Pros:

Nettes Hotel, gutes Frühstück, nette Leute...nur leider war das Zimmer sehr kalt. Heizung hat sich trotz Anruf beim Hotelinhaber nicht eingeschaltet.

Cons:

Kaltes Zimmer. In der Nacht hatte es zusätzlich geschneit. Wir mussten mit Pulli schlafen.

Pros:

Hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt über Silvester. Der Chef und das Personal sind sehr nett und freundlich. Das 6 Gänge Silvestermenü war sehr lecker und auch das 4 Gänge Menü bei Halbpension war hervorragend.
Wir können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen!

Pros:

The place is in awesome lake side location. It is for them who needs calm and quiet place for vacation. Away from City centre. But of course anyone needs a car personally to stay here.

Cons:

Winter is a difficult issue.

I placed the booking at 14:00 and arrived at 18:00 as check-in time was advertised until 21:00. There was no one at reception to welcome me or answer questions and I had to call to reach help. There I was met with a quite curt conversation claiming the hotel was fully booked and he was eager to get me off the phone. There was no mention of a refund until I brought it up and no help besides this. It is also advertised as around 10km away from Salzburg but takes at minimum 25 minutes to get to. Extremely disappointing experience and service.

Pros:

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie zu Gast und sind rundum begeistert! Von Anfang an hat alles reibungslos geklappt – sogar besser, als wir es erwartet hatten. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und perfekt für uns als Familie vorbereitet. Auch das Frühstück/Restaurant hat uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts war zeitweise kein Personal direkt im Hotel vor Ort, was im Notfall etwas schwierig hätte werden können. Dennoch hat ansonsten alles wunderbar geklappt, und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
