Cuando llegue me quería cobrar casi 2 millones de mas supuestamente porque los niños no estaban incluidos en el precio de la reserva... y cuandondine que no estaba de acuerdo con el cobro adicional por cancelar la reservar también me querian cobrar. Ladrones por todas partes

Liked that we could schedule tours at the site, had meals included, great service, great environment

Cons:

We loved the pool except for its operating hours. The pool was the highlight but only opened for 9 hours a day - which I find crazy. I had to go against the rules and swim before it was being cleaned/opened. I swim before breakfast and the tours as I am an athlete. I booked the Decameron for the pool and was disappointed as to its rules against swimming when the guest wants and not with how the hotel dictates.
The internet was very intermittent. Had to constantly sign in.

Made our trip way better than we expected.
Pros:

Well-located with friendly staff and excellent service. We travelled with my parents, one of whom has mobility restrictions. The hotel staff was very helpful and treated us really well.
