Pros:

Cleanliness very good
Friendliness of staff - especially in the catering and bar departments
Free upgrade of room was a fantastic surprise
Relaxing environment - area is very quiet and a nice new neighbourhood growing that you can stroll around

Cons:

Shower sometimes ran hot then cold - would not stay at constant temperature.
Occasionally attention to detail was good, but not always perfect (e.g. breakfast places not cleared immediately or fresh plates available, laundry took 2.5 days to be returned to our room (when same day is quoted) etc - but none of these were major issues (just the difference between a 9 and a 10 rating).
We would definitely recommend it!
