Amazing resort!
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and Selvinaz hanim was kind and helpful. Massage at the spa was really nice.

Pros:

The food was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable.

Cons:

The location is a bit far, and the room feels outdated. I believe the resort should consider renovating the rooms. The AC was also a bit warm.

I would expect a 5-star resort to provide an iron in the room instead of requiring guests to send their clothes to the laundry for an additional charge.

Also, there are no taxis readily available at the resort. You either need to request an Uber or ask Guest Relations to arrange a taxi, which can take at least 20 minutes.

My son and I will be back next year
Pros:

The F&B / the amazing management of the facilities / the duty manager Kenan was extremely hospitable, professional and polite a d he personally addressed my complaints when i checked in .

Cons:

the hotel has the potential to be the best family destination in bodrum - it needs:
1) rooms face uplift
2) more activation of retail space
3) rethinking the panoramic elevator cabin size and speed. (Wait time is an issue)
4) air conditioning effectiveness

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in
Pros:

Nothing . Disaster of a hole

Cons:

Racist towards guests , violence during breakfast and dinner . No security anywhere to be seen . Unable to book any al carte restaurants. Staff unresponsive and continous lies about everything.

Holiday from hell, fighting at resort by locals
Pros:

There is nothing to like at this property as this was a holiday from hell which isn’t recommended and is misleading with lots of fake reviews.

Cons:

As above Nothing to like absolutely awful experience holiday from hell. No amenities, bad location very remote, got food poisoning. Staff are very rude. Rooms have insects and do not get cleaned properly.

Ungrateful experience that could not wait to end, I was happy when I finally left yesterday

Cons:

Not good service, not good even welcome, dirty and old rooms with beautiful views (only good), not good entertainment, photographers are insisting too much and are very rude. Cigarette ash everywhere and staff give zero service. Too expensive for the service and facilities you receive.

First and last time doing an all-inclusive like Kefaluka. Horrible and expensive.
Cons:

- Poor service by all staff. Everyone just kept redirecting.
- Extremely overpriced for what it offers. Not a 5-star at all.

Enjoyed the stay but due to some significant short comings- wouldn’t recommend it to others or stay there again
Pros:

5 star elements but 3.5-4star execution. Jr Suite rooms were lovely. Food was excellent both quality and number of restaurants. Staff at pool, kids club, gym, restaurants were excellent.

Cons:

Guest service staff were not accommodating. We have stayed at 5star all inclusive in Bodrum before and this was really underwhelming compared to other the resort. Few things to consider……
We had no functioning aircon in our “suite” the first night. No compensation at all.

Facilities such as tennis court/squash court was not in good condition and racquets really need an upgrade. For all inclusive resort to charge for small things like paddle racquets, a game of snooker seems petty considering cost of resort.

Taking a booking for 3 nights but only allowing a booking at al la carte restaurants should be disclosed prior to booking.

Not having a simple thing like an iron available and wanting to charge to iron a single shirt or pants is less 5 start and very much 2 star. Actually unheard off.

The location is beautiful but it is ALWAYS windy so you can’t really enjoy the beach as much as other resorts closer to bodrum.

لم يعجبني المصاعد بطيئه للغايه للغايه ننتظر طويلا دائما وهذا الشي ازعجني كثيرا
بالاضافه إلى الواي فاي سيء نضطر ان ندخل اكثر من مره يفصل كثيرا وليس قويا
