visite de la ville et l'aide du personnel pour gérer le stationnement de la voiture !

Cons:

gestion du parking pour la voiture, car c'est un centre ville sans voiture, mais le personnel a été très efficace pour résoudre ce problème !! MERCI !!

Pros:

Hotel v historickem centru. Krasny, cisty pokoj. Vyhled do zdi, ale pokud se toulate do noci mestem, tak to vubec nevadi. Snidane dostacujici, pekne servirovano, vse ciste ,nove moc hezke a utulne. Byli jsme moc spokojeni. Parkovani v nedaleke ( skale), cena prijatelna. Obsluha mila a ochotna. Dekujeme za prijemny pobyt.

Hotel in super Lage allerdings nicht günstig
Pros:

Lage war super, Klimaanlage vorhanden, Mitarbeiter (Rezeption und Frühstück sehr nett), Frühstück war gut. Nach Parkplatz fragen. Man zahlt dann 18 € statt die volle Gebühr im öffentlichen Parkhaus.

Cons:

196 € für eine Nacht ist schon ein stolzer Preis.

너무 편안하게 잘 지냈습니다.
Pros:

위치가 정말 훌륭합니다.
구시가지 중심부에 위치해있어 어디든 편하게 다닐 수 있고, 직원들도 모두 친절합니다.
26인치, 20인치 캐리어 두개 펼쳐놓고 지내도 전혀 불편함을 느끼지 못할 정도로 방 크기도 괜찮았습니다. 아침마다 반가운 인사와 함께 준비해주시는 조식도 좋았어요. 다시 잘츠부르크를 방문한다면 역시나 이 호텔을 선택할거예요.

Cons:

방에 냉장고가 없는것이 살짝 아쉬웠네요.
그렇지만 큰 문제는 아니었습니다.

A nice convenient place to stay when visiting Salzburg
Pros:

The hotel is in a pedestrianised area off the main square, but the barrier access code was available to allow getting close to unload luggage. Staff were helpful in advising where to park my motor cycle, and provided a map of Salzburg.
The inclusive breakfast was good, with a choice of eggs cooked to order. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic stay at Hotel am DOM! Five STAR Service all around.
Pros:

This hotel was fantastic! Location was incredible, the staff was amazing!!! A wonderful breakfast was served every morning along with ability to get snacks, coffee throughout the day. Our room was good size, quiet at night, bed was very comfortable and bathroom was good size for two adults. I would highly recommend staying here when you visit Salzberg.

Cons:

The parking is a little challenging if you are renting a car. You park about ten minutes from the property. However, the staff will guide you through the parking and where to park, etc.

Great location, wonderful staff, and amazing breakfast. We had a double room and our bed was super comfortable and cozy. Another plus was they let us check in about 2 hours early.

Cons:

I would have liked a small refrigerator in our room to store some of the cheese and wine we bought at the market.

Beautiful hotel in an old building in an excellent location.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and professional and did a great job responding to our needs. The breakfast was excellent, and so was the location, right off one of the main plazas. The room we ultimately got was large and comfortable and had decorated wooden beams probably from the Middle Ages.

Cons:

The room we had booked turned out to be probably the cheapest one they had. It was on the 6th floor, but the elevator went up to only the 5th floor, which could be a problem for some people. It was small and cramped and had low ceilings and small windows. But it turned out that we discovered the shower drain was clogged when my wife took a shower and water flooded about half the room. When we reported it to the staff, they immediately dried up the water and gave us a much larger, more comfortable room, which was clearly an upgrade. We were very happy with this room. The one piece of advice we'd give others would be not to book a room on th top floor. Don't go for the cheapest room!

I booked a room for 3 persons and I expected to get a sofa bed. However , the room had a sofa which had a sheet on it.
