Tolle Lage und sehr bemühte Mitarbeiter!
Pros:

Tolle Lage in der Goldgasse, gleich neben dem Residenzplatz und Dom. Der Herr an der Rezeption war überaus freundlich und bemüht und hat sich wirklich um jeden Gast individuell und persönlich gekümmert. Dieser persönliche Service ist etwas, was man heutzutage nur mehr selten erlebt. Ich hatte es in einem Stadthotel nicht erwartet und war sehr positiv überrascht.
Der Herr war wirklich freundlich, es war nicht gespielt und nicht anbiedernd, ich hatte den Eindruck, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt.

Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man die Innenstadt besichtigen will. Schönes kleines Hotel.

Cons:

Anfahrt aufwändig. Vom und zum Parkhaus mit Koffer etwas mühsam -speziell wenn Schnee liegt und gestreut ist.
Die Bilder online schmeicheln dem Zimmer sehr - Superior Plus Doppelzimmer
Der Preis ist meiner Meinung zu hoch.

A lovely stay (which is something considering we had no luggage!)
Pros:

This hotel is incredibly well located in the heart of the old town. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our luggage had been lost en route from Australia and the proprietor kindly assisted us in making calls to the airline and airport to locate it. Breakfasts are also delicious!

We felt lucky that we stayed at the Boutique Hotel Am Dom. Wish our stay was longer
Pros:

The location cannot be topped, the best! Juliane was very helpful, explaining everything both before we arrived and during our stay. It is a beautiful hotel, reasonably priced, great breakfast. I would stay again with my husband and adult friend and son.

I loved this property. Nothing that I can mention to not like.
