A Pleasant Stay with Outstanding Staff
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay and would happily stay here again, especially considering the value for money and the excellent staff.

Our room was located in a separate building near the main hotel rather than in the main property itself. We actually enjoyed this arrangement, as it felt quiet, private, and almost like staying in a small home rather than a traditional hotel room. The room overlooked a garden, which added to the peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel itself is clearly older and could benefit from some modernization in certain areas, but everything felt clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything we needed for a short stay.

The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. Every member of the team we interacted with was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their kindness and professionalism made a very positive impression and contributed greatly to our overall experience.

The breakfast was also enjoyable, with a good selection and a pleasant atmosphere.

The location is another strong point. While the hotel is not directly in the historic center, most attractions are within walking distance, and public transportation is nearby. Considering the price difference compared with accommodations in the very center, we found this to be an excellent compromise.

Overall, this is a comfortable, old-fashioned hotel with character, a convenient location, and truly outstanding staff. If you are looking for luxury or ultra-modern facilities, this may not be the right choice. However, if you value friendliness, comfort, cleanliness, and good value for money, it is an easy place to recommend.

Cons:

There were only a few minor drawbacks. Although the room was generally quiet, we could occasionally hear noise and conversation from the room above through the bathroom ventilation system. It was not a major problem, but it was noticeable at times.

We also found it a little strange that there was soap provided in the shower but no hand soap available at the sink. This is a small detail, but it would be a useful addition.

Guests should also be aware that the rooms do not have air conditioning. During our stay this was not a significant issue, but it may be something to consider during warmer periods.

Parking can be somewhat limited. The hotel offers parking spaces, but reservations are not possible, and the parking area often appeared nearly full. We were always able to find a space, but availability may vary depending on how busy the hotel is.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Location was great, walking distance from the station. It was 20 minutes walking from the city Centre. The apartment was quaint, nicely done and cosy. Checkin was easy. Turndown service was provided.
