Senstationeller Hotelmanager!

Das Hotel hat den Zweck des Stop over erfüllt, perfekte Lage. Beim Frühstück waren sie etwas penibel, wollte nur Cafe und Croissant und nicht full breakfast! Hotel all in all gut! Besonders herauszuheben ist die Kundenorientierung des Managers! Wir hatten ein Problem ein Taxi zu bekommen, der Manager hat sofort reagiert und uns zur Fähre gebracht! Sensationeller Kundenservice! Danke nochmal!

I have been to a hotel twice. The first time they gave me apartment rooms. I do not recommend these rooms. But the second time I took a loft room, which is called a children's room, with three beds. A beautiful room, and the second room is on the third floor with a magnificent view of the sea. The room is stunning, clean, comfortable, romantic, and stunning.

Çalışanlar harika, otel genel olarak temiz ancak fiyat performansı kötü olarak değerlendirebilirim.
Pros:

Özellikle konumu çok merkezi. Temizlik ve hijyen de fena değildi. Çalışanlar çok kibar, yardımsever.

Cons:

Tesiste su bile yoktu. Her gün yenilenmesi gereken bir çok şey olmadığı gibi olan kahve ve poşet çay ise 2 günde bir yenileniyordu. Kulak çöpü, makyaj temizleme pamuğu ya da oda içinde kullanmamız için kağıt terliklerden de yoktu. Fiyat performansı düşüktü. Çok fazla olanağı olmadığı için temiz olan herhangi bir otelde kalmak daha ucuza mal olur.

Konumu çok merkeziydi. Feribottan iner inmez hemen otele ulaştık. yakınında çok güzel restoranlar ve çarşı da mevcuttu. Ayrıca resepsiyondaki İlias Beyin sıcak karşılamsı konukseverleriği için ayrıca teşekkürü bir borç bilirim.

Odamız kara manzaralı olmasına rağmen limanı %70 görüyordu çok zaman kosa gidince Kosta palası tercih ediyoruz.
Plajlar restoranlar çok yakın.
