Extraordinaire le sejour magnifique on a bien profité du sejour

Le personnel est très aimable et respectueux le buffet de très bonne qualité diversifiée et très copieux. L’espace vert est magnifique.

Cons:

Le restaurant a besoin d aération pour évacuer la fumée de grillades, ainsi que dans la reception on sent la fumée de la cuisine

Amazing location, atmosphere and all the workers were amazing and so lively making the holiday that much better. The services all were also very very good. Cleanliness of the rooms were very good, Radiha especially did a great job! Altogether an amazing place to holiday!

Highly recommended and fantastic value for money.
Pros:

We are only half way through our holiday but have to thoroughly recommend this hotel and it's amazing staff. They can't do enough for you and all with friendly smiles. Very clean, excellent amenities and food and drink choices. Another plus, is the availability of sunbeds and not all crammed in. A special shout out goes to the pool staff Diarra and his chief Taofik, Sami our buffet waiter, Wissem and Maher and finally the snack bar waiter Sabeur who is so attentive and looks after us really well. I'm sure many others need mentioning, but this is the list so far.
The activities team work their socks off day and night to entertain the guests.
The indoor bar staff are on the ball and work hard to the meet the demands of drinks with smiling faces.

Good and bad, ruined because of wife's illness.
Pros:

Arrived 17th April 26. Wife ate 2 meals, lunch and dinner on first day. Chronic diarrhea from that night and still has it 18 days later. 9 hours in A&E when we got back and 3 visits to the doctor. Finally identified today as Salmonella so at last she can get the correct antibiotics. Saying all that I thought the buffet food was very good, as was the hygiene and cleanliness. I ate like a pig and was fine. Other than that I have nothing bad to say about the hotel apart from reception and checking in. No room ready for us after check in. Pool areas and gardens were well maintained. Room was fine apart from the constant water hammer from the pipes. Sounded like a cruise ship fog horn at times.
