Foi sensacional!
Pros:

O hotel é diferenciado, com excelente localização: fica em uma rua super badalada, a poucos metros da casa onde nasceu Mozart. O quarto era amplo, muito confortável e com decoração moderna e de bom gosto, um contraste interessante por ser a hospedaria mais antiga de Salzburgo. O banheiro era enorme para os padrões de quarto de hotel, e o lavabo, com o vaso sanitário, ficava em um cômodo separado, algo bastante comum na Áustria. O hotel oferece muitos detalhes pensados para o bem-estar dos hóspedes: um espaço em comum para água, café expresso e chás à vontade; guarda-chuvas individuais disponíveis nos quartos; e, para completar, um atendimento acolhedor e extremamente atencioso por parte dos funcionários.

Cons:

Senti falta de um frigobar no quarto.

Best of traditional and modern in perfect location
Pros:

Fabulous location right in the heart of Salzburg old town and literally a step from the airport bus stop. Very attractive hotel which is both traditional (wooden paneled dining room) and modern (with lots of interesting pieces of art dotted around the hotel). Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Bedroom was fresh, spacious and spotlessly clean with a lovely bathroom and a small area where we could sit at the end of the day. We enjoyed the bar too.

Cons:

It was all beautiful, but if I was being picky I'd ask for darker curtains as the light from the street was a little bright in the room.

Stylish hotel in great location with good services.
Pros:

Hotel style was great. Location was really good. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Cafe-bar for guest was great. Rooms were clean. The hotel bikes were brilliant - we loved taking them to explore the city. Bathroom toiletries were lovely.

Cons:

WiFi was sketchy - kept having to leave and rejoin network. The casting function to share a tablet screen on the room TV didn’t work. The mattresses were too soft, as well as the pillows. It would have been better to have a range of pillows. We ended up sleeping sideways across the bed because the mattresses were not supportive. We had to ask about the guest mobility scheme, and it would have been helpful to have been told in advance.

Aber unbedingt reservieren...

Cons:

Leider gibt es keine Tageszeitung beim Frühstück, obwohl dieses sehr lecker ist.
Man kann alles haben was man will.
Es gibt sogar einen echten Kaffee...

Could not fault it.
Pros:

Perfect location. Close to shops. Staff were extremely helpful.

Cons:

The day we arrived I was hoping for valet, travelling with 4 adults and a 2 year old. Anyway we got a park at the front and had to take the car to the carpark. It was no big deal. Everything else out weight it. I can’t fault this property. I love the unique design it has. Keep up the great work!

Excellent hotel but space to improve
Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel, well located, nicely decorated,
spacious and cosy room, excellent bed, excellent amenities

Cons:

Although we lived in France 2 years, I will never like having toilet and shower separated.
Also, they have a concept of MaxiBar, instead of minibar, where coffee and tea is located in one place for all the guests. Honestly I prefer a kettle and coffee inside the room
