Great staff and location
Pros:

The staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming, and gave some really helpful recommendations for our stay in Salzburg.
Loved the location for getting around. Being next to the bus station and train station and not far out of the city made for a really handy spot to stay.
Considering it was next to major transport hubs, once you are inside, it is very quiet and peaceful, you wouldn't know you were near key transport hubs.

Great stay except for the shower
Pros:

Great location steps from train station and bus stop. Room had good storage and was comfortable. The shower though was a hassle. We would get it to warm by adjusting both the hot and cold dials turned forward but then it would get too hot. When we turned the hot completely off and tried to adjust the cold there was no water. It’s like the shower just stopped so it was a really really HOT Shower. Too hot. Never could figure out what the little buttons did.

Cons:

Bei meinem nächsten Besuchen werde ich ohne Frühstück buchen. Das personal und die Bezeichnung reichhaltiges Frühstück sind FEHL AM PLATZ.
