Pros:

Hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt über Silvester. Der Chef und das Personal sind sehr nett und freundlich. Das 6 Gänge Silvestermenü war sehr lecker und auch das 4 Gänge Menü bei Halbpension war hervorragend.
Wir können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen!

Pros:

The place is in awesome lake side location. It is for them who needs calm and quiet place for vacation. Away from City centre. But of course anyone needs a car personally to stay here.

Cons:

Winter is a difficult issue.

Cons:

I placed the booking at 14:00 and arrived at 18:00 as check-in time was advertised until 21:00. There was no one at reception to welcome me or answer questions and I had to call to reach help. There I was met with a quite curt conversation claiming the hotel was fully booked and he was eager to get me off the phone. There was no mention of a refund until I brought it up and no help besides this. It is also advertised as around 10km away from Salzburg but takes at minimum 25 minutes to get to. Extremely disappointing experience and service.

Pros:

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie zu Gast und sind rundum begeistert! Von Anfang an hat alles reibungslos geklappt – sogar besser, als wir es erwartet hatten. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und perfekt für uns als Familie vorbereitet. Auch das Frühstück/Restaurant hat uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts war zeitweise kein Personal direkt im Hotel vor Ort, was im Notfall etwas schwierig hätte werden können. Dennoch hat ansonsten alles wunderbar geklappt, und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Schönes Hotel, top Frühstück und toller Ausblick

Ein schönes Hotel mit nettem Personal, leckerem Essen und top Frühstück, bei dem man den Käse der gleichnamigen Käserei in der Nähe genießen kann.

Super Hotel , sehr zu empfehlen . Auch die anliegende Pferdekoppel mit Tieren . Einfach super .

Das Frühstück war sehr ausreichend und gut . Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und auf dem neusten Stand . es gab einen sehr guten Parkplatz . und die Lage vom Hotel war einfach top .
Auch die Frage nach einem Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett wurde prompt nachgekommen . und wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht . Einfach super .

Cons:

es wäre schön , wen im Hotelzimmer noch mehr Steckdosen fürs Laden von geraten Laptop und Handy zur Verfügung wären . Eine Zimmerbar mit kalten Getränken wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen . Die Inhaber vom Hotel waren nur Sporadisch vor Ort . was auch nicht schlimm war . Aber Abends an der Hotelbar noch ein Bier trinken war nach 20 Uhr nur noch sporadisch möglich . Da muß man sich halt selbst Versorgen . Die Steckdose am Badheizkörper war im Duschbereich , und wurde ständig Nass . die musste beim Duschen mit einem Handtuch Geschütz werden . gerade wenn Kinder in der Dusche sind . Aber als TGA Planer findet man halt immer was , ich habe dort einen Speziellen Blick . Wir reisen sehr viel .

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel was liebevoll geführt wird. Tolle Lage!

Cons:

Ich habe leider ausgerechnet 2 Ruhetage erwischt🙈 Frühstück gab es - das war ausgewogen und lecker 😋.
Der Blick vom Frühstückstisch auf die Seen war wunderschön😊.
