جيت مخصوص عيد زواجي و عملت ملاحظه و تواصلت معهم خاص و للاسف ما حصلت شي الا بعد يوم و كنت خلاص عدى اليوم و الموظفه رفيقه هي الي وقفت و اكدت ع الديكور

Wundervoller Aufenthalt!
Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit – man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und komfortabel. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Atmosphäre und das gemütliche Bett.
Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker, mit vielen frischen Optionen. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt – alles Wichtige ist schnell erreichbar.
The atmosphere was impeccable also the food variety and quality.
I stayed in 304B, upon arrival we found a blood stains on the bed sheet, hair in the cushions and the dust under both the bed and the bedsides, which was very remarkable. I met a floor supervisor by the pool and the concern was reported immediately, she was really reactive and took my complaint seriously and the team proceeded to the room, they changed the bedsheets and offered an extra bed for my son and thank you for this quick reactivity.
I shared this feedback as a constructive advice to push the housekeeping team to be more attentive to the room cleanliness otherwise the amenity and the room view were impeccable.
