Schöner Urlaub, nettes Hotel mit Potenzial nach oben
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels: gleich um die Ecke gibt's Bars und Läden

Das gut gelaunte Personal: Alle Kellner im Restaurant und an der Bar waren immer lustig und gut zufrieden

Die Aussenterrassen: im Restaurant und an der Haupt-Poolbar konnte man toll draußen sitzen

Die Strände: in Tigaki sind echt tolle Strände und nicht weit entfernt vom Hotel

Die bereits renovierte Superior Suite:
Zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einer eigenen Terrasse. Es gab immer genug frische Handtücher.

Fazit:
Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und das Hotel hat uns gefallen, aber es gibt Potential nach oben, insbesondere bei der Sauberkeit....
Aber das ist ja auch immer ansichtssache.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer :
Wir hatten ein renoviertes kleines Bad mit begehbarer Dusche und Fenster.
Die Sauberkeit :
Leider war die Dusche voller Schimmel, der Abfluss komplett verdreckt und es kam aus einem weiteren Abfluss mitten im Bad ein süsslicher Geruch.
An der Rezeption Bescheid gesagt, kam sofort ein netter junger Mann, der den Duschabfluss reinigte. Was leider nix am Schimmel noch am süsslichen Geruch änderte.

Ich habe dann im kleinen Supermarkt um die Ecke ein Reinigungsspray gekauft. Damit verschwand der Geruch und auch ein großer Teil vom Schimmel....

Die Putzfrauen :
Alle nett und lieb, aber es gab unangenehm laute Unterhaltungen morgens ab sieben Uhr ohne Rücksicht auf die Gäste.
In unserem Flurtrakt lag tagelang Müll und ne tote Kakerlake...

Excellent location, good facilities and comfortable beds. Themed entertainment nights were awesome, especially Greek Night.

Μέτρια διαμονή με κακή σχέση ποιότητα-τιμής.
Pros:

Δεν μου έκανε κάτι ιδιαίτερη θετική εντύπωση.Αν ήταν να διαλέξω κάτι θα ήταν η τοποθεσία που ήταν κοντά στην πόλη.

Cons:

Τα δωμάτια είχαν θέμα με τα μυρμήγκια,parking ελάχιστο,αφήναμε το αυτοκίνητο πολλές φορές στον δρόμο,το πρωινό μέτριο,γενικά σχεση ποιότητας τιμής πολύ χαμηλή.Εμείς το κατάλυμα το επιλέξαμε σαν λύση ανάγκης λόγω ενός προβλήματος.Νομιζω είναι φτιαγμένο για να εξυπηρετεί τις ορδές των τουριστών χωρίς ιδιαίτερες ποιοτικές απαιτήσεις.

Excellent and looking forward to be back!
Pros:

Excellent location, easy access to beach and the onsite facilities were very good - including a mini mart. About 7 min away is a very handy strip of shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a bus service to Kos town which is inexpensive and accessible. The staff were very helpful and the all inclusive meals were of a good variety and very tasty. The rooms were well appointed and there was some night entertainment, which was good family fun. All in all a great time was had by all!

Cons:

No complaints about the hotel, just if looking for a taxi make sure to book it well in advance as there seemed to be long delays in getting taxis (uber not an option)!

Pros:

Amabilité du personnel

Cons:

Puceron de lit 🛌 dans la chambre 290.
Mon épouse est rempli de plaque et ce gratte.
Nous avons du allez chez le médecin faire prise de sang et acheté des crème.
Je ne suis pas content.
Nous sommes resté coincé dans notre chambre pendant 1/2 heures portes chambres bloquée, avons du taper à la porte et une femme de ménage est venu nous ouvrir

Maybe partition should be caulked better?
Dirty cups weren’t replaced daily and sheets could have been changed more than once in 13 days that I was there. Door sensor kept falling off…was eventually by putting screws in to secure it. Overall the room and property was clean

Pros:

Chambre très jolie, Personnel de nettoyage aimable.
Les jardins sont très bien entretenu,

Cons:

1.Nous sommes en Grèce et le personnel de réception ne parle pas grec. Inadmissible.
2. Personne pour nous aider a porter les bagages au 2 ème étages.
3. Personne pour vous conduire à votre chambre, vous devez vous diriger avec un plan.
4. Il vaut mieux ne pas manger au restaurant,. Aucune cuisine grecque.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

Stayed here last week with 3 adults and children of 17, 11, 10, 4 and 2. Absolutely brilliant hotel, pools were excellent, rooms were big and very clean, food was great (not one of our party complained about any of the food) and the staff are so happy and friendly. The entertainment was just enough, and the pool tables, ping pong and darts for the older boys was a great option.

Cons:

Literally nothing bad to say!

Pros:

Good location and modern rooms. Coffee was good and maids cleaned every day.

Cons:

Pools were a touch small and sunbeds really close together although always a few available. Breakfast was limited on fruit and cereals. Ie no oats/ musili and corn flakes were awful. Scrambled eggs were terrible as was bacon. Only bed and breakfast so can’t comment on rest of food.

Perfect hotel for a beach stay
Pros:

Hotel is in a perfect position being just minutes from the beach, restaurants and public transport into Kos Town. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the food looked freshly prepared.

Generally good
Pros:

We only stayed 1 night however staff were mostly helpful, even when I didn't advise 1 of the rooms needed to be ground floor they accommodated this.

Cons:

When asked where toilets were outside of room on ground level, not particularly helpful from restaurant staff. Reception confirmed we could use staff toilet, but then when there was a change in staff, they didn't seem to pass the message on.
