Отель 1902года, так что в интерьере прикольные старинные картины, статуэтки, шкафы, вешалки ну и конечно "королевский" лифт. Заселили на 2 часа раньше! При ожидании номера радуют подарком... вкусненьким напитком со сдобой. Завтрак отличный, но без красной рыбы, что не характерно для 5 звезд. Но интерьер ресторана на последнем этаже делает тебя прям герцогом, ну или королем. К сожалению не ужинали((((, не успели по времени, а очень хотелось оценить мастерство поваров.

Довольно сложно включить ютюб на телевизоре))))

اسوء تجربة علي مستوي الفنادق كانت في فندق متروبول
مدير مطعم لايعرف الذوق ولا يعرف اصول التعامل مع النزلاء تم منعي من دخول المطعم بمنتهي قله الذوق
طلبت عشاء لغرفتي المتر اللي اتواصل معايا بلغني ان العشاء هيحتاج لاكتر من ساعه علشان يتم تحضيره

Pros:

Christina was kind and very helpful.

She did a lot not only for our stay to have more comfortable but also having much better time in Alex.

Hanen (hope typing her name correct), the house keeping for 305 and 311 was excellent, very helpful and kind, always smiling.

Breakfast was good at joyful sea viewed terrace.

305 has no sea view by the view though supposed to have party view.

People like experiencing of staying historical buildings with lovely old fashioned elevators, this hotel would be good choice with very central location.
