The room was good size, but the down side was that the A/C issue, A/C was not working during our stay, if that was an issue with the A/C, l think as management side it could be ordered and expediate the shipping for the part to repair A/C to accommodate the customers stay comfortability

The smooth check in process. After checking in we observed that the Ac is not cooling which I reported the issue to the receptionist, they offered me a fan which’s not acceptable to me due to the weather condition, whoever, they where kind and upgraded my stay from standard room to a room with a balcony.
The variety of food in the breakfast. There were less options
Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working when we arrived. We canceled our reservation and were refunded for the nights that we paid.
We were only in the room for about a half hour until we discovered that the AC was not working. We found accommodation elsewhere.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location if you are traveling by car. You can park your car and use public transport to visit the city attractions using public transport just 2 minutes away from the hotel. Room was clean and bright. Not that big. But of a reasonable size. Bedding and sleeping quality was good.
The room temperature was set too high for the season, making the room uncomfortably warm. On the first night, we opened the window hoping to cool the room down and get some fresh air, but it only brought in traffic noise while the room stayed unbearably hot. We mentioned the issue to the staff the next day, and they kindly provided us with two fans, which helped somewhat.
Personel rewelacja. Bardzo miło wszystko jak powinno być. Bardzo przyjaźnie i cokolwiek było trzeba zostało załatwione. Mega polecam.
