Levy's Rooms & Breakfast

Apartment is nice BUT and overall cleab:
- toilet had a vey bad smell and my kids didn't want to use it
- it is located on a noisy street
- it is listed as have AC but only had standing ventilators. it was very hot !!

Centrally located near the train station. Plenty of shopping and dining options locally. Easy to get about salzburg and local area by bus.

If I could give an 11 out of 10 for this hotel, I would in a heartbeat!!

Levy Hotel in Salzburg was an oasis in the city. Located a block from the Hauptbahnhof,the rooms were extremely clean, large, and the staff extremely accommodating and wonderful. The breakfast was way more than I expected and included English offering of bacon and eggs.
I recommend Levy Hotel to everyone.

First we had to call someone to find out how to get in. Then there were one card key for 5 of us and every door you went through required a card key and the room required the card to turn on the electricity. So if you needed something out of the car everyone was left in the dark. Plus hotels.com never said there was a charge for breakfast or the additional fee we got charged at check in. So both of you were misleading on breakfast and parking was a real parking we finally found a place. But not at easy as you both indicated. And when the hotel across the street is finished there will be no parking.

Sehr große saubere und neu renovierte Zimmer. Frühstück sehr lecker und umfangreich. 5 Gehminuten vom Hbf entfernt.

O quarto era bem amplo e confortável para 3 pessoas. O café da manhã é servido no prédio ao lado e conta com um buffet diverso. O sistema de você fazer o próprio suco é muito bom, com opções como laranja, gengibre, cenoura, etc. Localização excelente.

Habitación grande, el desayuno incluido una maravilla, a 100 metros de la estación lo que lo hace muy cómodo para llegar y salir con maletas.

Close to train station

Stayed here for one night with family.

Pro: convenient location to the train station. Clean and spacious room.

Cons: no staff when you need them. We couldn’t even enter the property because no staff at all. We waited outside until some other guests swiped us in. Then we still couldn’t get the key. We had to make a call to their emergency number which costed us an international call plus roaming. They later told me there’s an email sent to me but I somehow didn’t receive it until we jumped through all the loopholes and stuck there for at least 15 minutes. The hotel can’t assume people have access to email and make phone calls on the same day you travel. It’s not the first time we use Expedia or similar type, but it’s the first time unable to check in ever happened to me. I was not happy about it. The information should be send out at least one day before arrival if not right after booking.

The room was cold at night, especially shower room. There’s a little heater in the shower room but it doesn’t work. There’s no housekeeping available.

Last but not least, despite the hotel is called “room and breakfast” the breakfast is not included.

Nice and close to the main train station

Our stay was perfect. Really enjoyed the large room and bathroom. Tub was a hut for us. As we soaked and relaxed. After long day traveling

El hotelito perfecto, buen cuarto, cama muy buena. La zona es muy cercana a la estación de tren lo que por l general no es la xona más bonita ni muy a la mamo de la zona turística pero ifñgual se podía ir caminando. Otra cosa es que no tenia áreas comunes

Good value for money. Room was clean, spacious and clean. Also very modern and well decorated, definitely a very nice surprise for us. Provide Ritual toiletries which is amazing! Stone throw away from the Salzburg train station (less than 5 mins walk) and is close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Also on the bus line coming from Airport, so no worries about big luggage (although there is no lift access in the property, so watch out!) Only issue was, there are few Levy's property next to each other and each having a main entrance. Took us a while to work out the correct main entrance. After that, everything else were amazing! Definitely worth the price!

Very well

It is extremely near Salzburg HBF which worked out for us as we were doing day trips out of Salzburg everyday. Beds were slightly soft, but still comfortable. Safety was never an issue as you had to tap your room card to enter the building or even to the corridor to your rooms. We were 5 girls but never felt that we didn’t have enough space. Definitely recommend

Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, Frühstück, sauber und zentral gelegen. Durch Bahnhofsnähe und das benachbarte Wettbüro leider entsprechend Klientel, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Parken vor dem Hotel kostenfrei. Wir kommen wieder!

Spacious hotel rooms and close to train station and city center (10 mins walk to Mirabell Palace & Gardens) and about 15 mins to the Old Town. Not many restaurants around the area but convenient location by the train station
