Careful in this hot summer
Pros:

- clean spacy room
- towels, cosmetics
- very kind staff, fast check in
- good working wifi
- basic breakfast, boiled egg and vegetables is max but it was sufficient for us

Cons:

- no aircondition
- church like next to your window. And they are convinced people need to know what time is it every 15 minutes especially during the night. In combination with missing aircon where you need at least open window its a painful sleep

Geen airconditioning, restaurant/ terras onder de kamer (open ramen)
gedateerd hotel, hotel-restaurant is matige kwaliteit eten en overprijst, geen faciliteiten in de buurt.

De kamer was ruim en schoon. Het bed was prima. Met de gratis ov kaart zit je in korte tijd met de bus (op 5 minuten lopen) midden in de stad. Voor het inchecken werd de ov pas al aangemaakt. Je kunt buiten op het terras eten en wat drinken..

Cons:

Het uitzicht was tegen een muur. Het kussen is te zacht en je moet douchen in bad. De 2 ventiatoren konden de extreme hitte niet verdrijven. Het ontbijt was om half 10 op (tot 10 uur mogelijk) en broodjes werden niet aangevuld. Personeel zat samen te roken op het terras, en tafels werden niet afgeruimd. De volgende ochtend op een eerder tijdstip, was er wel voldoende ontbijt aanwezig en was de bediening beter. Het lijkt erop dat klanten lunchpakketjes maken om mee te nemen.

Sehr enttäuschend

Unser Aufenthalt war leider enttäuschend.

Bereits bei unserer Ankunft fand im Hotel eine Feier mit sehr lauter Musik statt. Die Lautstärke war äußerst störend und alles andere als erholsam.

Nach der Anreise wollten wir etwas trinken. Zunächst wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dies nicht möglich sei. Erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurde eine Ausnahme gemacht. Die vier Getränke (für über 20 €) wurden uns auf einem nassen und schmutzigen Tablett aufs Zimmer gebracht – das war alles andere als angemessen.

Auch das Zimmer machte insgesamt keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Beim Aufziehen der Gardine fiel diese direkt herunter. Unter dem Sofa lag eine gebrauchte Haarbürste eines vorherigen Gastes, was die mangelnde Reinigung deutlich zeigte. Zudem waren die Bettlaken fleckig und der Boden wirkte sehr alt und abgenutzt. Die Betten selbst waren stark durchgelegen und sehr unbequem. Eine Klimaanlage gab es nicht, was die Nächte bei der Hitze unerträglich machte. Positiv hervorzuheben ist lediglich, dass das Badezimmer sauber war.

Das Frühstück war okay, aber nicht für den Preis.

Das Personal war distanziert freundlich, der Service insgesamt jedoch mangelhaft. Die Rezeption war während unseres Aufenthalts so gut wie nie besetzt. Beim Check-out sollten wir den Zimmerschlüssel einfach in einen Korb legen. Leider war niemand vor Ort, sodass wir unsere Erfahrungen nicht persönlich schildern konnten.

Insgesamt entspricht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus unserer Sicht nicht den Erwartungen.
