Pros:

The location was excellent for easy access to transport and food The reception staff were excellent. Friendly, efficient and helpful. They also stored our luggage for no extra charge after we checked out.

Ich war schön öfter in diesem Hotel und komme wieder.
Pros:

Lage am Hauptbahnhof sehr gut, Zentrum schnell erreichbar. Frühstück sehr gut und reichhaltig. Zimmer sehr gut und sauber. In meinem Zimmer war ein Brummgeräusch zu hören, es wurde ohne Umstände getauscht. Danke!

Pros:

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und der Altstadt. Ruhiges Zimmer

Cons:

Rezeption, Etage gut. Frühstückspersonal wird von mal zu mal schlechter. Es mangelt nicht nur an gepflegtem Auftreten. Auch die Nachbestückung hat Luft nach oben. Auch dass Teller ausgehen und die dann nachkommender warm sind ist nur Ausdruck von Faulheit. Die ältere Dame , die bis vor ein paar Jahren das Frühstücksservice gemacht hat, machte das makellos. Auch dass keine zeitungmehr geboten wird ist mangelhaft.
