Wonderful setting
Pros:

Views , swimming pool (s) spa , food , helpful friendly staff.

Cons:

Strict on sauna attire, one small one near main pool allows costumes the spa one which is amazing and offers lovely views is textile free as is custom in Austria. Being from the UK was not particularly interested in sitting naked with royal Strangers. Though you are allowed to wear a towel... I can't honestly understand the difference if that's the case.
All in all not put off food is good quality local dishes , staff over all very helpful. And we also had complimentary room upgrade. Deffo recommend for couples.

Pros:

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Perfect for my pre-race preperations with the swimming pool and the spa. Perfect location for Salzburg and the surrounding areas.

The room I was. I don't like the old part of the hotel,neither the rooms. It is not a good deal if accomodated in old rooms.
