Kein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen, sehr enttäuscht!
Cons:

Zimmer nicht sauber, überall viel Staub sowie Spinnen und Spinnennetze. Dreckige, niedrige Toiletten. Blutspuren von getöteten Mücken an den Wänden. Jede Nacht wird man von Mücken gestochen und aus dem Schlaf geweckt. Hotel Betreiber machen nichts vorbeugendes dagegen, obwohl es bekannt ist, dass es dort viele Mücken gibt. Innenpool sehr kalt, wird nicht wie üblich beheizt. Beim Frühstück gibt es keine Rühreier. Kein Kühlschrank und kein Wasserkocher oder Kaffee im Zimmer. Personal, vor allem beim Empfang unfreundlich. Dieses Hotel hat keine 4 Sterne verdient. Das war sehr enttäuschend.

Shows potential but needs to think like a guest. missing simple things like fans and working showers
Pros:

location was good for me, only 10 mins from the airport and 15 mins from the Red Bull Stadium by regular bus.
Breakfast was ok, nothing special just mix meats and cheeses, some bread but no wholemeal or low fat yogurts. being diabetic meant i was limited..

Cons:

Arrived as planned at 23:00 my key and instructions were left next to the front door..
on entering the hotel i fell down a step 2m from the front door as it was not marked or very well lit..
got to my 2nd floor room to find loads of mosquitoes flying around. no air con and no fan.. it felt like about 30'C in the room, went for a shower to find the shower head holder was broken so i had to hold the shower head to use it..
I complained and the next night i was given a fan and a mozy repellent..
My flight was not till 6pm so I asked if a late departure was available and was told no.. I then asked if they had a secure store for my luggage so i could leave it there and not waste the day.. I was told I could leave it in the breakfast room quite abruptly by the older lady owner.. but nowhere secure.. so just had to go to the airport early and hang around.. wasted day !!

Pros:

Colazione eccellente come anche la SPA
Vicino ai mezzi pubblici ed a Salzburg,Personale gentile,ristorante alto livello per la carne( prezzi medio-alti)

Cons:

Camera molto calda e con poca areazione(non c'è aria condizionata),non abituati ad una temperatura esterna oltre i 30°

Salzburg for 2 nights
Pros:

The rooms were comfy and clean and so was the bathroom
The breakfast was a good continental one and the staff were really friendly
The steak restaurant which is part of the hotel the food we had was amazing, it's just a shame we couldn't eat there for both nights

Cons:

It was a bit warm and no fans or air con in the room , it was a bit old fashioned and the location wasn't ideal for what we wanted but because there was so much going on in Salzburg everywhere was booked up

Nice Austrian feel, not exactly a 4star hotel.
Pros:

Large room with balcony and a lovely view on the mountain. A quiet farming area, perfect if you like a peaceful break.
To use the swimming pool and sauna/steam room you need to ask at the reception, where a young lady will kindly assist you. She was helpful, affable and very nice to us.

Cons:

We had a very unpleasant welcome on our arriving.
The reception was closed - that was fine - and we had to call and message the property twice to get information: we needed the key for the safe and ask about the pool.
And elder lady - after 1 hour and a second call - quickly gave us the key and no other information or help (we don’t speak German).
She’s been quite rude and dismissive, like we were a nuisance.

Top Hotel an guter Lage ausserhalb des Stadtzentrums.
Pros:

Super Lage. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Zum Glück ein kühler Pool.

Cons:

Leider nicht klimatisiert. War ein bisschen heiss. Aber für das Wetter kann das Hotel nichts dafür.

Sauber, gemütlich und sehr freundliches Personal – wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Sehr schönes Hotel! Alles war sauber und gemütlich. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great value and the Bistro was relaxing with great service.

Pros:

Nice hotel in nice village, clean rooms, good restaurant

Cons:

The staff speaks only german. No information by arrival like opening hours of swimmingpool, no wifi password, but we found free wifi later. The biggest problem was breakfast - no warm eggs, sausages, bacon, small selection of cheeses etc. In 4 star hotel I would expect better service by breakfast.
