Großes Hotel mit schönem Ausblick
Pros:

Es ist ein großer und toller Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Mein Zimmer mit Balkon und Meeresblick war groß, sauber und hatte bequemes Bett. Der Frühstück vom Buffet war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr schlecht. Eine private Airbnb-Unterkunft wäre vermutlich deutlich besser gewesen.

Gereinigt wurde unseres Erachtens kaum – außer dass die Tücher ausgewechselt wurden. Wir hatten sogar eine riesige Kakerlake im Zimmer und es gab Spinnweben, was sehr unangenehm war.

Die Minibar im Zimmer war leer – es gab keine Getränke und nicht einmal eine Kaffeemaschine.

Das WLAN-Passwort wurde uns ebenfalls nicht mitgeteilt, und das Personal wirkte insgesamt sehr unmotiviert und wenig engagiert.

Es war zudem viel zu laut, vor allem wegen der lauten Musik, sodass man sich kaum erholen konnte.

Wir wurden auch nicht darüber informiert, wann das Frühstück stattfindet oder wie es mit Spa und Wellness aussieht.

Erst die zwei Damen am dritten Tag an der Rezeption waren deutlich freundlicher und hilfsbereiter.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber der Kaffee war leider sehr schlecht.

Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

The recepcionist was very friendly and helpful!

Cons:

For hotel of this reputation, I expected to find slippers and water kettle in the room, so I can drink at least tea outside the restaurant working hours. It seems I expected too much.
