From June 15, 2021, any traveler coming from abroad and going to Libreville is required to make a reservation of 24 hours or one night on a reservation platform with a special half-board rate (breakfast dinner), unless the they are fully vaccinated.
If the traveler has a negative test result, they can continue their stay at the normal rate.

Stayed from February 6th to 9th, 2026. As always, a warm welcome and excellent service at the Radisson and Park Inn. Special thanks to Joseph Eli, and Regis, who were exceptionally kind and professional. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

La draperie compasant le lit et les serviettes de la salle de bain étaient dans un piteux état, sale et malodorant.
Worst hotel ever and unfortunately not much offer in Libreville. Bath towels are beige and you can guess they used to be white....if you are lucky you get 2 towels otherwise 1 per day. The service is so bad....and the best when there is power outage, no AC in the room and windows dont open....you can faint...it's ok...

A stellar hotel in Libreville only a 10 minute drive from the airport. I had my tour guide pick me up but I saw a shuttle bus after I had checked in. Check in was a breeze. The executive room was well appointed, quiet and had a view of the ocean. The hotel is connected to a Park Inn Hotel (same parent) company and it shares a pool, lounge bar, gym and 3 restaurants. Dinner buffet was excellent—a Ramadan themed buffet and breakfast buffet had lots of options too.

Not a 5-star hotel quality service given nor received so far. The staff are polite but rather hawkish and have no sense of given value for money service.
The fact that the suite was ready prior my arrival
1. No cold water, even if I've called the technicians
2. No focus on the service (I've ordered fish with rice, and the plate came without rice. I've ordered a plate the last say, and it never came)
