We would very much like to thank the staff, and in particular Ahmed "Night shift Manager" for arranging a beautiful show of love & affection on our anniversary. Such a lovely suprise to find our bedroom adorned with balloons & petals on our special day. Thank you guy's, we've been here for just over a day and your friendliness and kindness is second to none. ❤️

Great hotel but the thing that really sets it apart from the rest is the staff! They strike the balance perfectly between being attentive, delivering great service and giving people space to relax. The animation team excel themselves, friendly, engaging and unbelievably talented. Big shout out to Momo for going out of his way to make sure we were made to feel welcome. Amiri & Ali also deserve a shout out for their hospitality - true gentlemen and a credit to the hotel.
The food was fantastic - a great range and something for everyone.

This is our third time visiting Jaz Tour Khalef. We have been coming back around February/March the past 3 years as we prefer when things are a little quieter. Each year we look forward to seeing the familiar faces and are never disappointed by the lengths they go to make us feel welcome.

We are big foodies and love the incredible selection put out by the catering staff every day! There really is something for everyone (the pizzas and pastas served are better than a lot of UK restaurants). One of those familiar faces we love to see is Mohammed Snoussi! Everyday he has our same table reserved, checks in to make sure everything is ok and keeps our drinks topped up constantly! We always look forward to seeing him when we arrive and there is no one who will make you feel more welcome than him.

The majority of staff has remained the same and the lack of turnover makes this a really great place to visit. The staff do not covet you and are always glad to see you come back!

Darts were very good, entertaining and animation team Akamai also got lots of people involved. Fun half hour.

This was my first visit to Tunisia in the Tour Khalef hotel. We enjoyed a week here and enjoyed the rooms, food, service and atmosphere. The entertainment team were visible every day, performing and speaking to customers in the inside and in the grounds. I saw them playing table tennis, darts and encouraging customers in the lounge. They complimented the great atmosphere given by the staff team.
The rooms were spacious and were cleaned daily, water and coffee were replenished. The maintenance team responded promptly to repairs needed. There was evidence of a refurbishment programme by painting walls.
The range of food presented was incredible, vegan, vegetarian and the rest of us were well catered for daily. We were invited to an Italian night and on Friday it was Chocolate Day. They made and displayed a range of samples, I confess to sampling 6, they were gorgeous. Karima was a great help in the dining room, along with a large team of waters and food preparation staff. The guest services manager Wafa was on hand to answer our questions.o
The indoor water pool was incredible , I struggled to move freely so the pool guard gave me a pool noodle and I felt much safer.
The atrium was beautiful, spacious and an ideal spot to relax and have a drink.

We had the best time ever , it was my birthday week and they made it very special . We would like to thank you all the staff Ahmed housekeeping first class service , Kamir he just was the best we could wish for very professional, but all the staff was as well , the Animation team is incredible all of them made a fantastic show , thank you hopefully see you soon xxxxx

A wonderful 10 days Winter break spent at this hotel.
So many positives to list, from the cleanliness of rooms, the hotel's "stretch" of beach, the entertainment to the magnificent quality and variety of food.
Every member of the staff, from literally every department through the hotel, went the extra mile to make our stay a memorable one.
I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return very soon.

What a lovely few days I spent here.
Rooms are amazing, nice toiletries, coffee machine, kettle with well stocked tea and coffee and plenty of cans of drink in the fridge, spotlessly clean and the sea view I had was stunning.
All the staff are so friendly and helpful, the animation team are great and work so hard to make sure you enjoy your time, special thanks to them all.
Also to Farouk one of the life guards at the pool and Karim one of the waiters at the pool, they made sure I was well looked after.
Food was really good, so much to choose from and the desserts were to die for.
I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here, it’s a beautiful hotel and all the staff are outstanding and just can’t do enough for you and always with a smile.
I will definitely be back.

This hotel is fantastic, every member of staff here are brilliant, from faycal on the reception who is an attentive caring gentleman willing to help with all requirements, to the guys in the small bar like Alaa ( Mr compassionate with the most lovely smile), Sami (a very very likeable and friendly face) Mr Ronaldo ( suave and sleek and always at your service), noureddine ( a gentle soul with a big heart), and sabri ( the cocktail master, in case you need the best cocktail in the world) there are others that I cannot spell the names of) who will do their upmost to make you feel relaxed, welcome and part of the tour khalef family, on to the entertainment team like Midou ( Mr move it move it) , Light ( the funniest man alive, will have you laughing all day) and the beautiful girls on the team with big hearts and friendly demeanor that make the vacation fun and exciting for all ages, they will bond with you, spend time with you to ensure the best holiday experience money can buy. In truth this hotel is the most beautiful and absolute best I have been to. The food is fantastic the chefs and waiters are skilled and attentive, pools and location if the hotel are second to none. The housekeeping manager , nousir and their team and gardening team are swift, thorough and maintain the beauty of this hotel magnificently which makes it so pleasant to stay here, The security on both gates are absolute gentlemen not dissimilar to james bond. I will be sad to leave and I will return many times. Sousse is home to the best people. Oh and the rooms are a joy to stay in. Also special shout out to Jahen for making my room sparkle everyday. I have nothing but praise for this establishment and can promise you will not be disappointed IF you choose the Tour khalef, the owners clearly know how to build a team and run a hotel. I love this place and will be sad to leave. Tunisia is lucky to have such a place and visitors are flocking to this hotel for a very good reason, there is no other hotel like the Tour Khalef.
