Tout était impeccable.
Petit Coucou à Aicha, (au ptit dej) merci pour tes sollicitudes à mon égard, étais au taquet chaque jour pour répondre à mes besoins....
Merci aussi à tous les réceptionnistes : avenants, coopérants, assistants...
et soutien et présence continus de celui qui était de service le jour de notre départ dès qu'il a eu connaissance de la difficulté à laquelle nous étions contraints de faire face ; grâce à lui nous n'avons pas raté l'avion

La diffusion du menu du réveillon du 31/12. trop tard et pas visible de tous
Nous suggérons : Porter plus tôt et à la connaissance des clients de l'hôtel, le menu spécial réveillon en le diffusant dans la chambre ou sur les tables lors du petit déjeuner, ou à un lieu de fort passage à l'intérieur de l'enceinte hôtelier (ascenseur, couloirs par exemple)...

My stay was comfortable, friendly and full of nice little touches in my room
Pros:

The property was clean and modern, all staff were amazing, and nothing was too much trouble especially when I asked for early check in and late check out , on site breakfast was really healthy, amazing choice .

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I disliked about the hotel.

Výborné ubytovanie pri pláži
Pros:

Veļmi pekné, čisté, moderné ubytovanie pri verejnej pláži. Dobrá posteľ, vynikajúce raňajky s ovocím, čerstvymi džúsmi, milý a ochotný personál. Uteraky na pláž, super bazén a vírivka, posilovňa, stolný tenis a biliard. V blízkosti sú rôzne reštaurácie a tiež veļky supermarket. Každy den upratana izba…Na izbe sme mali kuchynsky kut s velkou chladničkou, mikrovlnkou, sporakom a riadom. Nevarili sme, je tu veľa možností stravovania.
Boli sme 2 tyždne, páčilo sa nám, ďakujeme.
Hotel ma vlastne parkovisko, vyuzili sme ho, mali sme pozicane auto.

Cons:

Pláž hned pred hotelom bola občas preplnená miestnymi obyvateľmi, ale 200m napravo už boli pláže prázdne. Pláže sú pieskové, more je teplučké👍

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était très bien , le personnel est très tres sympathique, c'est une belle chambre spacieuse, belle piscine , c'est un jolie hotel

Cons:

Le lit n'était pas confortable pour moi et pas de "fast food " ou centre commercial a côté (il fallait absolument prendre un moyen de transport pour y aller). Et tous les magasins ferment beaucoup trop tôt !
