We found cockroaches in our room, had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night and search for alternative accommoda
Pros:

Generally the building, how it looks like and the fact that there is a restaurant. Also, when we arrived with our luggage, a very kind man welcomed us and was extremely helpful and attentive. We really appreciated his kindness and effort which is why we were even more surprised and disappointed by the hotel’s response when we reported finding cockroaches in our room.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We checked in at 4:30 pm and at 11 pm, we discovered cockroaches in our room and took photographs as evidence. As there was no one at reception, we immediately reported the issue through Booking.com and left the hotel that same night to search for another place to stay. Next day at 4 pm, the hotel claimed that no cockroaches were found during a later inspection of the room. Furthermore, after checking previous reviews on Booking.com, we found that other guests had also reported cockroaches at the property, so the property must be aware of this problem, but they just ignore it. There was also an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. Other previous guests have mentioned the smell of cigarette smoke in their Booking.com reviews as well. But what was the most disappointing in our experience was the hotel’s response to our complaint. Instead of properly addressing our problem, the hotel informed us that they had noticed an unpleasant smell coming from our room and reminded us that smoking, including marijuana and other substances, was prohibited, suggesting that we could be charged an additional fee. We strongly deny smoking or violating any hotel policy. We are non smokers and we stayed at this place for maximum 5 hours, so it was not possible to leave any smell by us. The entire matter has been reported to Booking.com Support. I am sharing our actual experience so that future guests can make an informed decision before booking.

Hält was es verspricht.
Pros:

Kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Tür, ordentliches Frühstück. Kleines Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Bad mit Fenster. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle ca. 10min Fußweg. Mitarbeiter sehr nett.

Cons:

Als wir ankamen, stellten wir fest, dass eine Hochzeit in dem zugehörigen Restaurant ist. Sie war aber, wie an der Rezeption zugesichert, um 22:30h zu Ende und es war absolut ruhig. Allerdings hatte das Hotel-Restaurant deswegen geschlossen. Diese Info wäre gut gewesen, da man sich evtl. auf das Essen da verlässt.

Pros:

Für 1 Nacht sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis - auch für Familien mit wenig Budget !

Cons:

Personal scheint überfordert - wollten dort vor dem Einchecken Essen gehen - nicht möglich !'

Manchmal habe ich das GEFÜHL, dass die Gastgeber egal wo, Bookingcom zwar haben, doch eigentlich nicht wollen,dass über diese Plattform gebucht wird !
