Magnifique séjour et le service au top !
Pros:

L’hôtel est vraiment digne d’un 5 étoiles ! Le service proposé, le buffet, la sécurité de l’hôtel… nous avons passé des vacances au top ! Nous y reviendrons c’est sûr et certain !

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

It’s a nice hotel with a lovely well maintained beach and gardens. The pool area looked good as well. I liked the food and they have plenty of options. Overall, I would be happy to go there again.

Cons:

The bed and bathroom were clean but furniture (wardrobes, tv table, nightstands) need to be clean too for the price.

I value good service and Tunisians are friendly people. However, it felt like some of the personnel would stick around so you tip even for something super minor.

noch viel Luft nach oben aber ich komme wieder

Die Speisen und die Getränke sind top, besonders der Fisch ist täglich sehr frisch und sehr gut.

Es gibt jeden Tag sehr leckeres Essen.

Die Masseurin Frau Takwa ist die beste Masseurin bei der ich je war.

Vielen Dank an den Chef an der Rezeption der mir ein tolles Zimmer gab.

Der Strand ist sehr sauber und es gibt reichlich liegen. Die Aufzüge sind extrem schnell und immer verfügbar.

-viele Pärchen
-nervige Spießer am Strand -Restaurant die nicht im Hotel wohnen aber dorthin kommen um zu stören
-nur eine Masseurin ist sehr gut (Takwa) der Rest ist unhöflich und massiert nicht gut
-Mitarbeiter an der Saftbar und Obstbar sind unfreundlich und unprofessionell
-Toilette war sehr eng im Badezimmer

wonderful stay with excellent food, beautiful beach and pool facilities, and outstanding staff who went above and beyon
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tour Khalef. The sea was beautiful, the beach was well maintained, and the pool was always clean and inviting. One of the highlights was the excellent food, with a wide variety of options available every day to suit different tastes.

What truly made our experience exceptional was the professionalism and hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Leith and Fradj, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. No matter the inquiry or request, they consistently found a solution and ensured that everything was taken care of promptly.

Overall, the combination of the stunning seaside location, excellent facilities, diverse dining options, and outstanding service made our stay memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend the hotel to others.

Cons:

One area that could be improved is the room temperature control. Since the air conditioning is centrally controlled, the room could become quite warm at times, and guests have limited ability to adjust the temperature to their comfort. More individual control over the room climate would greatly enhance the overall guest experience

Bel hôtel avec un bon emplacement, mais un rapport qualité-prix perfectible.
Pros:

L’établissement est propre et bien entretenu. L’emplacement est très agréable avec un accès à une belle plage. La piscine est grande, propre et agréable pour se détendre. Le cadre général de l’hôtel est vraiment appréciable.

Cons:

L’animation s’arrête assez tôt, vers 22h, et il n’y a plus vraiment d’ambiance ensuite. De plus, le rapport qualité-prix ne nous a pas semblé optimal. Pour un tarif similaire, il est possible de trouver des hôtels offrant davantage de prestations et d’animations.
