Sve je bilo super!
Pros:

Izuzetno drago osoblje na recepciji! Parking je samo 8 eura noć, a dobili smo i iskaznice za besplatni javni prijevoz što je bilo jako korisno. Općenito hotel je bio lijep i bila je super atmosfera. Definitivno preporučujem i hotel i njihov bar (osobito koktele)! :)

Pros:

Bus stop was directly outside of the hotel and very easy to get into the city centre. It also had a great car park for guests. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

The hotel was very outdated, noisy, no kettle or fridge in the room, shower screen was broken and very tiny bathroom. The beds were very soft and not comfortable.

Disrespectful Reception Staff and Terrible Customer Service

Our experience was spoiled by the extremely rude behaviour of the receptionist. We were a group of four and simply enquired about the possibility of getting a bigger room. Instead of responding professionally, he told us, “Please don’t peep into the other room and ask for a bigger room.”

This was an unnecessarily insulting and condescending way to speak to paying guests. We asked a simple question, and there was absolutely no justification for that response.

A lack of available rooms is understandable. A lack of basic manners is not. No guest should be made to feel foolish or humiliated for enquiring about room options. A receptionist who cannot handle a straightforward question politely is a serious letdown for any hotel.

Management should seriously reconsider how guests are treated at the reception. First impressions matter, and ours was thoroughly unpleasant. We expected basic courtesy and professionalism, not sarcasm and disrespect.

Unfortunately, the receptionist’s behaviour left a very negative impression of the hotel. I hope management takes this feedback seriously so that other guests do not have a similar experience.

Todo muy limpio ademas tiene la parada de bus justo en la puerta del hotel.
