Es war kein Extrabett bereit dan fehlte das Hantuch. Wir kriegten keine Touristenkarte und als wir beim Checkin nach einer Taxibestellung fragten war die Antwort das könnten wir auch selber aber wenn wir nicht wollen mache sie es. Nicht 4 Sterne würdig Sorry

Vale a pena voltar e recomendar.
Pros:

A experiência proporcionada pelos funcionários e donos fez toda a diferença, mesmo que tivesse algo de diferente ou errado, nao percebemos.

Cons:

Talvez um frigo ar no quarto poderia ter ajudado um pouco mais. Apesar de nao ter feito tanta falta.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt in der wunderschönen Altstadt! Außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal, das sich sehr bemüht um die Wünsche der Gäste kümmert!
Reichhaltiges und abwechslungreiches Frühstück!

Im Superior Plus Doppelzimmer steht sinnloserweise eine Badewanne im Zimmer, dafür gibt es keinen Schreibtisch oder sonstige Ablagemöglichkeiten, im Badezimmer gibt es keinen Schminkspiegel (der ist unverwendbar auf der Badewanne), die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer ist schlecht, im Zimmer gab es keine Getränke, der Getränkeautomat bei der Rezeption war defekt, die Rezeption ist oft nicht besetzt
