Pros:

Very disappointing stay.

The biggest issue was the internet. There was no Wi-Fi connection in the room at all during our stay. We were unable to make calls or stay connected with our family, which is unacceptable nowadays and should be considered a basic requirement for any hotel.

The hotel also has an extremely rigid check-in and check-out policy. We arrived before 3:00 PM and were told that even one minute before the official check-in time, the room could not be provided. However, guests are expected to leave by 11:00 AM, with no flexibility.

The rooms are very old and outdated. The air conditioning units are old split-type systems and do not meet the standards expected for this category of hotel.

Another major inconvenience is that there is no reception service after 10:00 PM and no room service. Every time assistance or basic items are needed, guests have to go downstairs themselves.

Overall, the experience was far below expectations.

Alles in allem ein schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel für einen Städtetrip.
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, freundliches Personal in bester Lage um Salzburg fussläufig zu erkunden. Frühstück solide, aber nicht aussergewöhnlich

Cons:

Leider war das Badezimmer sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Ausreichend Ablagefläche, ein Kosmetikspiegel, sowie ein Shampoo waren leider nicht vorhanden. Hier könnte ein wenig nachgearbeitet werden 😊

Stay was good.
Pros:

Location is good. Near to the Old Town, a supermarket opposite of the hotel & a couple of halal eateries (kebap place opposite hotel & a burger place 1-2mins walk away).

Cons:

There were no toiletries provided except for towels.

Pros:

The location is excellent. Historical sights are in short walking distance. The breakfast at the hotel had a wide variety and it was delicious.

Cons:

The noise from the adjacent room was louder than expected. I have stayed here before and it was not a problem.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Restaurants sowie andere Läden waren schnell erreichbar.

Cons:

Die Wände waren hellhörig und das eine Zahnputzglas war noch etwas schmutzig

Pros:

Die Lage ist prima, direkt in der Altstadt von Salzburg gelegen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet gut mit netter Terrasse im Innenhof zu draußen sitzen im Sommer.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind relativ klein, sodass man mit zwei Koffern Platzprobleme bekommt.
Bei der Ankunft hat das Badezimmer sehr nach Ablauf gerochen, dies wurde aber rasch vom Personal behoben, sodass es hier keinen Kretikpunkt gibt

Comfy, clean and modern
Pros:

The hotel was small and modern. Walkable to Mirabelli Gardens. Staff not overly friendly but pleasant enough. Cab stand right outside the door. Outdoor patio was spacious but could definitely use some landscaping. Lack of interesting restaurants nearby, so dine in the old part of city. A good value and pleasant stay.
