There has to be charging station in the parking or any place near the hotel to charge my car.
We were surprised that there are no charging stations although electric car exists for more than 2 years now

We visited the executive lounge twice.
Very dissapointing. Food was finished snd no staff to help.

Room service food was also delivered without salt and pepper.

Noisy, late response , staff absence, low experience
Pros:

Hotel is very noisy due to the football competition, starts so early morning, restaurant staff are very inexperienced and always not on time and doesn’t show up when needed

Large Room size

Cons:

Front desk staff are not professional missing some essential skills of front desk
Gates control of restaurants are disaster and always absence of them
You have to look for any staff representative all the time
Very very noisy at room because of the football tournament with the very high sound of commentary man who is very noisy and starts at 08:30AM , you have to wake up every day on someone voice shouting for a goal
If the hotel is designed for that so don’t accept any reservations during the championship days
