Las dos personas de receción muy amables, no facilitaron check in temprano para poder dejar las maletas. Mucha información sobre la ciudad.

Amazing location and incredibly friendly and helpful staff, would definitely recommend!
Pros:

Incredibly friendly staff, who were always on hand to help. They let us check in early and gave us a free upgrade on our room which was very kind. Great location right in the middle of the city.

Cons:

We could hear noise from the street and the room upstairs walking around quite loudly, which didn’t bother us too much but might for others.

Staff. Location. The vibe of the hotel was very family orientated. Free tea and coffee all day, sitting out on their front area. Loved it.

Pros:

A beautiful breakfast offering, incredibly helpful staff, a spacious room upgrade, superb location.

Cons:

No air conditioning so if you have to leave the window open, there's a lot of noise from the street below. No gym facilities and very small bathroom.

Pros:

Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Betten bequem. Personal sehr freundlich. Einziges Manko: Bei den straßenseitigen Zimmer ist ein Öffnen der Fenster keine Option. Dann ist es nämlich extrem laut. Vor dem Hotel befinden sich einige Lokale. Dort wird bis in die späten Nachtstunden gelärmt.

A lovely stay at the hotel
Pros:

Great location! We came in on the train and took an uber to the hotel which was quick and easy. The rest of the time we were able to reach everywhere we wanted to go by foot. Carlos at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was delicious. A great visit!

Spacious comfortable rooms and wonderful breakfast!
Pros:

Very nice spacious room. We had the 2 king beds and it was perfect for our first night after international flight to get nice sleep. Nice windows to look out on the tourist street area, large closet space for luggage. Safe area and good communication through messages about how to bring our car in the pedestrian area to drop our items before finding a nearby garage. The breakfast was truly wonderful! Many choices, wonderful seating area. Would recommend! We were on the top floor and did not have an noise issue from street. Nice and quiet for us even with some restaurants on street.

Cons:

Shower stall is a bit small. It was a little challenging with one way streets getting there and understanding how to call hotel to lower the bollard to drive through, but it was a nice tourist area so we did enjoy less cars on the walking streets.

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Super Frühstück in Buffetform. Fahrräder hätte man mit dem Lift in den Keller bringen können. Wir konnten sie aber auch oben in den Eingangsbereich stellen.

Top, man kann nicht meckern!
Pros:

Das Personal war super zuvorkommend und hat einem direkt ein familäres Gedühl gegeben! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Betten wirklich bequem! Die Lage war perfekt und das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker :)
