter.

Parking is possible at the underground car park Barmherzige Brüder. The car park has CCTV and it is only a 5 to 10-minute walk away from the hotel. The hotel provides you with directions to the car park upon arrival. Please note that special conditions and cancellation terms apply if you book 5 room units or more.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

Cozy hotel,the room is spacious,tgey upgraded our room but there is no view from window.room and hotel is old but in good condition,location is great

Cons:

The room walls are blue ,the window view is the roof but that was ok for me.there is no chair or desk in the room.

tolle lage, extrem freundlicher empfang, bequeme vier betten in einem zimmer und dennoch genug platz

Cons:

der luster hängt leider sehr tief, sodass wir uns einige male gestoßen haben. ganze nacht (und ganzen tag) schaltete sich alle 5 sekunden für ca. 5 sekunden etwas ein; eine schwierige situation, wenn man so geräuschempfindlich ist

Gemütliches Hotel mit super Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel war ausgesprochen schön. Es ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet und hat eine fantastische Lage. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Altstadt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Der Zugang zum Hotel und zu den Zimmern erfolgt nach Check-in einfach über einen Code. Das heißt, man muss nicht an dir Zimmerkarte oder den Schlüssel denken.

Posizione imbattibile tra Residenzplatz e Mozartplatz!
Pros:

Un albergo storico a 4 stelle ricavato in un edificio del XIV secolo. Si trova in una posizione imbattibile nel cuore della Città Vecchia, a meno di 5 minuti a piedi sia da Residenzplatz che da Mozartplatz. La camera confortevoli e pulite, perfette per esplorare a piedi tutte le attrazioni principali senza bisogno di mezzi.

ロケーションも良く、朝食が美味しく、スタッフも親切で快適に過ごせました。9月下旬に滞在しましたが、昼間はまだ少し暑い日がありエアコンが設備されていたのは有難かったです。私の観光スケジュールに、率直に意見をしてくれて大変助かりました。

Would definitely stay here again
Pros:

The location was ideal. It was within easy walking distance of the most important sights in the city. The bathroom was a good size and the bed was comfortable. We had one of the smaller rooms and it was quite adequate for our weekend visit. We had breakfast at the hotel only on our last day and it was quite nice, although a little bit pricey. Benjamin was soooo helpful at the front desk - thank you!!!

Cons:

We had trouble finding a place for dinner the evening we arrived because there were not many restaurants in the area that were not fully booked. We also had some difficulty checking in after hours (1900) because of lack of clarity of the check-in system. However, we used the audio service and were able to confirm our reservation, get our “key”, and enjoy the rest of our weekend without any further issues at all.

Convenient, quiet, beautiful hotel with AMAZING staff.
Pros:

The hotel said they had an elevator. Sadly, we were assigned to a room that wasn't accessible by elevator so we had to request a change. The hotel was pretty full. The amazing Gentleman at the desk worked things out for us. We had a wonderful, comfortable, quiet stay. Everything was so close. The breakfast was extremely varied it was hard to settle on what to eat. We wanted to try everything. It did not disappoint! Thank you to the desk clerk for being so solicitous to everyone, ensuring all were pleased. I highly recommend this hotel because of him.

Pros:

This was lovely accommodation. Well situated and very clean and tidy. We arrived after hours and the instructions were simple enough to get our rooms. It was about a 7 minute walk to the parking station which was safe and secure.
