Pros:

The staff was exceptional…a special thank you to Kathleen at the front desk (so personable & nice). The Spa was the best we ever experienced! Debbie was an excellent masseuse (Thai style). The food was amazing and the selection was fantastic.

Cons:

Nothing. Hope to visit again in the future! The place was so great it was difficult to leave and visit Salzburg.

Hotel Top, Spa Bereich früher angenehmer.

Im Grunde wie immer ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Cons:

Leider hat sich die Atmosphäre im Spa-Bereich verändert: Immer mehr Gäste tragen im Saunabereich, insbesondere im Sole-Whirlpool, Badebekleidung. Dies ist aus hygienischen Gründen und im Hinblick auf Ruhe und Entspannung problematisch.
Auch andere Gäste waren sichtlich irritiert.
Eine konsequente Regelung wäre effektiver.
