Heerlijke vakantie gehad in een prachtig resort!
Pros:

Prachtige zwembaden, mooie kamer en heerlijk eten. Goed en vriendelijk personeel die zeer adequaat en snel handelde. Klant is hier echt koning.

Cons:

Dat niet alles inclusief bleek te zijn. Blijkbaar moest je 7 nachten of langer verblijven om van alle restaurants gebruik te mogen maken, wij verbleven 6 nachten, dit was ons van tevoren niet duidelijk gemaakt. Is ook niet goed aangegeven. Ook moesten we apart betalen voor het binnen zwembad wat we heel jammer vonden. Aankleding van de restaurants was zeer sober, geen schilderijtje aan de muur, geen plantje of kaarsjes op de tafels, zeer kaal en klinisch waardoor het er niet zo gezellig uit zag allemaal. De verlichting in de lobby was ook vrij fel, terwijl die er wel mooi en verzorgd uit zag verder.

A fabulous first family trip away!
Pros:

From the moment we checked in we felt looked after. The staff gave us a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful junior suite (room 711) which included a la carte breakfast each morning. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and with it being our first trip abroad with our 5 month old baby it was appreciated. The hotel itself is modern and feels luxurious whilst also catering for families with a kids club and playground. We were able to book the a la carte restaurants with ease and we didn’t have a bad meal at the buffet. In the past at other hotels we have found buffets to churn out the same food but they managed to do something different and it was all beautifully presented and fresh.
I cannot compliment the staff enough on what brilliant customer service we received, at no point did we ever felt overlooked. Every single staff member we encountered was polite but most importantly happy!
We already cannot wait to rebook and bring our families with us next time!

Cons:

The only downside was our room location had chickens behind the room which did wake us up early. However it wasn’t enough for us to complain but perhaps something to be aware of.

Perfect family holiday
Pros:

This is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. It was our first holiday with our baby (7 months). There is so much to like but the highlights are:
- Spacious room (superior suite) with good storage.
- The pools were so good. I really liked that the main pool had very shallow areas that were perfect for little ones. It never felt crowded, there were no towel wars, and really nice people.
- The kid’s playground was great. I really appreciated the beautifully kept grounds, especially the grass areas that our baby loved crawling around.
- The hotel was spotlessly clean. I like walking barefoot on holiday and I swear my feet never had a speck of dirt on them!
- The food was excellent. We (almost) always had plenty of variety as vegetarian and pescatarian. The restaurant served a lot of Greek and Mediterranean food - although there were some dishes for more Northern European tastes, we appreciated the local flavours. The pastries were always amazing! There were plenty of high chairs and space in the dining rooms. We also loved the snack bar.
- We’re not huge alcohol drinkers but what we had was nice. The beer was refreshing and not too strong. Good range of fruit juices.
- The aquafit was fun and the kid’s disco was so good. I liked that they had different European songs, so now we know all the actions to some Dutch and German kids songs!
- The beach was gorgeous and never too busy. The water was amazingly clear and warm, and we saw fish and octopus up close.
- What makes a good hotel a great hotel isn’t the facilities, it’s the staff, and this hotel has some amazing staff. The groundsmen and the cleaners, the maintenance men in their carts who always waved to our baby, the cheery bartender at the beach, the nice men at the snack hut, the young lady who greeted us at dinner, and especially the restaurant staff who were kind and attentive and were so good with our baby (especially Faris, Marina, and Ivanka). They made it such a special stay.
We’ll definitely be back!

Cons:

- We don’t have WiFi in our room for the duration of the stay. We reported it when we arrived and they send a nice engineer to take a look, but it wasn’t fixed. We ended up having to buy eSIMs. I’d expect a hotel like this to get the wifi working.
- The door mechanism for our room was very old- it was difficult to open and didn’t always shut properly. Again we reported this but it wasn’t fixed.
- At a couple of breakfasts and a couple of days at the snack hut there were very limited non-meat options.
- My partner doesn’t drink much alcohol, and there wasn’t much variety or quality in the way of mocktails.
- We had an issue with one of the entertainment team being extremely rude. We reported it and heard back straight away from the experience team saying it would be dealt with, but we still had to see that person everyday around the pool which was not nice, especially given how amazing all the other staff were.
These are the only things that would stop us giving the hotel a full 10/10- the rest of the experience at this beautiful hotel was amazing.

Suite room was very spacious and bed very comfortable.
Shared swim up pool was really nice but v cold this time of year as expected and there is a road between room and sea, although not too busy at night.
Nice to have beach access with sun beds also.

A honeymoon to remember for sure!
Pros:

The food was fantastic, and the staff was beyond nice and helpful. Everything is super clean, and the all-inclusive option is well worth the money. We even got a room upgrade, and the staff brought us a little cake and a bottle of champagne along with a nice little message to celebrate our honeymoon. All in all a fantastic stay we will surely remember forever :)

Points positifs :

Très bel hôtel, nous étions mon épouse et moi même en junior suite avec all inclusive.

Chambre bien mérite tout de même un rafraîchissement des structures dues vent et au sel du bord de mer.

Très bon petit déjeuner buffet très varié et nourriture excellente et plats chauds ( je ne comprends pas certains commentaires disent le contraire).

Points négatifs :
Tous les matins réveillés à 5h00 du matin par des poules et des coqs qui se trouve en liberté ou se situent les suites juniors. Nous ne comprenons pas cela et n’avons reçu aucune réponse ou explication à ce sujet après nos demandes !
Ce qui n’est vraiment pas digne d’un standing pour un hôtel 5 étoiles !!!

La réception ne donne malheureusement pas beaucoup d’informations concernant le all inclusive au clients à leurs arrivée ce qui est également très décevant.

This was my 4th visit to Pelagos. I will be back for my 5th visit soon.
Pros:

Friendly staff and management, facilities, room and food were amazing. Grounds immaculate.

Cons:

No consommé available on any of my visits to the buffet restaurant? Has this been removed from the menu? Crepes are no longer freshly made in the snack bar. This has reduced the queue length/waiting time but detracted from the quality/taste!

Our stay at Pelagos was absolutely fantastic! It was our wedding anniversary holiday and we were gifted complimentary prosecco with heart shaped chocolate cake :) The staff at hotel is genuinely nice, always smiling and happy to help. Even at our last evening, they gave us a table in the fully booked restaurant.
The room was clean, very comfortable ans spacious with the private pool which we really appreciated and spent lots of time in :)
We had all inclusive and food was delicious with lots of options. We're picky eaters and we always found something yummy to eat.
In general, our holiday was amazing and we'll be coming back foe sure!
