BREVE SOSTA A KOS
Pros:

Ottima posizione, vicino alla spiaggia e al porto. Ideale per chi deve prendere un traghetto. Ottima la pulizia, gentile e disponibile il personale.

Cons:

La struttura è molto grande e alcune camere hanno poca aria e luce. Probabilmente dispongono di camere/appartamenti rinnovati ma non era il nostro caso. L’arredamento e il bagno, pur funzionanti, sono decisamente vecchiotti. Il buffet colazione è deludente per una struttura 4 stelle.

Otelin konumu, personeli ve temizliği mükemmeldi.

Cons:

Verilen odayı beğenmedim. Ve bir kaç attığım mailde "biz iki arkadaşız ancak partner değiliz bu nedenle 2 ayrı yatak rica ediyorum" yazdığım halde yanyana iki yatak ile karşılaştık:(( Bir de özellikle üst katta oda istediğim halde girişte hatta sokak seviyesinin biraz altında bir oda ile karşılaştık. Özetle odadan memnun kalmadım.

Pros:

The apartment owner was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and helpful. Throughout my entire stay, he was always available on WhatsApp and promptly responded to every request I had, making the whole experience completely smooth and hassle-free.

Everything in the apartment had been thoughtfully selected and was of excellent quality. There were plenty of fresh towels, bottled water, complimentary snacks, tea, coffee, and all the equipment and amenities I could possibly need. It was clear that great care and attention had been given to every detail to ensure a comfortable stay.

I truly appreciate his kindness, hospitality, and continuous support throughout my stay. Thank you very much for making my experience so enjoyable. I would be very happy to stay here again.

Centrally located but in need of an update
Pros:

Location on the harbour side was great
Large bedroom with fridge, hairdryer, toiletries and good sized balcony
Swimming pool and sun terrace on top floor were great

Cons:

The hotel charge their guest a 2 Euro fee for a pool towel - which I think is outrageous given the price paid per night. Should be included - one per guest and charged if not returned, or you swap your room key for a towel each day.
The hotel decor needs updating - it's a bit tired and old fashioned - very 80s/90s
An example of the above is no plug sockets next to the beds to charge phones - the closest one was by the desk - and no USB chargers
Shower screen was too short and shower water went all over the floor
Also only one wall fixing for he shower head which was very high and sprayed the whole bathroom - see above - would be better to install shower rails so guests can chose the height they want their shower
No water provided in the room
Sound proofing was poor - when the room above me showered I thought the water was going to come through the ceiling it was so loud!

I love staying Kosta Palace, will stay my future trips
Pros:

The location is great and the staff is incredible! The room was clean, very big and has kitchen. It has even a microwave. Thanks for everything.

Cons:

It was too expensive. We stayed 3 nights and there is no refîll for water, coffee or tea after cleaning. It was around 200 euros per night and those are very cheap little guestures.
