Accesso alla piscina dalla camera super! Letti comodi, struttura silenziosa, colazione molto buona e staff molto accogliente e cordiale.
Facilities were well maintained and very clean
Poor customer service strong smell of moule underground rooms no view the manager showed no real concern no moule issue or my comfort as a guest I would not recommend this hotel no good food

First of all, the restaurant and reception staff was exceptional and really "make the difference". Also, the food was great, especially the 5 course menus for dinner.
Unfortunately, the hotel is lacking maintenaince and renovation. For example, mold between all tiles in the pool, broken tiles in the pool and outdoor shower area etc. Our room was also not what we expected. The bathroom was new but the room itself had a dirty bed frame and couch. Also the cover of the chair in the corner was broken. In general were all furniture in a bad shape. Our room was also not properly cleaned. They tried to fix most of the mentioned points as we complained. But the most disapointing part was the beach. The way to the beach (across a street) and the beach itself was full of trash. It was not cleaned regulatory and does not invite to linger.
Overall, we were not satisfied with the hotel, except of the staff and food.
buona struttura, piscina molto carina mai troppo affollata, buona colazione, bar un po' caro, spiaggia nella media - lato nord dell'isola un po' ventoso, molto meglio le spiagge a sud. Ottima posizione per la vicinanza alla cittá con molti ristoranti e bar.
In generale buono ma non eccellente, non direi 5 stelle, al massimo 4.

il nome Delux dice tutto, splendido hotel 5 stelle reali, colazione buonissima e io sono sempre critica, se dico buonissima è davvero buonissima.Tutto molto fresco e di ottima qualità. Molta varietà dei piatti.Tutto il personale è gentile, disponibile e fa di tutto per regalare al cliente giorni stupendi. Piscina spettacolare e sempre pulita e ben curata. the name Delux says it all, beautiful real 5 star hotel, very good breakfast and I'm always critical, if I say very good it's really very good. Everything very fresh and of excellent quality. Lots of variety of dishes. All the staff are kind, helpful and do everything they can to give the customer wonderful days. Spectacular swimming pool and always clean and well looked after. Amazing hotel with spectacular pool view. Good location. Wonderful breakfast with lots of varieties especially the menu offering Greek Benedict and omelette.
Front desk service is generally good. A note to improve is to assign bell boy to help guests with lots of baggages to board golf cart as they have to manage not spilling over the nice welcoming drink :-)
Loved the lay out of the hotel especially the rooms leading straight out onto the pool. A small hotel which suited us for a few days stay.
The restaurant staff were exceptional. I have a dietary intolerance and they went out of their way to make sure I knew what was safe to eat. They were always smiling and friendly.
The only downside which wasn’t clear on the website is that the beach is on the other side of the road.

Nice hotel, but it is no more a new hotel. The outdoor area is fantastic. Room was cleaned nicely every day, but did show some history of use, but it was a nice room. The bed in our room was simply put dreadful(it was round and they could not provide extra supportmatress that fit the bed, so I slept poorly for 10 days). We got what we ordered, but staff seemed somewhat inexperienced, they did not do amfollowup on our issues. And I’m no fan of chasing service or chasing sunbeds when you are at a 5star hotell.
Loved our stay, but it had some shortcomings.
The private beach is great, some noice from the road beside the hotel and you need to take a bus or rent a bike to get to other restaurants than the hotels.
Would recommend the hotel, but 5 star with premium pricing, really?
Hotel was beyond my expectation. Very clean, superb customer service, accommodating to foreigners. Provided complimentary wine and fruits as a welcome, daily breakfast was delicious.
The property is gorgeous.....but the staff were EXTREMELY rude!! They harrassed us about how many people we had staying in our room, checking pur passport numbers before check-in and at check out. We were harassed several times by the front desk staff about how many people we had staying in our room (we had 2, which is what was what was reserved). Specifically IVAN at the front desk was completely inappropriate with us, treating us horribly.
Then the check out time apparently changed from noon to 11am. And we were told about this at 11am on day of check out!!! They called the room to tell us we had to check out right then!! Never was told at check in about an update in checkout time, their website states noon is check out time and my reservation stated noon as check out time.
Over all horrible experience and will never return To this hotel. We were simple guests that werent loud and didnt deserve the poor customer service and harassment we received!!!! Not to mention paying for the most expensive room the property had to offer.

Beautiful resort with super friendly staff. SPA was amazing, had one of the best messages. WiFi connection definitely needs improvement, was very difficult at times to receive internet.
Quantity and variety of the food could be upgraded and improved.

Der Service, sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Poolbereich ist hervorragend. Besonders möchten wir Frau Gorginia loben, die Abends immer den Zimmerbereich totol schöne nachtfertig gemacht hat.
Weiterhin ist die Sauberkeit zu loben. Von früh morgens bis spät abends wurde gefegt, gewischt.
Frühstück absolut zu empfehlen!!!
