Cons:

Nous devons quitter l'hôtel à 06h30 pour l'aéroport. La veille Nous avons demandé la possibilité d'avoir juste un café et un croissant avant de se rendre à l'aéroport, cela n'était pas possible. Dommage même avec l'option petit déjeuner compris dans notre réservation et l'horaire tardif du petit déjeuner.

Établissement propre, calme, hyper bien situé en face de la plage. À proximité des commerces.
Personnel hyper chaleureux et avenant

Piscine de l’hôtel très très froide malgré des températures extérieures chaudes il fallait être courageux pour y rentrer

Overall, we really and truly did enjoy our stay. 4 Nights, and 5 Days. Really enjoyed it so much.
Pros:

The breakfast, staff (most of them were very friendly and accommodating) Evan and Deepak were just amazing. I really would recommend and go back. If you are an unfortunate smoker, like me. They really do accommodate.

Cons:

Some of our excursions/plans for the day was before breakfast time. And we were told that if you don't use it, you loose it. Did not even get offered a fruit and a little bottle of water. So, I do think they should reconsider that. It was included in the price we paid. The beautiful beach was just across the street. Beautiful and very popular.

et soutien et présence continus de celui qui était de service le jour de notre départ dès qu'il a eu connaissance de la difficulté à laquelle nous étions contraints de faire face ; grâce à lui nous n'avons pas raté l'avion

La diffusion du menu du réveillon du 31/12. trop tard et pas visible de tous
Nous suggérons : Porter plus tôt et à la connaissance des clients de l'hôtel, le menu spécial réveillon en le diffusant dans la chambre ou sur les tables lors du petit déjeuner, ou à un lieu de fort passage à l'intérieur de l'enceinte hôtelier (ascenseur, couloirs par exemple)...
