Awesome time, weather wasn't great but the team at Hotel were brilliant, super friendly always asking if they can do more, special call to Huusaim in the resturant, talk about service, he belongs in the Hilton, and also Maher on the door what a personality, greeting with a smile always making sure he comes over. Brilliant the ladies on reception, great service. Definitely recommend

Awsome holiday. Exceptional food more choice than you can imagine. Ben the waiter had our drinks ready and table could not ask for much more. Entertainment team was brilliant, shout out to MoMo and Amani. Always checking in on us and joining in on family games.
Could not fault the holiday/hotel. Weather wasn't the best during most of the week. However the hotel went above and beyond to keep us entertained. Will definitely be booking again.

When we decided to visit Tunisia we started our research on hotel and location.
Choosing Tour Khalef was 100% spot on. We couldn’t have wished for a better hotel.
I have been following them on Facebook and the praise from everyone and their communication level is to no other hotel we have stayed in before.
From the location, to the hotel to the staff is 5/5 or even more if I could give more stars.
From our check in to check out was excellent.
The reception staff were wonderful, checked us in gave our wrist band and sent us off to have lunch while our room was getting ready. We didn’t think we would have time for lunch but they made that possible. We entered our rooms and were mesmerised by the sea view and rooms, they were interconnecting. I did request rooms close by as we had teenage kids with us but didn’t expect this and was so happy. It made us feel like we were in a flat. when kids felt like they left interconnected room door open or close when they didn’t so we both had the privacy and the togetherness. Bathroom is massive and stocked with all toiletries. Our cleaner was lovely, she left the rooms perfect every day and greet with a happy smile. She also saved us when we got locked out of our room and opened it for us.

The restaurant area was fabulous, too many choices. Food at this hotel is one of the best we have ever had. It was full of favour and covered so many dishes, fresh pasta every day, Tunisian dishes, there was Indian too. Too many to name. The desserts were the best too. All the waiters were lovely and extremely professional.

Sahbi our waiter was such. Gentlemen he would put us Nearly in the same table every breakfast and dinner time. He always had a happy smile on him and immediately would get my son’s hot chocolate and our cappuccinos without us even having to ask.
That is what you call exceptional service.

The animation team are so lovely and full of life. We have interacted with them few times and Youssef joined us for few games if Uno.they all work so hard to keep everyone smiling.

The pool area was so beautiful. The infinity pool looked awesome but unfortunately as we went on a week when weather was cold we could not use outside pool but we still went and sat there and enjoyed the views. Same with the beach it’s very beautiful, best hotel beach I have seen to date.
We used the indoor saltwater pool. Felt like we were in heaven as weather was cold and the pool was heated with jets all around. We enjoyed it so much.

We used the spa facilities. My daughters did manicure and pedicure. I had float bath, which was ok. My massage was the best.
The only staff I didn’t find too welcoming was who booked our spa. the gentlemen there was very rushing and not a smile on his face. We chose to ignore this as everyone else more than made up for the service.

Last but not least a very big thank you to Ali Baba. The hotel rep who arranged our quad bike trip. He gave us a very good deal and we really enjoyed the trip. Every time he saw us around the hotel he would come up and say hello. We had already booked excursions with someone else or would have booked it all with Ali Babi. Definitely book with him and you will get a great deal and service.

We would love to come back again but next time we will make sure it is in summer time and not winter to enjoy the outdoor pools and beach.

I recently stayed at Tour Khalef and overall had a really enjoyable experience. Although the weather wasn’t ideal, it rained and was quite cold/ windy for most of our stay, the hotel itself made up for it in many ways.

The restaurant staff were excellent, friendly, attentive, and clearly hardworking. A special mention to Hossem, Karima, Karim and Sahbi. I did notice that service felt even more enhanced when tips were given, which is worth keeping in mind. The cleaning staff were equally diligent and kind, always ensuring the rooms were well maintained. A shout out to Wissem and Fredj who were fantastic reception staff.

I was initially in room C311, which unfortunately wasn’t great as it faced a wall and had some bathroom leakage issues. However, the hotel handled this very well and moved me to A104 on the same day, which was a much better room and greatly improved my stay.

I travelled with a friend, and her son joined my son and daughter. The animation team really stood out, they are a lovely group of people who work incredibly hard to keep guests entertained and engaged.

The food was another highlight, with a great selection and plenty of variety to suit different tastes.

Overall, despite the weather and the initial room issue, I had a positive experience and would recommend the hotel, especially for families. In’sha-Allah I will be back.

I am currently staying in The resort and have had an amazing experience. The staff and people are lovely super friendly and amazing with children. Hanen is one roomkeepers at the hotel and was truly delightful. Such a beautiful lady inside and out ma’shallah. She has always been super helpful and continuously went out her way to help.
