Pros:

petit déjeuner exceptionnel mais serveurs parfois peu attentifs, parfois attentifs et serviables. Chambre de grande taille, décoration ancienne mais qui donne une ambiance propice à visiter la ville! literie correcte mais oreillers pouvant être meilleurs.

Cons:

la clef que l'on doit remettre à l'accueil à chaque sortie et pas de 2ème clef

Sehr gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Lage. Zimmerupgrade beim Einchecken.

Cons:

Wir würden uns beim Frühstücksbuffett den Kaffee lieber selber aus einer guten Maschine holen als auf die Bedienung zu warten.

Posizione imbattibile, in pieno centro storico, perfetta per raggiungere numerosi luoghi di interesse o ristoranti a piedi.
Staff del servizio colazione gentile ed efficiente.

Cons:

Servizio e struttura non all’altezza di un vero hotel 5 stelle. Molte aree dell’hotel incluse le camere risultano ormai datate e necessitano di ristrutturazione. Aree comuni dell’hotel poco curate e trascurate.
Buffet della colazione di livello medio.

Gute Lage, gutes Frühstück, schade, dass für das Frühstück nicht die Dachterrasse benutzt wird.

旧市街散策なら最適
Pros:

ザルツブルグ音楽祭に行くため、2泊利用。
旧市街にあるので、劇場に行きやすい。川向うのホテルも検討していたが、こちらでよかった。
旧市街は車が通りにくいため、22時過ぎなどの遅い時間でも気軽に街を散策できた（音楽祭期間ということもあったかもしれない）。
施設内は入り組んでいて、同じフロア内でも階段のアップダウンがあったり、迷路的な感じはする。
部屋は暗めで、よく言えば落ち着いている。窓の外は隣の建物なので景観はない。
サービススタッフは親しみやすく気楽。
朝食は川を見下ろせる明るいところで、朝シャンパンもある。
洗面台が2つあって、便利。
トイレとバスタブは別個室。
ウォシュレットはないがビデはある。

Cons:

鍵が重い真鍮製で1つだけなので、別行動はとりづらいかも。フロントで預かってくれるとは思うけれど。
駅からバスで向かう際に、バス通りを通ってホテルに向かうと、歩道が狭いのでちょっと危ないので注意。またバス通り側からだと階段を上がる必要があるので、重い荷物だとしんどい。
Rathouseを降りてすぐに旧市街側に入って、一本目を左折して行くほうがよい。ただ、ホテルの入り口が少しわかりづらいかも。
