Hotel is situated away from main attractions. However public transport is very efficient and the hotel provided free public transportation to areas in and around the city

It was clean and modern. There was a friendly greeting and everyone spoke English. Car parking was free. The room was a good size with a great shower and ice cold air con and a view of the mountains.
The location wasn’t great for visiting the old town (but that’s the compromise for free parking). They did offer help with a bus though. The surrounding neighbourhood isn’t very pleasant.

Hotel was lovely and easy to find. Receptionists were very helpful and we all enjoyed breakfast in the morning. It was easy too to get to the city centre by bus using the tourist pass provided.

Good location
Very hot as AC was not working. Not very friendly staff at reception. The staff was impatient and not very helpful for me filling quickly in German.
Payment was already done and the receptionist kept saying I haven’t made payments. Actually I have made payments and I have already been upset when unrecognised deductions by booking.com

A bit far from city center but bus station is nearby.
Pokoje byly čisté, prostorné. Personál byl přívětivý. Snídaně byla vynikající. Měli jsme možnost za příplatek uschovat jízdní kola v krytém zamykacím prostoru.
Hotel je mimo centrum, ale dostali jsme zdarma lístky na MHD. Zastávka je přímo před hotelem a jezdí zde dvě přímé linky do centra.
