Exiguïté des chambres vu le prix
Et le repas du soir (bar) était exécrable. Salade thaï immangeable (jamais rien goûté d’aussi mauvais de toute ma -longue - vie), soupe « julienne de légumes » = eau chaude + viandox+épluchures de carotte et soupe vegan avec légume vert non identifié et infestée d’ail. Nous avons du tout laisser et payer quand même.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich gewesen wir wurden von Timo empfangen und hatte uns sehr freundlich alles gemacht das Zimmer ist für 4 Personen (eine Familie) super man schläft super das Zimmer hat auch genug Licht und Stauraum
Die Bar ist mit allem ausgestattet und jederzeit ein Besuch wert
Das Frühstück ist sehr zum empfehlen es gibt alles wenn etwas lehr ist kümmert sich sofort jemanden darum
Das Hotel ist zeitnahe von der Stadt entfernt somit ist die Lage top
Klare Empfehlungen für den nächsten Urlaub in Salzburg

Good option for families with kids
Pros:

The location is great and they have a bar/kitchen that opens until late

Cons:

The bedrooms were a bit small and there were many kids staying at the hotel, both at school excursions or with their families. The kids were making a lot of noise.

Nett gelegen aber Vorsicht !!!

Sehr zentral

Cons:

Aus angegebenen 77,53 inkl. Steuern und Gebühren wurden zum Schluß fast 93 € . Für was ich mehr gezahlt habe weiß ich ehrlich gesagt nicht da ich bis jetzt keine Rechnung erhalten habe. Das finde ich schon etwas fragwürdig den Preis dann anzuheben. Schade aber leider werde ich das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Lazy front office manager and noob housekeeping,super nice female agents.
Pros:

Girls of front desk full of energy and friendly.
They are ready super nice.

Cons:

housekeeping should pay more attention to their job.
The day of check out day(12th May)They open my room without knocking the door.
It’s 9:30 am not even close to check out time (11:00 am)
Even I go down and complain this issue to front office Manager,he still does nothing seems it’s normal.
It’s totally ridiculous.

Great location and comfy beds, would stay again!

Only thing was conference rooms so a lot of students/pupils were around the lobby on some days.
