Pros:

I chose this hotel because it was next door to the bus station. I had been traveling quite a bit and was so tired I didn't leave my room for two days. I arrived about 1 am and check in was easy and I quickly got to my room.

The hotel offered a small breakfast but I needed rest more than food. I did try it on my last day and it was an average Balkan breakfast.

Before I left I almost forgot my coat and the cleaning lady ran out to catch me. While unpacking in Budva I realized I had left behind a cube of necessary clothes and contacted the hotel. They would keep the bag for me until I could return a few days later. The country is so beautiful I did not mind the round trip bus ride enjoying the mountain scenery.

Cons:

The mattress seemed old and not too comfortable on the right side but I switched over to the left side near the wall and it was much more comfortable and I could rest well.

The other issue was the entire hotel reeks of cigarette smoke. I kept my window open the whole time for the fresh air which helped some but in the Balkans cigarette smoke inside buildings is considered normal even if it's not allowed in other countries.

I'm sure there are hotels that would never allow this even in Podgorica.

It was so great not to be in a generic concrete hotel that you can find the same anywhere. else.
Pros:

We loved the old fashioned personal connection. They had room service and menu with prices. The restaurant was many rooms with traditional decor and local art and the food was local with older staff and young who worked there with a trust that they would work there for a long time. The local taxi drivers stopped there for coffee. This is a local institution that has been part of this wonderful city for a long time. We're coming back.

Cons:

We really can't think of what could have been better. We're from Canada and it was just wonderful to discover this hotel.

Pros:

Buenos precios en el restaurante y comida casera buena, cerca de los puntos interesantes que ver en la ciudad, al lado de la estacion de buses, por lo que para mi fue perfecto

Pros:

Within 15 minute drive to airport. Restaurant with good food right on premises. Room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed.

Friendly staff, good quiet location.
Charming decor. Nice big room with blinds so it could be completely dark at bedtime.
Parking right outside the hotel in booths.

Cons:

The breakfast was very uninspired, we recommend getting this meal outside the hotel.

Great little hotel for a short stay
Pros:

Although the hotel is aged, the receptionist and the bar man "Boris" made the stay worth while. The hotel was in a fantastic location, train and bus station across the road. Very easy to walk into town lots of restaurants to choose from
Dinner at the hotel was really nice.

Cons:

The air-conditioning units can be noisy.

Just what we wanted
Pros:

The location was exactly where we were looking for, next to the railway station. Staff were great. The dinner was excellent and we were made very welcome.

El cuarto estuvo bien y solo recalco la atención que me brindó la señorita la única que fue amable y empatica.

Cons:

Llegué muy temprano y por más que no iba a utilizar el cuarto hasta el día siguiente sino que tenía un bus que salía a las 5 no me dejaron ingresar temprano ni esperar en el lobby nada empatico el personal
