A privilege location to stay in Alexandria
Pros:

The hotel rooftop is the best place to experience the sunset. The food and beverages are excellent, and the hotel’s infrastructure, an old yet beautifully restored and well-maintained building, creates a wonderful atmosphere for discovering the wonders of Alexandria.
The front desk staff and all the waiters are charming and always attentive to your needs. It was a pleasure to meet Mr. Mahran, a hotel administrator, who offered great conversation and warm, charming hospitality. At the end of my visit, Cristina was attentive to my comfort in the lobby while I waited for my driver to pick me up.
I would definitely recommend this hotel if you visit Alexandria.

Pros:

Everything was exceptional, especially Christina. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, especially since we were traveling with a child. The staff were incredibly helpful, the hotel was spotless, and the property itself was absolutely beautiful.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros:

The location is very nice and incredible ,Rooms it’s very different and vintage style , elevator also if u wanna to try the old style

Staff in the place is very strange people u can’t imagine how they are looking ,unfriendly , The hotel staff were extremely disrespectful and completely ignored our requests. Very disappointing service and definitely not the experience we expected.unprofessional btw. hotel was definitely not worth the money we paid we make check out very early cause staff . We arrived a bit early in the morning and were charged an extra 65% without receiving any additional service or proper hospitality. The receptionist even told me I wasn’t allowed to have breakfast in a very rude manner. Overall, the experience was terrible and absolutely not worth the money.

Un authentique bijou hors du temps
Pros:

Un bijou d'authenticité sans rénovation banalisante et toc. On se sent transposés dans l’Alexandrie des années glorieuses. Point de vue merveilleux sur la baie d'Alexandrie et la Citadelle sur le rooftop.
