Tolle Lage mit viel Verbesserungspotential
Pros:

Tolle Lage, schön renoviertes neues Zimmer, nettes Personal im Restaurant

Cons:

Die Putzfrau war extrem unmotiviert. Seifenspender nie aufgefüllt, Toiletteneimer einmal nicht gelehrt, einmal Tüte vergessen, Boden nur oberflächlich gereinigt (unterm Bett nie). Sie hat jeden morgen zwischen 9 und 10 geklopft (selbst am Abreisetag) .Hier wäre mehr Rücksicht oder ein Türanhänger sinnvoll. Das Essen war lieblos angerichtet und sah teilweise unappetitlich aus. Morgens immer nur Kiwi, Orangen und Grapefruit als Obst, Getränke verdünnt und viel zu süss.

Bad management
Cons:

Never got to stay here due to air traffic control. Couldn't even offer me a refund or an alternative stay at some point.
As this was out of my control, I thought the hotel would have been more considerate.
Will definitely not look to ever visiting here.

Good hotel, would stay again. The breakfast was decent, can’t comment on other meals as I stayed on a B&B basis
Pros:

Great location as it was close to everything in the resort. I stayed in a recently refurbished Junior Suite which was fabulous - spotlessly clean and very comfortable

Cons:

A Junior Suite is such a large room I think 2 air conditioning units are needed as 1 unit struggled to keep the room cool. The pool areas were nice but music from the pool bar a bit on the loud side

Budget friendly-all inclusive experience
Pros:

The staff are lovely - Anastasia at the front desk was so helpful and Petros was lovely.

Cons:

The room smelt of the Bathroom, the food was not great lots of frozen veg but something for everyone.

Pessima igiene, stanza lercia all’arrivo. Puzza di fogna in stanza per tutta la durata del soggiorno e asciugamani e lenzuola forniti dalla struttura sporchi e con la presenza di aloni gialli di sudore e fluidi corporei vari. Cibo incommentabile. Vergognoso a dir poco

Pros:

A 200 metri dalla spiaggia bellissima e vicino al centro del paese con ristoranti e tutto il resto incluso noleggio scooter

Cons:

Siamo andati a cercare la camera che era al 1° piano con una piantina. Non c'è nessuno che porta le valige quindi in giro per le scale alle ricerca della stanza. Trovata era a 40° gradi clima spento ci sono volute 3 ore con clima e ventilatore a tutta forza per riuscire a dormire .

We made the most of our stay but wouldn’t stay here again (all inclusive package)
Pros:

Good location.
We were upgraded and had a bit more room.

Cons:

No luggage trolleys. This was disappointing as we were travelling for a while and had quite a bit of luggage. Our room was not close. Had to do 2 trips with no help.

I was never made aware that this property is an ‘all inclusive’ property. It was not the vibe we were after. We had breakfast included and it was very average.
