Tiny paradise close to everything
Pros:

adiós is excellent. AC is great after a day in the sun. Pool hours could be a bit longer at night. Live music on Thursday was really good!

מלון נהדר, במחיר די יקר בהשוואה לאזור.
Pros:

המלון נמצא באזור מרכזי בלטיסיה, חדרים נהדרים עם מיזוג אוויר, מים חמים, יש בריכה נהדרת.
בערב היה מופע מוזיקלי נחמד מאוד.

Cons:

המלון הציע לנו סיורים באמזונס, הטעות שלנו הייתה שלא בדקנו מחירים והסתבר לנו ששילמנו מחיר מאוד יקר על הסיורים בהשוואה לסוכנויות אחרות (פי 5 יקר יותר), כשגילינו את זה הרגשנו שניצלו את התמימות שלנו כהוגן.
בנוסף שילמנו בכל יום כסף על מגפיים להליכה, כניסות לשמורות ועוד כל מיני הוצאות שלא ביו כלולות במחיר, הוצאות שגרמו לנו להרגיש שמנצלים אותנו כתיירים ושלא בהכרח היו צריכים לגבות מאיתנו.
דבר נוסף, הבריכה של המלון נסגרת ב19:00, חבל שלא מאפשרים שחיית לילה.

Wonderful experience

I loved my time here, the hotel has great facilities, the staff is wonderful, and the excursion team did a great job working with me. An absolute blast would come back again.

Sehr zuvorkommender Service, im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels der Kette sehr gutes Essen, kleines, sehr persönliches Hotel mit zum Zeitpunkt meines Besuchs überwiegend lateinamerikanischen Gästen. Die Touren haben einen sehr guten Sicherheits- und Hygienestandard, besonders gefallen haben mir die individuellen Touren mit nur 1 oder 2 weiteren Gästen.

Cons:

Am Abend klangen die Rhythmen des Festivals Internacional de la Confraternidad Amazónica auf der nahe gelegenen Plaza bis Mitternacht in die Zimmer. Bei den vom Hotel angebotenen Touren erlauben leider den direkten Kontakt mit Wildtieren (Affen, Papageien), was mir im Kontext von Zoonosen kritisch erscheint. Auch erschienen mir die Touren dieses Hotels überwiegend nicht im Sinne eines nachhaltigen Tourismus.
