La habitación con goteras por aire acondicionado, la caja fuerte no funcionaba, la puerta de la tarrraza estropeada.
Se comunico varias veces a recepción del hotel . Quedaron que lo arreglarían pero en los cuatros días no se solucionó nada.
Para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas la habitación estaba muy destartalada, más bien parecía de un hotel de 3 estrellas

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and everything was well organised.
The staff were absolutely amazing — very friendly, helpful and welcoming. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and were always ready to help with a smile.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place with excellent service.

ABYSMAL. Shocked by the positive reviews
I’m honestly baffled by how many positive reviews this hotel has. At best it’s a 3 star property, not the 5 star experience advertised, and I can only assume the people leaving glowing reviews haven’t stayed at a genuine 5 star resort.
Food and hygiene
The food was disgusting: overcooked meat, poor cuts, and smoked salmon served warm because of the heat in the dining room. I got salmonella and was ill for 4 days, unable to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner for 3 of them. “Clean” plates regularly still had food residue on them.
There was enormous food and drink wastage, with entire bottles put on the table and no option to just order a glass of Coke Zero or wine.
My partner is coeliac, and there was almost no understanding of gluten-free requirements among the kitchen staff. Some staff got it and were genuinely helpful, but others clearly didn’t, proven when they brought out a “gluten-free” order that was a wheat baguette. He was ill the entire trip because of the lack of understanding.
Dining room
Utter chaos. No urgency to clean tables between sittings, so if you didn’t arrive right at opening you’d get a dirty table. Staff huffed and puffed if you asked for clean cutlery, despite clearing cutlery after every single bite.
Cleanliness and smell
The hotel stank throughout, with hallways and corridors smelling of sewage or urine. The shower gel provided was awful; the toiletries need changing entirely. Health and safety also felt like an afterthought. I noticed hanging fixtures in an accessible hallway.
Beach
Sellers aren’t allowed near the sunbeds but shout across the beach at you all day regardless. Worth choosing a sunbed further back from the front two rows to escape it.
Staff and other guests
The staff themselves were lovely, friendly and accommodating. Alem in particular was a fantastic maid, and our room was kept spotless throughout.

Il m’ont présenté 3 chambres la 1ere ça sent très mauvais et plusieurs endroit pas propre j’ai les photos et j’ai même une vidéo
La 2eme c’est vraiment catastrophique la personne qui nous a présenter la chambre elle m’a dis que ya eux des dégâts des eaux qui on pas encore réparer ça sentais l’humidité et la moisissure de partout et la au finale il m’on proposer une chambre au 3 eme étage mais il mon rien donner même un lit bébé que j’ai demander au près de Booking
Il m’on proposer de tester la nuit sans payer et sans mettre des frais et au final il m’on facturer la nuit a 423 euros alors qu’on a passer 2 voir 3h entrain de chercher une chambre on a pas manger la première nuit tous les services on fermer et le lendemain il m’on fais payer 423 et il m’on obligé de quitter la chambre à 11h
