Our beautiful room had a small balcony, a nice surprise.
Shower was a bit difficult to use; some drips to the floor through the glass partition.

Location on the river and in the Altstadt, historical building full with history. Hugh suite with all comfort and a super good bed. Breakfast is amazing and the team give you a perfect service. Also the staff in the reception is very nice and has experience. They all give the clients maximum service. Salzburg is beautifull with good shops and food. We will return, two days was too short.
You could improve the hangup system of the shower. Now you can only use it as a handshower.

The location is amazing and the staff is very attentive. I have asked for a tea kettle to the room and had received it right away.
Our room was a little too cluttered which made it feel quite small. Also, our shower head kept dripping all night.
Conveniently located with amenities near hotel and walking distance to convenience shops, shopping belt, restaurants and cafes.
Used to hotel card keys, the room key at Radisson is old fashion and heavy and we need to return key to the Reception several times a day if we unload our shopping stuff to our rooms.
Zimmer sehr gut, effektive Klimatisierung, schöner , klimatisierter Frühstücksraum, gute Auswahl und Qualität des Frühstücks. Hotelchef sehr freundlich , kümmert sich persönlich !

L’hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter le centre historique de Salzburg à pied. Les chambres sont grandes et confortable
Le petit déjeuner est bon et la salle de restaurant à une belle vue. Nous sommes accompagnés par un personnel très sympathique.
Il n’y a pas de parking. L’hôtel nous a envoyé dans un parking public à 10 mn de marche et hors de prix plus de 100 euros pour 3 jours.
Les chambres sont grandes mais très sombres (augmenter l’intensité lumineuse des ampoules SVP)

Notre chambre avec vue sur la rivière au 4e étage était très spacieuse et bien aménagée. La salle de bain de bonne taille est très bien entretenue même si elle a déjà quelques années depuis sa dernière rénovation. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est bien achalandé et l'hôtel est en bordure de la vielle ville, mais tout de même facilement atteignable en voiture.
Il est désagréable de devoir attendre (trop) longtemps avant de recevoir ses boissons chaudes au petit déjeuner (et certains jours devoir les demander plusieurs fois), cela gâche totalement l'expérience !
The hotel is in a fantastic location in the old city. It’s easy to get to from the train station and airport using public transport. We were made very welcome by the hotel workers.
Our room was spacious with a kettle, coffee machine plenty of glasses, toiletries including toothbrush and toothpaste.
The buffet breakfast was excellent in fact the best I have had for many years.
